do you guys notice that all the most mystical places have the highest gravity? 1. machu picchu 2. Hymalayas (india) 3. Java 3. IF the maps were higher resolution, you'd see suuuper hot red spots in Jae Ju south korea and kunlun / shaolin / wudan / hwa shan Here. Lets do this. In the I-Ching, earth is - - - - - - heaven is __ __ __ BUT actually, heaven is like this: | | | you notice that the straight lines can penetrate the perforated lines. This is cosmic mating. The three projecting lines fit into the three lines that are open. IF there was a man standing between heaven and the most massive earth. Earth->Man->Heaven, then man would be the lightning rod between heaven and earth. Hence the 3 yin yang swirls. Think of man as a giant celestial lightning rod. IF you stand in the right place and become totally YIN (relaxed - passive) you will momentarily inherit the power of heaven - YANG Chi.

before we get too deep into the technicalities, everyone who wants to look into metaphysics and alchemy really would do well to read Huang Di Nei Ching. Yang chi is heaven because it radiates outward. Yin chi is earth because it is receptive like soil. Yang chi is invisible because it is heavenly Yin chi is visible because it is terrestrial. A cave is yin because it receives and takes in. The easiest way to explain is the birds and bees 101. Female is yin. Yin takes. Male is Yang. Male projects forth. In the I ching, Mountain is very yin because it is a LOT of earth. A cave is yin because it is a vagina. If you are in a cave in a dense earth mountain, you are in Yin of Yin. When you meditate, you become yin. So you are yin of yin of yin. Its THIS exponential yin nature that creates a celestial vortex of yang of yang of yang. This is why you have San Shin. ___ Somebody said, "the difference in gravity between the top of a mountain and sea level is .000007%" is thinking in a linear newtonian paradigm. Yin is always on the other side of Yang. All you have to do is get out of equilibrium (no matter how small) and heaven will correct for the imbalance (generalized). BUT when you take yin and make it to the power of yin to the power of yin, you've got exponential yin creating exponential yang. But theory is mental mastrabation. Go. Try a few nights in a tall stone mountain cave facing east.

everyone is psychic. if you were not, you would not be able to get the IMPLIED punchline of any joke. Nothing would be funny. You'd feel nothing when someone cursed at you and flipped you off. You'd have no effect when you gently whispered "i love you." Everyone is psychic. Some are just more developed. To develop your psychic abilities, you must increase your "eight extraordinary vessles" connection to heaven. Originally, these 8 vessles are called 8 psychic channels in taoist oriental medicine. There are extreme kundalini qigong positions for this very purpose.

there are two alchemistic formulas that are traditionally used for hair regrowth. 1. tao salt and 2. cirrin

Communities Like The Tao Bums, That Focus Solely On Serious Qigong/Neigong Discussion?

First of all... do we all know the differences between qi gong nei gong wei gong shim gong and shin gong? -
Anxiety is the Yang chi form of Depression. The day time dictates yang condition. So basically if you are anxious during the day, then you will be depressed at night. Anxiety is a 4th chakra blockage issue. 4th dimension includes time. So this means that you are simply not staying present. You are afraid of something that may happen. You will find a meditation that spins your 4th chakra... you'll also need to check the other 3 chakras below... 1. root=letting go 2. sex=reproducing productive habits 3. stomach=management of materials you have ingested. if you do these 3 things well... you will have no problems with the 4th chakra. Also, you can make a tea with herbs that my clan produces ... look up serenadin. it works immediately and permanently.
-
if you're depressed and time is moving too slowly for you... (4th chakra is heart is time) my clan produces an herbal formula to energize both the heart and throat chakra... its marketed at leitzin. look it up. taking it when depressed will create a spiritual experience ... if you sleep within a few minutes of taking it, you'll have a pre programmed dream.

