  1. To my knowledge, there are no peer reviewed papers on this subject. Stanislav Grof, Gopi Krishna and Ken Wilbur would be the best resources.
  2. I said it might be of use and lead one to further consideration/thinking. What you are looking for is most likely not available. Can't you do your own research?
  3. This site may be helpful. http://biologyofkundalini.com
  4. Can you provide some examples of recorded music?
  5. There are many examples of such intrusions and this is a threat to the separation of church and state. Steve Green the President of Hobby Lobby thinks kids should learn the impact of the bible on Western civilization in a four year elective course in public schools. He also states that in a future time the teaching of the bible should be mandated. Keep this out of the schools! http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/04/16/oklahoma-school-district-oks-bible-curriculum-created-by-hobby-lobby-president/
  6. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

Like I said, the Steve Green bible course teaches the bible as absolute truth. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/04/30/hobby-lobbys-public-school-bible-class-treats-moses-magic-wand-as-historical-fact/
  7. I want to grow magic mushrooms

There is much evidence that has been compiled since the first LSD therapy on the therapeutic value of hallucinogens. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/04/28/mystical-visions-induced-by-magic-mushrooms-help-cancer-patients-conquer-fear-study-shows/
  8. I want to grow magic mushrooms

I read about that this morning. Many persons don't realize that Ayahuasca is an MAO inhibitor and certain prescriptions drugs, cheese, wine etc are contraindicated. Convulsions can and do happen when not taking precautions.
  9. I want to grow magic mushrooms

    Still interesting?
  10. I want to grow magic mushrooms

Did you take the big dose or just enough to color up the day and run around in the woods?
  11. I want to grow magic mushrooms

Terrence McKenna recommended taking 8 dried grams to flatten one's ego. With that high of a dose one will be flat on the floor/ground and unable to move. That is different than running around in the woods having a party. Being flattened is serious business. Most persons find that extremely unpleasant.
  12. Confusion around "Kunlun."

Any adult should be able make appropriate decisions for themselves as opposed to having a guru dictate what is right or wrong.
  13. Confusion around "Kunlun."

Does Max provide a list of moral imperatives that one must obey? Potential for abuse? How is that determined? You have a need for a parental guru?
  14. Confusion around "Kunlun."

There are a few here that imply that they have received the 'Red Dragon Palm' practice and at the same time may be warning or discouraging others from having it. That is the practice I am missing. I have the Kunlun/Red Phoenix and if anyone has the 'Red Dragon Palm' and are willing to share it you can PM me.
  15. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

The OP is in regards to a certain curriculum in high schools and in this case a four year course in what amounts to bible study. As I posted in a previous post here, Steve Green has a vision for this to be mandatory for all schools. The YouTube spells that out. Are you in support of this kind of propaganda/religious indoctrination for high school kids?
  16. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

Steve Green Templeton award recipient preaching his bias. He claims that the book has impacted/influenced science and the arts. It has, but not in the way he frames it. The church has held back scientific advancement and the arts.

  18. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/religion/hobby-lobbys-steve-green-launches-a-new-project-a-public-school-bible-curriculum/2014/04/15/e26a1176-c4d1-11e3-9ee7-02c1e10a03f0_story.html There are a few problems here. Green has expressed hope that this course can become mandatory as opposed to an elective course. That is a dangerous precedent.
  19. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

We are talking about high school kids that in general don't have the critical thinking skills/cognitive development to discern propaganda from fact.. Furthermore, this does not belong in public high schools funded by tax payers. From my understanding, the only text is the bible which is a problem. This course has been funded by a religious fundamentalist. I hope you see the problem with that scenario. Here is the site that lists the persons involved in this project. http://www.greenscholarsinitiative.org
  20. Theocracy Movement In The U.S.

A little update on Hobby Lobby's bible course. http://www.christianpost.com/news/okla-school-district-approves-hobby-lobby-presidents-bible-course-118082/ The latter part of this quote says it all. I don't believe this is some historical overview, but more religious indoctrination. Nonsectarian should include all belief systems.
  21. I was making a specific point in regards to the situation and you fail to see it. A coward willing to put his wife and daughters in harms way as a human shield. I guess you advocate such infantile behavior.
  22. I am referring to the statement made by former Sheriff Richard Mack. This guy is a misogynist and coward. He is willing to use his daughters and wife as a human shield. That is what I am discussing and will not be drawn into a tangential discussion. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/04/15/former-sheriff-women-need-to-be-the-first-ones-shot-by-feds-in-bundy-ranch-standoff/
  23. Please answer the question. Do you advocate the intentional use of women as human shields by the ranchers?
  24. Your point is not in line with my statement but evades it. The ranchers are intentionally wanting to put women in harms way. That is a cowardly act and not one intended by the Feds. The voice in the audio is a rancher not a Fed. Stop flaming the discussion!
  25. That is not the point. So I guess you advocate putting women in harms way to protect cowards? I doubt you can answer the question.
