Big Bang's Afterglow Fails Intergalactic 'Shadow' Test

Move these same flat earth types back in time and they would burn anybody at the stake that disagrees with them. I wonder if they still believe the universe revolves around them? -
Big Bang's Afterglow Fails Intergalactic 'Shadow' Test

It is very disturbing that so called creation science is being allowed in a Biology class in Chicago. One speaker said there is no proof of evolution. I can state with certainty that he believes the earth is 6000 years old. What the hell are these people afraid of? http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/23/libertyville-creationism-_n_839533.html -

I read the article you are referring to. If you read carefully, their research is not complete and is being submitted for publication. Publication is part of the peer review process and without that process, anyone can claim anything to be absolute fact. That is the difference between pseudoscience and the scientific method. Do you believe for one minute these researchers are attempting to overturn decades of work? Dr. Lieu and his colleagues found a phenomenon that requires further explanation and that does not mean what you think! Do you believe Einstein's work on general and special relativity is just another fancy theory? His work continues to hold up to scrutiny. I have provided a link to a NASA course on Einsteins work with references. BTW, I noticed you provided no references to prove your point. So if you are up to it, there are several here that will provide an excellent critique of your faulty assumptions. http://map.gsfc.nasa.gov/universe/bb_theory.html -
I have known about Persinger's work for years and just found these videos on his work. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2184059515285733378#

What Jerry Son said in terms of the Buddha realm being the highest, is an absolute statement of dogma. Why? Any statement that is framed as isness, is an attempt to verbally define an absolute, a black and white universe, with no other possibilities, in this case an ultimate Buddha realm. That statement also assumes that the existence of a Buddha realm is self evident. If that is the case, where is the evidence of the highest Buddha realm? These arguments for some ultimate realm are no different than the Christian dogma of heaven and hell.

We have over the past two years thread after thread by Vajraji as to why Buddhism is absolute and superior. When you state the highest realm is a Buddha realm, that is a statement of absolute dogma. BTW, what is a peep?

I didn't say there were no gods or that there were. That is an age old debate that has not been solved. What proof do you have that you are being controlled? I would say you are projecting an irrational conclusion on your circumstances. The problem I have is that many claim to have special revelations, neg. karma and other extraordinary events, that are attributed to the activity of supernatural beings in human affairs. I have yet to see these beings hang out with humans and impart their special wisdom. The recipients of such revelations are always in an altered state from meditation or powerful ethnobotanical substances.

Some of your ideas are so far off I almost have no words. Where are the land masses supposed to disappear to? There are massive mountain ranges that go where? What you do not realize is that significant geological changes take place over millions of years. This strange theory has been concocted by people who know nothing about Geology and in particular plate tectonics.
-
Exactly, why do you believe you are being controlled by a transcendent power? Maybe you are not.

In spite of BP and the government propagandizing that the oil has somehow disappeared, a massive slick has formed. This makes me sick! http://oilspillaction.com/breaking-news-100-mile-long-oil-slick-spotted-off-louisiana-coast

BP bought search terms, not Google.

You are accusing me of just making it up! I just did a quick Goggle search and since it happened around 10 years ago, it may not be available online.

Are you accusing me of fabricating a story, a lie? That therapist was well known here. The victim was taking prescription MAOI's. You attempt to discredit what I wrote by saying there are no documented cases of the problem that I stated? To defer to the mythological mother of the universe is beside the point. The use of power has been debated for centuries among humans and I have yet to see the all encompassing mother, god or supernatural beings writing books on morality. Don't you read philosophy and history? I do. The quote below indicates that the message is your creation. You wrote it in the first person. Then you attempt to defer responsibility to a supernatural being and not you who wrote it. That is why I challenged your account. Attempting to defer responsibility to a mythological being (in this case, a divine mother) and not taking responsibility for what you write is very troubling. "Ayahuasca's main message (and she made me understand it's the main message to humanity, me personally being given it only in the context of my being a member of humanity, not because it's my personal issue to any greater or lesser extent than anyone else's... though of course to make any lesson sink in, it is made intensely personal by this deity, because we humans really get it only in this shape and form, as something intensely personal... comes with the territory of being human...) --"

A very common experience.

The drug policies cover the entire spectrum of politicians with their corporate and religious handlers. Their excuse is what was termed the "Cult of the Holy Child" and adults must be kept in check to protect the helpless children from drugs, porn and online poker. This propaganda is a smoke screen to institute a return to feudalism and fascism.
-
That is a very broad generalization and without a specific context has no meaning. This so called message you have for humanity is nothing new and has been debated in philosophical and religious circles for centuries. Every culture has it's own concept of power and what abuse of power is and is not. That is the problem with relying on altered states, whether from plants or meditative practices. The visionary experiences are somehow seen as objective fact and may quickly become dogma. Banisteriopsis caapi 'Ayahuasca' is a medicine used by shamans of the Amazonian rain forest for specific applications which involve healing and survival of the tribal cultures in that particular area. Taken out of context like so many Westerners do, makes no sense. Why? Hallucinating indigenous species (Jaguars etc.) of the Amazonian jungles while sitting in an apartment in NY, is just plain crazy and has no meaning in that context. I suppose that kind of experience has great entertainment value. Does that experience offer any wisdom or healing while sitting in NY? The reason I object to your statement on abuse of power, is that I have no need to take that kind of risk when I can think in a critical manner as to what is abusive or not. Although, my view of an abusive act may be different than your point of view. One example that comes to mind is one that took place with a therapist here in Santa Fe. This particular hot shot therapist felt she knew it all in spite of limited experiences leading groups on Ayahuasca trips. She led a group in Indiana and made a fatal mistake. One of the participants was taking MAO inhibitors and died from convulsions during the ceremony. The therapist is now serving a prison term. My point is, most have no idea that tryptamines are powerful MAO inhibitors and great caution must be exercised before taking any beta-carboline harmala alkaloids and MAOI's.

I have seen those and these may not be very detailed. These DVD's are not on Doo Wai's site.

Get what? I was only responding to what you said.

Your first statement is an absolute fabrication of what I have been saying! A typical emotional response based on nothing. You accuse me of untruths and proceed from incorrect conclusions based on a very limited view of what I stated in terms of the hazards of nuclear power. Fusion? Make it work? A sustained reaction has never happened in spite of throwing billions of dollars at the problem. The main problem is somehow duplicating the massive forces of the sun. Even on a small scale those forces may not be attainable. I agree with you statement on solar panels.