Wow... someone who actually looks into things in detail! ok... let me elaborate. 1. the mountain MUST be a dense solid base mountain. You have mountains in Japan that are not dense compared to mountains in tibet and korea. And you are incorrect... there is indeed more gravity on top of a mountain than in a valley. 2. The gravity i am looking for is vertical chong mai yin force. the more dense earth, the more yin. the more yin, the more yang. Yang is the chi of magic. It only comes from heaven. Think: if you took a big scoop of Mt. Everest and then took the same size scoop of Half Dome, which scoop would weigh more? look at pictures of mountains in asia. 3. there is indeed a difference in the centripetal force. remember that south america fits nicely into africa and that japan fits nicely into the korean peninsula. At one point, all the land masses were one chunk. The underlying magma serves as a dense root system for all the tall mountains. think about it... if a mountain was sitting on lowdensity-soft earth, it would implode / collapse. Think iceberg. Its important to note that the underlying root structure of these continents still have the same structure as before the continents divided. So... there is below the surface of the earth's crust, the effect of a rotating hammer with the head of the hammer located in tibet/korea. But to your point... when i use the word gravity, it's just the most easily understood word for the yin pull of earth while it may not be technically ideal

The reason why all the worlds temples are in high mountains and why meditation in caves offers the most powerful Cham-Sun is the same reason Bai Fei Tang must be water of water of water of water of water.. Earth is Yin. It recieves. It pulls. "Gravity" It is passive. Heaven is yang. it is active - "Heavenly Massless Radiation". Then, the most yin place on earth must be where there is most earth... on top of a rocky mountain (more mass, more gravitational pull - YIN). Then then most yin powerful mountain range must be far east since the earth rotates eastward... centripetal force says that korea/tibet must have the most yin chi ... it is the head of the hammer that is swinging 24 hours a day - centripetal force based increase in yin chi. Now... its obvious as to why a cave is yin chi. isnt it? So... yin (east) of yin (earth) of yin (mountain) of yin (cave) then you inhale as long as you can... makes the 5th yin. The law of yin yang says... yang meets ying. so if you are meditating in Mt. Jin Ri in a cave facing east, then you will open up yang of yang of yang of yang of yang chi. Hence... it is said, "Earth, Man, Heaven" Your spine creates a lighting rod connecting heavenly yang chi with earthly yin chi. Then, before you let all this energy go.. you can play with it. and create extraordinary phenomena.

bowls of water, porcelain cups...YES YES... BUT... the most effective next step jump is bamboo. You see any similarities between these three items? They are all hollow in the center. Since you WERE walking on bricks... making them taller every time, meaning less and less planar space, then next quantum jump is simply to get rid of the center. So you walk on edges... ONLY First you get rid of external space.. then you get rid of internal space. the Wudang Barrel Walking practice is like this... based on the same concept. At this point... The next quantum leap jump is simply academic unless you actually practice walking on bamboo first. But i will tell you a secret. A truck driver thought he could barely slide under a low bridge. He got caught half way along. He couldnt back up or go forward. Every movement he made, sparks came from between the truck roof and the bridge. The fire department tried everything including hosing off the truck to lubricate it. Nothing worked. He was stuck. A child in the traffic, waiting to go to his favorite park said, Mom, "why don't they flatten the tires?"

I just saw a whole string of topics on chi and cultivation. Instead of adding an offshoot to it, i decided to start a new topic. First of all... we all know that we can spin sexual chi into shing yi palm strikes and even magnifying our intentions while in meditation. But its not just the second chakra (sex chakra) that can be wells for qi. We have 7 dahn juhns or dan tiens or chakras. Each can hold its own qi. Since the beginning of time, there have been devotional rituals like, 2. abstinence 3. fasting 4. pious holding back of emotions 5. vow of silence 6. holding back of blinking (see yogi osho). Each of these practices directly compress the chi in the corresponding chakra. 2=second chakra.. 5=throat chakra. 6=third eye chakra. 3 = stomach chakra. Holding onto kidney jing is only 1 of 7 ways to cultivate enlightenment.

chakras... spin... they do not open or close. You can add more chi to make the spin more dynamic and rapid with more torque. But you cannot open or close a chakra... open or close implies a planar model. Lids are flat... chakric energy rotate and project forward. like a slinky. Since your left hand is yin... slap the hell out of it... then place it about 6 inches from a very happy person's heart... you'll feel the spinning like a pinwheel against your left palm
-
no yet... you're still using too much of your foot... you are too connected to the earth still...
-
desert... yes this is certainly a powerful external technique. As far as my train of thought, i'm referring to TAO... tao stays on the same track and frequently introduces exponentially more difficult challenges along the way... all of this is internal. No muscular improvements needed... its all internal, neurological.

