What I wrote is not open for a Buddhist debate so take it elsewhere. Further, the component can be used for healing or even to make better pizza.
-
In stating component what I mean is that it can be used for whatever one wants. Norbu's books are only a gateway and generally only concern the outer experience, but specific to this component are only found by direct experience.
-
Wrong! You completely missed my point as I knew almost everyone will on this forum. I said component!

There are several areas of study that I recommend. Dzogchen without cultural/religious baggage which in essence is non sectarian and does not teach one to be passive. One must be willing to sacrifice all belief systems/rules, especially religious ones. Religious belief systems are used as a crowd control device and only are in place to set limits/order which only serves the lineage and not you. Anterior knowledge is still around if one carefully discerns as opposed to accepting fragments as absolute truth. Namkhai Norbu, Keith Dowman's books are useful. Gurdjieff spoke at length regarding this component, but the power of which he spoke is not overtly stated. Whoever you are, you must earn it!

I was referring to a couple of responses here. I will give hints/suggestions as to where one can study further, but will not just give it away. I had to earn it which has taken most of my life!
-
We just finished watching season 1 of 'The OA' on Netflix. Thought provoking, challenging and intriguing.
-
Given the trite responses here I have no incentive to discuss the missing component. So typical on this site.
-
The problem is one of a missing component which leads to failure of most magickal work.

Wanna talk about "brainwashing" and manipulative billionaires?

Whatever you say Brian. You are always right. -

We? Please speak for yourself as opposed to generalizing consent. In terms of strategy/game theory, strategic moves are not always as they appear. With that being said, I will say no more given that game theory is extremely complex and another subject altogether. -

TheBlaze is a conservative web site founded by Glenn Beck. Further, just because there are donations to Obama means something nefarious is in play? Obama also was given money from Wall Street in large amounts and your post proves nothing and Obama was not a left wing liberal progressive. -

Really? Rupert Murdoch owns the majority of Fox News and is a right wing conservative. Also owns the WSJ which is very right wing neoliberal. -
The invasion of Iraq is a war crime which violated International and US law. The invasion of a sovereign country without provocation is a war crime which was well established at the Nuremberg Tribunals. In fact, the Nazis in the first trial were tried for unprovoked invasion of a number of sovereign countries and not the Holocaust as some are under the impression of. The other trials were for the Holocaust, the Nazi judiciary and medical experiments. Unfair fight by using torture and WMD's that are outlawed by international conventions? Geneva Convention violations?
-
I read the reports from the international team of inspectors and also heard their testimony. The Iraq war was built on the big lie.
-
Provide substantive evidence for your supposition.
-
Please stop the mind reading Brian and the blatant accusation that I am participating in revisionist lies. You will say anything to make me look bad in front of your supporters here.
-
The invasion was based on lies that were started by the Bush cabal which includes PNAC. I know the issues and am not buying into the revisionist argument. Provocation must be a physical act and not just mere words.

Building a house: Anyone a builder? Recommendations
ralis replied to MooNiNite's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Building any structure without much experience is an absolute pain! I have seen more amateurish construction, along with code violations that would make for many sleepless nights and that just applies to Santa Fe. Also, I would warn against flat roofs, straw bales, and DIY plumbing and electrical work. -
If I might add, is that no one is a separate individual in a vacuum and we are all part of a collective whether we like it or not. The Western archetype of the rugged individualist is a myth based on faulty assumptions such as what I just stated.

Is the Universe simultaneously contracting and expanding?

Or, Ibn Arabi's writings in which some consider him a heretic or even a madman. -

What you are posting here is a human concept of Ein Sof which can in no way be modeled or characterized by any reductive analytical operation. -

Ein Sof=Totality with no division or separation. -
Been hearing this for years and the problem persists.

All my browsers showed the same message. This problem goes back to basic programming skills.

This shows how tough the Ulmus pumila is. This photo was taken in the Gobi desert. These particular individuals have adapted a different shape for this environment. The usual shape is of a vase and generally multi stemmed.
