Vajraji has posted over 3000 times concerning Buddhist ideology. You just added another 1000 with your request. ralis

You are spending too much time online! ralis

Should all the energy accumulated in the head be brought down to the lower dantien for cultivation purposes? ralis

Will you be more specific as opposed to being elusive? ralis

I have noticed his writing style changes as if it were from different books. I agree that the process should not be disturbing and if so then there are blockages in the nadis that need to be addressed. ralis

Are you absolutely certain? ralis

The pineal gland sits in the 3rd. ventricle between the two hemispheres of the brain. Several names are give: Crystal Cave, Cave of Brahma etc. When the 3rd. eye is active, I wonder if the brain achieves a greater degree of neuroplasticity and the brain functions on more optimal levels. ralis

Without spacetime, those other dimensions would not exist. Further a dimension by definition, must have measurable characteristics. Space provides those relationships. Therefor, you have not transcended spacetime. ralis

Let's get back to the third eye discussion. If you don't mind disposing of your abstract explanations and offer concrete explanations as opposed to imposing your larger than life view of yourself! ralis

Beyond space? What does that mean? Must be fluidic space or maybe the singularity before the big bang? Fluidic space is from several episodes in "Star Trek Voyager" where these dinosaur or lizard like creatures live. They were the greatest enemies of the "Borg". Is that your home? You believe we live in one dimension? Certainly no one debating on this thread believes that! ralis

In terms of contemplating space time, I think you are engaging in a circular argument. You have a preconceived ideology of space time and seek to prove it by contemplation. Further, space is not what you think and may not permeate everything equally. It is space that is expanding since the big bang. Further, if space permeated all things equally, then matter would be uniformly distributed throughout the cosmos. I don't believe there is evidence for that. Maybe Seeker can enlighten us on that. ralis

Please elaborate on your reasoning. ralis

You don't agree with the above statement? ralis

Exactly how does the 3rd eye connect to space? A connection links objects. To objectify space and time as you have, contradicts your basic Buddhist premise of emptiness. However, it is more appropriate to see the 3rd. eye as a type of gateway. To make assumptions as if you have it all figured out and are able to quantify the cosmos by Buddhist semantic arguments does not hold water. ralis

Can you just let the thoughts be i.e, neither good or bad. If you can accomplish that, there is a great deal of energy available. Also the more you push on what you believe is undesirable, the more energy it has. So called lustful thoughts are only from social conditioning which are nothing more than the opinion of a particular group. Basically a trance. ralis

That was superficial talk. It all depends on what they were doing and if they were infantry or not. You should watch the interviews with the survivors of Easy Co. at the beginning of each episode of "Band of Brothers". None mentioned how many babes they had. Just the opposite. ralis

I had two uncles that were in WWII. One was in Patton's army and was on the front lines in Africa and any other campaigns in that area. He was in the 3rd wave on D Day, Battle of The Bulge and finally crossing the Rhine river. Front lines all the way. Was he normal? Hell no! My other uncle committed suicide and the family he raised was dysfunctional to the extreme. All for the so called glory of war! ralis

This entire thread and in particular Drew's thoughts have helped me refine my practice. Further, with Drew's explanations, I have a better understanding of the energetic aspects of my practice. As usual, our resident preacher (Vajraji) has some need to disrupt this thread! ralis

How many times have you iterated your theories around dependent origination and other Buddhist ideological terms? You have posted 3096 times and the vast majority are redundant i.e, repeating the same blather ad nauseum. Further, your incessant need to correct and preach is not welcome here! Most could care less about what any of the three Kaya's mean. Would you care to really step up and be a part of this? Or, will you continue the Vajraji charade. ralis

Apparently there are myriad problems with capping this well! http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2010/08/top-oil-expert-geology-is-fractured-bp.html ralis

Are there any other books on Kuan Tzu? Links? ralis

I started this thread and it is not about Buddhism! Certainly not about dependent origination. If you have something constructive to add, then add it. ralis

I mentioned in a previous post about right wing Christian fanaticism in the military. Here is another example. http://rawstory.com/rs/2010/0821/troops-refusing-attend-christian-concert-trouble/ ralis
