  1. Net neutrality exists at the moment. The net is for everyone to be able to access freely without corporations creating a tiered pay to play system. I am not interested in corporations controlling content, censoring, and charging more fees to access Netflix or whatever. Furthermore, I am not interested in the Libertarian ideology that competition will solve this problem. There is no competition given that only a few companies such as Comcast control the net.

This is to follow up on Mark Foote's comments about the attitude of the wealthy. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/01/22/shark-tank-host-kevin-oleary-on-extreme-income-inequality-its-fantastic/
  3. International Banking Criminal Organisation

I already stated that I wasn't defending the banking interests! Why not read what I wrote as opposed to twisting what I wrote. What I meant by the Rothschilds is that is a very old conspiracy theory and must be ignored as such.

'The World Economic Forum' meets in Davos. I believe day two just ended. http://www.weforum.org/ http://www.theguardian.com/business/2014/jan/20/oxfam-85-richest-people-half-of-the-world
  5. International Banking Criminal Organisation

You are citing past events and not discussing what is occurring now. This Rothschild conspiracy is a major distraction for ones who fail to think clearly.
  6. International Banking Criminal Organisation

I am not defending them so stop twisting what I write. Income inequality, Reaganomics etc. are the root of the problem at present. See my previous posts. Allowing banks to act like casinos with everyone's money is absolutely wrong! Separate the investment sections of the banks from commercial banking.

The Fed was recently audited. Get your facts straight! http://www.sanders.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/the-fed-audit

To further my earlier post on tax cuts for the very wealthy. This started back when Reagan was in office by Milton Friedman and the Chicago School of Economics. The theory goes that if the wealthy/corporations have changes in marginal tax rates i.e, lower taxes in this case, tax revenue will increase, demand will increase for goods/services, which translates into a healthier economy, known as trickle down/supply side economics. The problem with that scenario, is that corporate owners took the money from tax breaks and invested in the markets, not in their companies. Thereby, inflating commodity prices i.e, bubble markets. Inflated commodity prices are not equated with wealth. Why? Wealth is created by what is made in terms of goods and services, not by inflated markets on Wall Street where only the few benefit.

Corporations are licensed by the state, have limitations, and a limited lifespan. Furthermore, a corporate license is not a right but a privilege granted by the state and must serve the people of a given state. If a corporation violates its charter, then that corporation should be dissolved by law. I read this morning that Comcast wants to purchase Time Warner. When will any administration have the guts to enforce the Sherman anti-trust act? Corporations are benefiting from reduced tariffs, if any, on their imports from China along with tax cuts.
  10. International Banking Criminal Organisation

If the marginal tax rate was higher (pre Reagan), then corporations would be forced to reinvest in the company as opposed to taking tax breaks and investing in the market. The financial sector has caused bubble markets which equates to inflated commodity prices. Will write more detail later.

The real problem is not with the Fed. Reserve but with income inequality! You can thank Ronald Reagan for starting this BS! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/21/85-richest-people_n_4641021.html There Are 85 People Who Are As Wealthy As Half The WORLD, Oxfam Reports
  12. "States' Rights?"

I agree that some groups as you mention have not been given representation. I am well aware of the abject poverty in Pine Ridge, Zuni NM, Hopi Land AZ and so forth. I have been in the backwoods of Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and witnessed the horrific conditions in which people live. I am not naive as to the problems faced by many in this country and worldwide. I was narrowing my argument as to the incessant quest by some to allow states to pass laws that are discriminatory, tyrannical, religious in nature and so forth. Would you want your state to pass a law stating that Christianity is the state religion? I am not a corporatist or supporter of state/corporation power i.e, fascism. I was adamantly opposed to the SCOTUS ruling of 'Citizens United'. 'Freedom Industries' should be dismantled and the officers/owners tried in a court of law. Here is a photo of a Catholic church in Zuni NM. Every pueblo here in the Southwest has a well kept church in the center of the plaza. To me this is a crime as to what religion has done to these people.

  14. I would suggest reading Korzybski 'Science and Sanity' to reach a better understanding as to the limits of language. English in particular has not evolved from Aristotelian logic; yes/no right/wrong and so forth. http://www.amazon.com/Science-Sanity-Introduction-Non-Aristotelian-Semantics/dp/0937298018/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1390149627&sr=1-1&keywords=korzybski Ted Falconar has a more precise analysis of Korzybski's work which is much shorter and to the point. http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Intelligence-Self-Liberation-Non-Aristotellian-Realization-ebook/dp/B003BIETCI/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1390150049&sr=1-3&keywords=ted+falconer I would also recommend Robert Anton Wilson who was a master in the use of 'non Aristotelian logic'. His books are fun and entertaining. http://www.amazon.com/Robert-Anton-Wilson/e/B000AP6Z8G/ref=sr_tc_2_0?qid=1390150114&sr=1-2-ent
  15. "States' Rights?"

A centralized government increases the likelihood of " tyranny, discrimination, corruption"? That does not follow the history of this country. Before the 'Civil Rights Act' and other laws created in the 60's, there were lynching of minorities, Jim Crow laws, endemic rampant racism (still is in the South), abject poverty among minorities and so forth. If there was no central government, then these problems would not exist?
  16. "States' Rights?"

I don't support the corporate oligarchy whatsoever! Not certain why you believe that. Furthermore, my posts are concerned with equality for all. 'State's rights' can and will undermine minority rights, women's rights, favor Christianity over other belief systems, destroy voting rights and so forth. Some believe that any given state has the right to make Christianity a state religion as seen by the controversy in Oklahoma. Immediately after SCOTUS trashed the 'Voting Rights Act' of 1964, many Southern states rushed to institute draconian voting laws which will have a negative effect on minorities as well as other groups. These same states were the reason that the 'Voting Rights Act' was passed. My last post was in regards to the growing threat of religious education paid for by public money to teach creation science. I have a real problem with that and so should any reasonable person.
  17. "States' Rights?"

Another problem with so called 'states rights'. Teaching so called religious based science in publicly funded charter schools. Of course this is not science but just more propaganda to brain wash children. http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/science/2014/01/creationism_in_texas_public_schools_undermining_the_charter_movement.single.html

  19. Satanic Temple *UP-DATED*

I started reading 'American Fascists' by Chris Hedges. Hedges discusses the Christian right wing's fascist ideology at length. Teaching of creationism in public schools, creation museums, assaults on women's rights to abortion, anti-science propaganda and so forth. Some here may remember Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore refusing to remove his Ten Commandments monument from his courthouse. http://www.amazon.com/American-Fascists-Christian-Right-America-ebook/dp/B000N0WT92/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1389934986&sr=1-1&keywords=american+fascists Eternal Fascism: Fourteen Ways of Looking at a Blackshirt By Umberto Eco

Exactly how did you arrive at that conclusion? That is an absolute fabrication!
