templetao- if you're going to keep removing your posts, why bother posting at all? after all, this is a public forum- have some courtesy!!! Its particularly ridiculous given your signature 'All of my posts and or topics are for the sharing of personal experience and or knowledge that I have acquired with fellow taobum members and guests for free.'

Michael, Thanks for all your responses. After one takes their first workshop with you, how important is it that they keep returning to workshops in order to have their vibration raised by you (assuming one is practicing regularly at home)? How often is it recommended to do workshops after the first one? Are the answers to the two previous questions altered by whether one is practicing for self primarily vs. treating others? thanks again-

[To get a feel for his stuff, go here http://www.chikung.com/media/videos/?tubepress_page=1, scroll down, and click on any of the CK/NK/nei kung videos.

http://www.chikung.com/media/videos/ Scroll down to the bottom of the page to CK 1 and CK2. Curious, whats the name of the chiking you practice Informer that you describe above?

If you go to www.chikung.com you can find articles and videos (under media) that teach you how to do condensing breathing for free

"2.) For the standing exercises of Vol.1, follow the you practice each meditation 5 to 15 minutes each as instructed. If you want to stretch the practice of "Monk Gazing At Moon", for example, you can do that standing meditation for one hour if you have the displine. If you want to repeat each 15-minute round of practice of each exercise, for example, and do so as many times as you like and have time for. With each 15 minute round, you perform the breath-control sequence at the beginning once. " To clarify the above, if you want to do 1 hour STRAIGHT of monk gazing at moon you would stop and restart with the breath control sequence every fifteen minutes/ 4 times (instead of an uninterrupted hour)?

Question regarding this quote about the seminar 'You WILL be able to project Qi Monday after the Saturday & Sunday intensive; average results for eliminating pain, even for beginners, is 80% to 100%!" When the reference is made to eliminating pain above, is the injury/issue/cause behind the pain (the root of it) also eliminated or is the method disrupting the pain signals? Also, can Stillness Movement be practiced on the same days as other chikungs if separated by an hour or more? Looking forward to attending a seminar soon-

The current Fukushima situation has me wondering if stillness movement practice would be helpful in healing a practioner from radiation exposure? -since radiation is a form of energy. Also if the healing methods taught on the third day would be helpful in treating someone who has radiation exposure? Some sources say the US will be getting alot more of it as a result of the happenings in Japan.
-
Haven't seen this touched upon- do (male) practitioners of stillness movement (either regular folks or professional healers) need to curtail their sexual activity in order to not limit their progress (or healing effectiveness)?

Trunk and/or Zerostao, can you expand on the benfits you received from these practices?

Hi Why do u say u have to give up all your free time for gary's system? I thought he recommended 25 minutes per day for his tidal wave Chikung and an hour or so for the mind light nei Kung? -
Anyone used or tried one of these? If so, what kind of results were achieved? I was reading about them, they sound interesting.

Thanks for the response. Reason for asking is am very interested in the practice/workshop but can foresee circumstances arising in the future, due to irregular lifestyle and future plans, where there could be periods of time (a few weeks) when there would be no practice or less than the required amount/day and there is a concern about losing the transmission/dantien seed in that case. When you make reference to 'who the real you is', is it your belief system that each persons spirit is at a different stage of development?
-
In Rainbow Vein's personal practice thread, she (?) talks about how she waited two weeks after her seminar with Michael to begin regular practice. I was under the impression, however, that the transmission/dan tien seed given by Michael will be rapidly lost without daily practice? Can you please clarify Michael?

Thanks for your response, Michael. Out of curiosity, do you regularly supplement with Chinese Herbs or do you feel like practicing your chikung is enough and its unnecessary for those practicing your system?
