You think the universe cares about humans? The most recent study finds the universe contains about 400 billion galaxies. Why be caught up in an anthropocentric point of view?

Vortex, That is a false claim. I gave one example from history and you twist it to mean something entirely different. The example was to demonstrate the modern roots of anti-semitism not some conspiracy for Jewish world domination!
-
I don't support the post at all. It is filled with conspiratorial anti-semitic remarks. I was making a point in regards to the worst of anti-semitism during the genocide in Europe and how Hitler responded to the Communist Party. Don't twist what I write!

The Fed loans money to Wall Street banks at close to 0% interest which keeps Wall Street in an artificial bubble. Profit before people is the conservative corporate meme. This in the news today. This incident was from a contractor that provides schools lunches. Disgusting! School forces 25 students to throw away lunches when they couldn’t pay..kids cried, went home hungryhttp://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/04/04/school-forces-25-hungry-students-to-throw-away-lunches-when-they-couldnt-pay/

Your post was anti-semitic. No discussion whatsoever is needed! The reason for the holocaust was that in Munich there was an attempted takeover of the local government by the Communist Party. Most of the leaders of the Communist Party were Jewish. For that very reason is why Hitler launched his crusade against the Jews. That is what makes Hitler an extreme rightist fascist. Why not make historically accurate statements as opposed to anti-semitic rants.

I guess we are wandering OT but I will add that economic policy is still being dominated by the 'Chicago Schools of Economics' 'Ayn Rand Objectivism' and the erroneous belief that corporations are benevolent entities. Corporations are fictions created (chartered) for a specific limited purpose and should be dissolved at the end of the allotted time.
-
I would appreciate you being on topic as opposed to your favorite anti-government rants! BTW, your anti AGW posts are boring and authoritarian.

I might add the unregulated trading (dark pool) of gasoline futures (Wall Street) which has increased the price of fuel for all. Such increases lead to price spikes of rice and other food staples worldwide and underdeveloped countries are hurt the most. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/dark_pool_liquidity.asp

Latest oil spill in Arkansas from Canadian tar sands. This is what we get from neoliberal policies brought about by Republican Tea Bagger authoritarianism. http://theimmoralminority.blogspot.com/2013/03/the-video-exxon-oil-company-and.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=u30m8U6VP3E

With the sequester in place, wars and funding for the military take precedent, while those in need suffer.

Strauss being the theorist behind the Neocon movement that started and advocated the invasion of Iraq. Fallujah is reported having high incidence of birth defects. Depleted uranium is not depleted. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8548707.stm

Hobbes should be included in this discussion in regards to the 'social contract'? The elites are defining the social structure.
-
For some bizarre reason you can't seem to discuss the OP. Humans have not changed as you so desperately want to believe. Stick to the topic! Tea baggers are included given that the tea bag representatives in Congress won't cut the military budget.
-
BTW this thread is in regards to genocide in Iraq. I suppose you could care less how many people have been slaughtered by paranoid right wing military intervention against a sovereign country. Which by the way is a direct violation of international law. That law was established in the Nuremberg Tribunals. War crimes! The problem is that your far right wing tea bagger party is refusing to cut the military budget. Having a bloated standing army justifies the excuse to use it. Sen. Graham wants military intervention in Syria. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57575203/graham-calls-for-boots-on-the-ground-in-syria/. The military industrial corporate agenda is what Eisenhower warned about. The root of these problems is in regards to human primate tribal behavior. Without checks and balances which you are wanting to remove, 'Social Darwinism' and other extreme forms of abuse occur. What you propose is a return to feudalism!

Thanks for posting this. The use of depleted uranium and white phosphorous ordinance was criminal. Besides the estimated civilian causalities of up to 1 million, there are anywhere from 3-4 million refugees. That was never reported!

I like the way you gave thumbs up to your own post. I did note the 'divine right of kings' in my post. BTW, the Medieval era is long gone and so should any adherence to the customs of.
-
These guys call themselves Dharma Kings and for the most part act the part. I would compare that to the 'divine right of kings!'

I was hanging around the whole scene back in the 80's and quickly grew tired of it. Prostrations, donations, robes are nothing more than cultural trappings.
-
Still hiding behind the robes and devotees just give them whatever they want.

So you have posted a few times and are using terms as taught to you as opposed to actually defining what you mean. Why not describe how you live in a state of awareness if you can.

You paste a graph and claim to point out the errors without showing your work. Didn't you state in another post you are a college dropout? I don't believe for one minute that you could work in a research group. Reading a few blogs, books or deferring to Feynman does not make one an authority on this subject.

I must be a Buddha given I can feel space kinesthetically and visually. Also visually feel objects.
