I had stomach issues a number of years ago which can be traced back to when I was in the military during Viet Nam. I bought a bottle of cayenne extract and within a month the digestive issues were cleared up. Rarely do I have digestive problems to this date. Cayenne is an anti inflammatory.

The U.S. is a war based economy! Approximately 60% of the federal budget goes to the Pentagon. Further, that does not include off the books projects and other funding by Congress for special projects. Black bag projects are unknown. NSA, CIA, Homeland Security etc. are at least 150 billion.

The issue of the 2nd amendment is not a simplistic matter and does not appear to be settled law. Many solutions as presented in the media are not rational solutions and fail to consider the social context in which the problem of gun violence arises. I saw him here in Santa Fe before he passed on. One of the great old time blues artists. Few today appreciate what Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Rodgers et al contributed to the 60's music renaissance and to this present today!

I was having lunch with a good friend and he educated me on the fraudulent labeling practices in the olive oil industry. I happen to love olive oil for many reasons including it's purported health benefits. Apparently olive oil is not pure and is adulterated with other low quality oils. Exactly! The biosphere is a complex dynamic non-linear system sensitive to initial conditions. Changes can be brought about by adding just one variable such as CO2 which in sufficient quantities will affect the entire system.
