  1. Upper back/neck/head energy flow

Your back has the strongest muscles in your body, when you " feel" the upper back it is muscular energy you are feeling. When you breathe, try to feel the back and shoulders relax on each exhalation... The other more positive energy you are feeling is actually emotions and there is nothing wrong to feel them spread throughout the whole body. It's what gives you the high in a good meditation. And we all feel happier when we are loved. The tingly feeling is ok, its usually nerves firing off. Everything you feel in your body is some kind of energy, as we are just a mass of vibrating energy at the quantum level.
  2. How do I get the jing out in the head?

Microcosmic orbit training is sitting meditation. Zhan Zhang is macrocosmic orbit. When you do whatever it is you were trying to explain, touch your tongue to the upper palate. This creates a connection for energy to flow down from your head to the tan tien, and is used in all forms of meditation. It sounds like your imagination went into overtime trying to direct energy flow and made you unstable, with all of the talk about jing inside of your head, spinning your head around your neck, etc. When I was a kid we would spin our heads until we got dizzy and sometimes passed out on the playground. What Fun!
  3. "What is Qigong?"

Qigong is a made up term by the modern Chinese in response to the popularity of " secret " techniques. Back in the 60's and 70's they were just known as " warm up exercises... "
  4. Taoist N.L.P.

Oh, I see you have read the new Destroyer novel. That pesky Warren Murphy...
  5. I Am a Tree

The tree is a fun analogy. Do you practice ant form of standing meditation? Yiquan teaches standing before a tree as part of its practice, and I'll bet you got the tree quote from a book about it.
  6. Learn baguazhang and qigong from dvds?

Learning any qigong is best from a teacher, even zhan zhong. There are always subtle corrections to be made and a DVD or book just won't do it. They are best for reference and inspiration.
  7. How to manipulate or control chi?

Hi, It takes about 10 years of practicing a tai chi form to begin to understand it. If you practice standing meditation, about 100 hours of standing to get the basics developed. The best way to learn is not to worry about if you are cultivating anything, but to relax and enjoy it. Practicing tai chi is a form of qigong and you will naturally cultivate your chi. It's also best to have a teacher who will correct your form and help you to make adjustments. Dr. Sheehan teaches mostly Arnis, which comes from the Phillipines and is a kick ass martial art. The chopstick skill has nothing to do with chi. Feeling your hands warm up has been considered a way to detect chi flow in the beginning. It really has more to do with the friction of blood flow... There are no shortcuts to learning this, you have to develop at one incremental step at a time. Yes, there are specific techniques used to manipulate chi once you have made the proper connections and cultivation, but if I told you them, they would kill me.
  8. How can I increase my Testosterone?

Herbs, diet, etc will not help. Your problem is not with testosterone levels but that you have become too anxious whenever you begin to have an erection, oh my god, am I now going to whack off or can I leave it alone? The problem is that you have linked any erotic response to porn and jerking off. It causes guilt and anxiety, especially if you try to have an erection in response to a real person. Meditation to help confront your fears, practice having sex with a real person, and learn to enjoy the erotic part of your being... these are what spending money on therapists will tell you to do, so why not do it on your own?
