Non, I hear what you're saying to some extent, but there are good people, including good women that love other good people and feel the same as you. People often get hurt when they share their goodness with others, who abuse this goodness. So they say " fuck it, I got hurt by being the good person that I am so now, Im not gonna be that good person anymore". People become angry, closed and dark to protect themselves and end up hurting themselves in the process. I'd say that this is the case with the majority of relationships, especially in the west. People are afraid to be good and open and kind, because this is being vanurable and they dont have the strength to be weak. They make themselves miserable and others, and they emit this dark, closed defensive ugliness and they begin to dislike goodness. I say, the kinder you are, the more you need to cultivate a mean side, that you can use when you need to. Be yourself , open kind and good. Dont be afraid of showing your goodness or of being vaunerable, somone good will come to you. But you must be able to be badder than the bad person who may try to abuse the goodness in you. A rose is protected by thorns. Most people are self interested, full of ego and selfish rather than selfless. Thats their problem not yours. Its the sign of the times, an example of societies effect on the individual. If you want to get out and meet people and women , then go ahead and face the world, the good and the bad in it. If you want to isolate yourself then you can. But you must either except a situation or change it or you will suffer. Rather light a candle than complain about the darkness. Dont feel bad because of the bad in others, or because thay dont want you and your goodness. They dont deserve it so they can get lost. Enjoy the goodness you have in yourself and be realistic. Being a virgin at your age is not an issue, no big deal. If you really wanted sex you could easily find it, there is no expectation on you that you must meet, only what you really want for yourself. Take it easy and get in to an aggressive sport or martial arts, develop yourself. Then you can start smashing bad people, you might enjoy it! Shaolin.

Cat, You made a claim so Im asking you who said it so I CAN investigate it. Why dont you simply back up your claim? I have been to the shaolin temple in Henan and I continue to train with a 34th generation shaoiln dicsiple who was in the shaolin temple for 15 years with his brother who was a 34th generation shaolin monk. My training with them started over 4 years ago and my shifu is one of my closest friends. Shaolin monks do not have orgasms all day long, I would not even ask my shifu as I'd look like a gullible fool. But you can think that they do if you want to. Their training is very specific and there are no super powers or magic, just over 8 hours of very hard training , every day in the style they have chosen to master. Sorry if that dissapoints you. If people ask questions about cultivation , then we must try to answer truthfully or admit that we dont know.

Hi Little1, Feeling and sensation are the same thing and jing DOES NOT turn to qi by non ejaculatory orgasm. If it did, the masters of qi qong would have used this as a method. They would have simply had dry orgasms all day long instead of being celibate and meditating for hours. Sexual arousal actually keeps the jing in the lower areas and hinders it turning to qi, thats why they advocated regulating the mind and emotions and running the minor circle. You will lose energy through dry orgasms. The orgasm causes a loss of energy. Not as much as ejaculation , but still a loss. The feeling of gratification or pleasure, losing the edge or craving are all symptoms of a loss of energy. Any loss of energy is detremental to somone serious about saving and cultivating energy. Non ejaculatory orgasms are used to allow a person who is attached to orgasms to have them and still prevent a MAJOR loss of jing qi.

Even without ejaculation, orgasm will cause a loss of energy. The energy dispersal of jing qi is the orgasm and thats why it gives some satisfaction and pleasure. It might not be a big issue , but it can effect any energy work you may be doing.

Its used for different types of qi qong. You practise one method for 100 days , without ejaculating. Then you have layed the foundation to work on. By 100 days you should have got your body to a reasonably healthy state and restored most of the vitality and qi that had been lost through wasting jing. A young , healthy person may require less that 100 days and a weaker person may require more. Some styles of qi qong require up to 600 days! MCO or srping forest is good to clear the pathways and turn the jing into qi and its also a safe method. Good luck!

Try methods of "dropping" the mind. If you identify with the mind, it will gain in strengh and you will "fight" to make it still and fail. The dropping of the mind can be experienced when least expected, like during sudden and intense fear , when a person is "paralysed " by fear. Thats when the mind is dropped. perhaps only for a few seconds. An easier way , is to focus totally on something, without thinking about it or anything else. Try reading up on mindfulness meditation and then move on to other methods.

I know this topic has been covered before. A few months ago, I developed some small lumps in my epydidimis and went for an ultrasound scan which discovered a number of emydidimal cysts. The doctor said thay are asymptomatic and dont cause a problem. I realised that regular use of the external finger locking technique on the perenium must have caused it. I ejaculated about 10 times over three days, and the cysts vanished. I know that mantak chaia has said that 40 - 60% of the energy is lost using this method, but is that because you loose semen internally or is it the actual energy lost through the orgasm? When I piss in a glass after using the finger lock method I sometimes see that I end up pissing out some semen. If I were to have an internal orgasm using the big draw, whould I still loose energy? Isnt orgasm a release of energy regardless? Must one need to be totally celibate to totally retain sexual energy?

Yes , its possible to learn more in the future as its equally possible that we may learn nothing more at all. All we know is what we know right now and that is fact until it is shown to be false. With regard to dark matter, scientists say it does not exist and is made up to make other theories stand as being credible. I'd reccomend The Mind Of God by Paul Davies. He covers the theories from both scientific and relogious ( christian) view points and analyses them. Its very deep stuff and he's very objective. Not that the above theories are to be taken as being correct.

Professer Paul Davies pg 49-50 He continuse the big bang didn't occur at a point in space at all. Space it's self came into existance with the big bang. Time it's self began with the big bang. This means that if you follow the theory of the big bang you must except 1) that you cannot answer beyond the singularity i.e. what caused it or what was there before it and 2) you must except whatever did cause it, IS beyond space and time and seperate from the universe not being part of it at all. Being beyound space and time means we cant ask "who created it", because everything came after the creation of space and time. The Big Bang Theory claims that everything, space , time, the whole universe and everything that it contains was so small it was totally invisible and then expanded out to create everything we see today. Does that really seem believable? The laws that exist in our universe are precise. The earth would freeze or be set a blaze if just once during its history, it moved even an inch out of its range of orbit, floating unsuspended in space. How many construction firms do you know who get a pile of bricks and blow them up and then..........you have a shopping mall with 5 floors and different shops fully furnished? To be created is to be contained in time and space. So at a particular time, something did not exist, but at a later point in time it came in to existance. The One beyond time and space created it and is not contained or limited by it.