If you do 3 bricks, your movement is linear. 1...2... JUMP... make a quantum leap jump... using a brick is just an INCREMENTAL decrease in earth connection. So what is a dimensional jump... not a linear increment?

In acupuncture... it's simple... there is wood fire earth metal and water in the Wu Xing or 5 element system you've fanned your fire too hot... it evaporated all your water (jing) so you cant get wood. eat raw squid. it's high in testosterone. stop mastrabating. stop expressing emotions (jing - endocrine system) you just need to replenish your water element and the wood element will grow.

Stay present. Always stay here. I remember a deaf woman on the discovery channel. The neurosurgeons did some work on her ear and to test her hearing, they had to use a painful super high pitch sound. They put headphones on her head. She screamed and winced and cried as she heard the sound. Then she cried tears of joy that she could hear. As painful as the sound was, she loved hearing. She asked for the sound again. She loved the pain from out of the void. Love the desire. Know that it means you are alive. Embrace the desire for the sake of feeling something - anything from out of the void. Stay there. Stay present.

The problem is that you are trying to drive a car sitting backwards. You can do all the tai chi, qi gong, meditation, in the world BUT if your orientation is wrong, you'll just crash. You cannot control chi. You guide it. This is a huge perceptual issue. It may not sound big... BUT just go and TRY to make a flower grow. You will kill it. Instead, you water and prune it. Same with chi. Chi is not a thing... chi is a current / flow. If you treat it like a thing you can control, then as quantum physics explains, it becomes a dense particle. If you train and cultivate (gong) chi (qi). This it will flow through you smoothly. A.S. is precisely caused by unsteady blocked chi flow.

1. POPULAR Daoism has become a superstition based religion. 2. qigong IS a modern concept if you consider chinese/sanscrit/atlantean civilizations modern. In fact, in asia, the work GONG is a SUFFIX for any kind of cultivation. So your profession is called... JUN GONG. 3. Dao IS about developing superpowers. Super mental acuteness, super moral fiber, super spiritual connection, and yes.... super natural powers... The tao is a path you create. Look. at the age of 1, you get good at crawling... you use your hands and knees and use about 3 sq feet of earth to move about. At the age of 2, you take a quantum leap - dimensional jump and stand up using only about 12 sq inches of earth to move about... do you see a path - process - gil? Then at the age of 3, you get good at running... you take another miraculous quantum leap... now, instead of taking 20 footsteps to get to the fridge, you can jump and you only leave 3 footprints between the couch and the fridge. You start using less and less earth to reach your destination. you are using more and more heaven. You are even standing taller. NOW... do you see a path (tao) developing? A taoist is one who asks, what is the next miraculous quantum "step" along this path? What else is possible? 4. this is NOT Neutonian. This is Ancient Quantum Physics. "Man conducts between earth and heaven" - the Tao.

I've met several whack jobs that claim they can give a woman ten orgasms in a row. This doesnt mean tantric sex masters dont exist. I've met several idiots who spend more money on their car than their rent. This doesnt mean that billionaires dont exist. I've met several "phony chi masters" who claim to be able to project chi.. Guys... chi is a really simple concept. In order for a physical event to happen, the energy required for the event must be present. In order for energy to be present... there must be an intention. Even in your body... in order for hair to grow, the nutrients and energy must be there first. BUT what makes your hair grow begins with DNA. The DNA CODE IS INTENTION. DNA a plan to build. So... if you want to turn on a light bulb, all you need is 60volts and a copper wire pair. volt=chi. wire=jing. wanting light=ae. BUT if you wanted to use air instead of wires, because air is a terrible conductor of electricity, you just need far more electricity. Lightning uses air and water particles to conduct electricity BUT it prefers a lightning rod because it conducts better. If you want to strike someone, use your fist. If you dont want to use air , you'll just need massive chi. ... oh... and good aim.

