Correct posture originates from the pelvis and has very little to do with strong back. Any book on body mechanics will teach you that. Read Moshe Feldenkaris where he discusses it.
-
The whole body should be trained. Core affects the back and vice versa.

Dancers and gymnasts are really fit! Coach Kel in this video is obviously really fit and should be an inspiration to anyone that wants to improve themselves. Physical culture is important for rehab.

Joseph Pilates developed this machine for small living spaces. Looks really easy. It is not as easy as it looks.

I took classes years ago and always felt I would benefit more with a reformer at home. Now with the pandemic which keeps us at home more I bought a reformer so I can keep fit. No matter what movement therapy one uses, there must be a toning strengthening program to go along with it. Now I am doing about 30 minutes a day. Joseph Pilates developed his system from yoga and dance. https://www.pilates.com

Pilates looks easy, but it is not I still get really sore from a workout
-
I happen to do a lot of Pilates. Have you taken a class?
-
Pilates can focus on the entire body and not just the abs. Depends on how one works the system.

I do Pilates. At first I didn't think it would help my neck which has mild arthritis with a slight deterioration in C5 disc. After a few weeks of training my neck feels so much better. Posture is much improved. I bought a reformer a few months ago and its worth every penny. Wim Hof also.

Methane hydrate is more dangerous as a greenhouse gas in the short term than CO2. The problem is that methane is unevenly distributed which leaves out the possibility of mining. -

https://arctic-news.blogspot.com Part C is important in that modeling linear effects only describes a limited view of the effects of CO2 and methane hydrate. A non linear view describes the real threat of AGW. -

I don't find anything hilarious about the current situation where Homo sapiens are destroying the biosphere which is the only home for all species. The USA consumes most of the worlds resources so that a few can live better than most of the worlds population. Leaving behind destruction, pollution and so forth. -

Exclamation marks denote a point of emphasis. It is not shouting or anything that some erroneously believe. Further, my question was fair given that I suspect Taomeow is a denier of Anthropogenic Global Warming i.e, AGW. Anthropogenic means caused by humans. I did my undergraduate work in the Biosciences and am well versed to debate this important subject. -

I asked a straight forward question which is based on AGW modeling and you give me this! -

If I understand you correctly AGW is not caused by CO2 emissions? -
Addendum to my last post. The Alt-right bashing of Hillary Clinton Pizzagate conspiracy theorists that flourished some time ago on this forum seemed to be in the past and yet a photo of Hillary Clinton with a convicted sex offender is posted this morning.

The last part of this thread is to your point regarding passive aggressive behavior here. This particular member states "Clinton-Weinstein Tendency" which could mean any number of things, but when I asked for an explanation he posts another photo. I just wish that mind games would cease without playing guessing games. Reference to the last page of this thread.

Excellent point! I questioned one member here that was giving so called COVID-19 prevention/cures advice and I was immediately criticized by one of the mods that I was trying to discredit this person. I only requested what this persons qualifications are. Medical advice is too freely given here from persons that are not qualified! -
Dzogchen or the natural state is not an isness, or a thing. It can't be learned or acquired as a means of ownership.

How do you know they are masters?

It is an improbable task to map out reality with any language.

What does cutting/pasting quotes from a teacher actually accomplish?
-
I have mentioned it a few times here and I was either laughed at or told I didn't know anything. Therefor I stopped talking about it!

Even though I don't believe that teachings should be secret or even dispensed by dharma kings there is a point where it is very easy to confuse persons that have not had direct experience with the primordial. Your narrative regarding Dzogchen leaves out the basis for the teachings in which there are two key points. As far as I know, Namkhai Norbu is the only one that elucidated the finer points that most all have ignored or were not paying attention.

Buddhism is primarily a reaction to Hinduism. E.g. in Tibetan Buddhist iconography there are wrathful deities stomping on Ganesh.
