No,You hit the nail right on the head there. My friend trains everyday for a min of 2 hours. He has done the same moves over & over,But no external results manifest yet. You could say its like taichi silk reeling,performing one move over & over. However these are rapid type movements. The first impression i got from him was, you wont learn anything from this guy ! No doubt hes pretty good & i suppose we cant blame him for wanting to keep his secrets And vortex thanks for that wonderful link. Your right its full of interesting info regarding bing. Look, i dont hold any personal grudge against William Cheung (However i wouldnt be signing up to any of his classes in a hurry either ! ) I just posted the video to show what can happen and still does happen on the seminar circuit. If you keep making ridiculous statements then Sooner or later somebody is going to come knocking. My first priority in learning was to become a better fighter,nothing more. But later on you try to better yourself through cultivation etc, But the second part comes with age i guess. However i would never study an internal system where i didnt feel 100% comfortable in defedning myself. You can have all the obits & channels in the world open,but in my book if you cant defend yourself then your either at a very low level or the system is a waste of time. Many non martial cultivators from buddhists,muslims,etc, still have the capability to thwart an attack if need be. I dont buy into the theory that David is not a fighter for 1 second. So lets get this straight......You were kicked out for trying to keep the peace ? Again these are similar tactics that were used by Jim Jones & David Koresh. If you dont agree with everything they say or you have your own opinions....then you pose a serious problem and will be dispatched very quickly. Two years ago there were no complaints about David. Hi Mouse, I first met bing & his wife when they lived in brisbane before moving to sydney many years back. He told me that what he uses is not Chi, but a very different kind of energy. He said the weather was too humid here in Queensland & he could not cultivate the energy here. Hence the move to Sydney. Well one of my friends just spent 2 months in China with Bing. I think he organized some tour over there or something. He's been with Bing for a long time now & has practiced two key exercises (to develop the empty power) daily for almost 5 years. However I wanted to hear an opinion from a neutral source other then him. Sometimes students can be biased in their opinions . Do you have any opinion of Master Bing & do you have any experience with his energy. My friend said he saw him knock somebody over,then drag him forwards again for about 6 feet. Bing seemed like a really hyped up crazy guy. We started talking about various chinese & some malaysian systems. But he was very biased towards all other systems of empty force. Hi enouch, You could probably say that internal practice keeps the body agile & healthy to begin with. So this in a small way is retaining part of ones youth. Apart from staying young you may even develop mysterious skills with internal practice. Most forms of fitness & aerobics burn up energy,on the other hand Qigong etc builds and conserves energy. Pretty hard to compete with that in my opinion Regards,

However friend...i recieved a PM last week from somebody here who had just returned from meeting Him on Yellow Mountain. He said No,They are not the same person. He said the guy on yellow mountain practices a Family Style with shades of Shaolin & Taoist methods incorporated. No, i dont think Ken studies with Him ? He was on the Queensland Gold Coast last year when i spoke with Him & His wife Lucy. Unless you speak Chinese then you cannot communicate with him unless she translates. I never followed the system. Hi Vortex, This a delicate subject. So i will be as firm as i can without trying to be racist,which im certainly not. I dont buy into the concept that we should bow down & praise the chinese for this knowledge. No never. They should be just as thankful to us westerners for our inventions of motorcars,computers, airplanes and other technology developed over the years. But do we get any thanks or respect ? Visit china today,you will see internet cafes & kids playing with mobile phones xbox,sony playstation.......all our creations ! How about if we decided to keep our knowledge & technology and most of all western medicine Secret ? What would happen then ? Well,we know what would happen. So really chinas success & great economy is attributed to the western world. What if we trained chinese doctors,but decided to keep heart surgery secret....reserved for western doctors only....get the picture here ? Can you imagine what state the country of China would be in ? There wouldnt even be electricity or basic plumbing. No tv, no cars. But we dont think that way man,Its just not our way. From what i know john was disgusted with many of his fellow chinese students. Why ??? Because they cared more about being associated with john,instead of actually training. The westerners were leaving them in the dust. Im not trying to take anything away from johns healing power. But his good friend Handoko has been recieving healing treatment for over 20 years for a leg problem. The students will say look,his leg is getting better....... There are countless Stories of Thiefs or Tresspassers with ill intent encountering Monster like figures. A guy from Hong Kong once told me about some kind of Fox Magic. Well one night his Wife went to check on him sleeping, but instead of seeing Him she was greeted by a Huge Serpent like Creature laying in the bed ha ha ha, But apparently it was him. He later said it was a trait of this sect - but of course not exclusive to This sect. Its sad, His kids wont even go upstairs during the daytime to play ,they are 11 & 12. Something simple like a bad intention etc is all thats required, for these people to cause disorder & wreak havoc in your daily life. It wont matter how many buddhist or taoist prayers you recite,if you piss off the wrong people theres no escape.