There's also a web community that is shipping the tao salt. http://www.plurbis.com/content/Pharmacy Just so you know... tao salt is a purifier and detoxer. If you clean out your car engine, you won't notice much of a performance difference on the street, but you sure will when you are racing. tao salt is the same way. the effect is very subtle... UNLESS you are under heavy physical strain... like getting a cold, have a serious hang over from alcohol intoxication, or are a competitive athlete... AND... of course, when you are 90 years old, on your death bed ... trying to live another 20 years. =)

What Does Yin Energy Feel Like? How Do You Cultivate it?
daoian replied to mwight's topic in General Discussion
There is far too much confusion about yin and yang chi. Chi is just expressed energy. yin is ONLY yin compared to yang. So.. is a tiger yin or yang? in tiger crane, tiger in yang. BUT in "crouching earthly tiger, coiled heavenly dragon" tiger is yin. There is no such thing as yin chi without yang chi. If the yin chi becomes stronger than the yang, then they switch places. Yang is male, it projects and shoots forth. Yin is female, it recieves and stores. So... there is no possible way to shoot yin chi at an enemy. And... there is no possible way to absorb a strike with yang chi. If you drop a pebble, the earth absorbs it inward and the heaven shoots it to earth. So, the result of yin chi is always visible (fire, wind, waterfall, etc). The result of yang chi is always invisible (shamanic healing, qigong dim-mak, a mother's love, etc...). Does this make sense? -
In Tai Chi Chen 108, as the left foot slides out, all your weight must be on your right big toe. You root with both big toes then you complete the 2nd half of the microcosmic orbit neikung meditation slightly tilting your pelvis and hips forward. This is what creates the chi to drive your hands upward. You do not actually LIFT your hands... you perform a meditation making your arms rise the same way that another part of your body rises erectly when you meditate about something else. Then as your hands rise, you concentrate on the tip of the middle finger. then, before you let your hands back down, you spin your ren mai channel by pulling your hands toward your spine while concentrating on the index fingers. Finally, you release your rem mai channel chi pressure and push the chi down your du mai channel while focusing on the palm of your hands.

celebacy -> lust -> sex -> ejaculation celebacy conserves jing and chi lust burns mostly jing and little chi sex burns mostly jing and lots of chi ejaculation totally burns jing and chi together. Jing is the fuel for chi. Jing=Kundalini ; Chi = Prana "Whom soever looks at a woman to have lust for her has already committed fornication in his heart." Metaphysically, the heart is the fire organ in the Wu Xing 5 element system. You are burning your life force. But But who wants a long life without sex!>!?!

The general concept of Tai Chi is that the Chi does all the work for you. So instead of burning your own calories during battle, you simply redirect the flow of universal chi to throw parts of your body at the opponent's pressure points. HORIZONTAL - Basically, imagine that the moment you want to punch someone in the gut, your entire right arm drops into a super fast running rapid river. You relax and the river carries your right arm and fist into the opponent's solar plexus. (this is an oversimplification but you get the point. actually, your entire body drops into a spiraling vortex called the belt meridian. then the belt meridian shoots one clockwise circle (looking up from earth) outward carrying your fist with it) To do this, you must be able to cycle and circulate your own chi so that universal chi (same thing) can add to it and be guided and redirected by only our intention. Your intention is what creates rivers, waterfalls, and geysers of chi flow. - Within which you can just sit and relax. VERTICAL - Focusing on the various parts of your hands, middle finger, index, palm (again see acupuncture chart) in the first 108 movement is what triggers the microcosmic orbit chi whirl pool flow like a waterfall and gyser (up the trunk and down the spine).
