  1. You can quote all you care to, but I will continue to point out your errors. Why not put all in proper context as opposed to cherry picking. I have been on retreats with Norbu and know exactly what he has taught. The flaw still resides in your point # 2 that you have not thought out. Point # 2 states "everything".
  2. The person here in the USA that started all this confusion among many seekers, is Gangaji. She went to India and supposedly became enlightened at the feet of Papaji. She and here lineage of teachers have caused more damage to persons in my town than anyone. She has made a fortune from errors and offering instant enlightenment. https://www.gangaji.org/
  3. Mind and nature of mind are not separate. Norbu makes that extremely clear! Your narrative is a contradiction in terms. Point # 2 which states nature of mind is the basis of phenomena or as I stated, mind or thought.
  4. Advaita and Dzogchen are two different topics. I think Ramana is not in a position to agree or disagree with you since he has long since passed away. My statement regarding neurophysiology and what the brain naturally does stands, which is in direct contradiction to your narrative.
  5. @ Jonesboy Where did you get the idea that one's mind will eventually be silenced? That is an error in judgment and a 'new age' misunderstanding of neurophysiology.
  6. You fail to understand what I meant. Non attachment is just another way of rejecting phenomena. Furthermore, the meme of so called non attachment can cause much confusion and psychological damage to persons who have very little basis in critical thinking and by extension never question authority. Moreover, the basic practice is one of relaxation i.e, body, speech and mind.
  7. Actually one can watch and still be in the natural state/nondualistic state.
  8. Have you had Dzogchen teachings? In Dzogchen, thoughts come and go which are the mind and nature of the mind. Emptiness and clarity. No need to suppress or transform anything.
  9. We are discussing Dzogchen and not Advaita in which there are differences. Are you a student of Jax? Please stay on topic.
  10. Do you have textual references to back up your argument? Wells provided an excellent reference from a well known teacher.
  11. Ghost immortality

Really? Subterranean cities inhabited by Lumerians beneath Mt. Shasta? That business was started by the immortals, Sharula Dux and Telos. Rumor has it that they moved from Shasta to Santa Fe NM.
  12. Ghost immortality

You should come out here to New Mexico where the line between worlds can be felt most everywhere. These Anasazi ruins in Bandelier National Monument are only about 35 miles from Santa Fe. There is much legend and lore as to what happened to these ancient people. These caves and other structures are located on the edge of an ancient caldera which is one of the largest collapsed volcanoes in the world.
  13. What do you do when all men doubt you?

My first question to you is how old are you? Why not be yourself as opposed to wanting to keep up with everyone else who in your mind are better than you?
  14. You have to expand on that notion.
  15. Therefor, there is no point.
  16. To be in a single point implies limitations. A singularity.
  17. Could you scan that to a pdf so that one can expand the text?
  18. Buddhist teachings with the exception of Dzogchen, are deep into moralizing and karmic guilt tripping. Moreover, the student is forever beholden to the priest. Not so in Dzogchen.
  19. I never cared for the Mahamudra teachings when I was introduced to those almost 30 years ago. The requirements to complete the preliminaries were just too much to ask and offered nothing as an introduction to Dzogchen.
  20. That is a really long explanation.
  21. Exactly. Persons who receive the Dzogchen introduction have a vibe for about two weeks and the feeling disappears. Instead of self remembering the direct introduction as instructed, most if not all recipients of the teaching, have an addictive need to chase after the teacher to maintain the vibe. The vibe is an inherent part of their own being and not from the teacher. I have seen myriad seekers glomming onto teachers as if such teachers were the parents they never had. Many behave like toddlers. Same thing in the Sufi tradition in which teachers always remind practitioners to 'self remember' which is an ongoing process.
  22. What does it mean to be transgender?

You have got to be kidding me. Are you serious and expect intelligent persons to buy into that naive nonsense? African Americans are discriminated against, physically abused and shot by racist cops here in the USA almost everyday. History is replete with such examples.
  23. Are you stating that one is creating other realities or that one is interpreting? Using consorts seems to imply that the female consort receives no benefit or realization, but is merely being used?
  24. Why are you participating in this discussion? Not being willing to discuss is deferring to authoritarians who use fear to force compliance!
  25. It seems you already have the togal teachings and yet want to openly discuss it?
