So this aneros, wow! So, a day or so after I got mine I started to notice a very sweet taste in my mouth. Then I recalled that Chia's Sex book said that when enough sexual energy reaches the pituitary gland, the hormones kick in and a sweet taste is experienced. There are similar stories in other traditions relating to Kundalini and sweet taste. Damn! So what I am saying is that this gadget can increase the juice! VERY intensely when coupled with upward draw or drawing energy throughout the body. It reminds me of a yogic technique of squeezing the perineum and PC mucsles to activate the kundalini. This is done with breathing between the perineum and the third eye center (pituitary). OK, your right. I spend countless hours of my life finding things that are BS, practicing them, having the courage and taking the time to share them, becuase I a) am getting akick back by promoting them from Plato (not that he has anyhting to do with aneros), and I really get a sense of well being by trying to mislead people. Hey, maybe the things we all bring up here don't work for everyone but there truly is so much to experience. I have found so many wonderful things becuase of this group. Interesting, what a great series of shows. Check it out if these are on again. I wished I would have known it was on earlier as I missed the part on Egyptians. This is a show on SEX and RELIGION/SPIRITUALITY. Excellent!!! From the Kama Sutra to the Taoist Practices, Buddhist, Christian, Greek, Roman, etc. etc... Very well covered... So, the Taoist sexual practices were portrayed as male centric for the pleasure and longevity of the male. As long as he was able to get the female to give up her Yin and not Ejaculate, he could would be able to achieve his goals. I underestimated this practice when Winn was showing it too us this past summer (I guess I got stumped on connecting with the cool part of the sun a while back in Greatest K&L). I showed it to some spiritual friends and they couldn't get over the looking at the sun part. They were like, you are totally insane and are going to go blind It was sorta funny. Epecially when I did it in front of them and said, look, I am not blind I still sorta squint, ease into it and many times just bring it in through the third eye and do the inner smile with it. I will definitely check out the way you describe or more like let that take place, very nice! Just wondering how you connect with the inner Water? It is just such a natural thing to turn to the Sun for energy. I beleive (if I recall correctly) that this is how the stigmatist (not sure I spelled that correctly) Christian women from Germany?? said she was able to live without eating. She was the women who would weekly suffer Christ's suffering and would bleed and exhibit the same wounds he had. This is no shit and well documented!!!! I just love basking in it! Forgive me if this is suppose to be in the practice session... I want to thank YODA for bringing up the Sun Practice and the Key Sound (multiples.com)... These are very excellent practices!!! THANKS! Well, I just noticed the sun yesterday where I was throughout the day in a meeting and was absorbing it. I noticed it in the AM on the drive into work and was bringing it in and again on the way home and then basking in it through a window during a 3 hour meeting... Good stuff! I did it again today when I noticed the Sun. It is great this time of year becuase it is less intense and better for direct eye connection to absorb. Anyway, I absorb it down to my sexual center and the trifold points in the lower tan tien. So, today! Wow today! Key sound went to town. It is the spiritual experience that is being pointed too! I had a full body experience that I can still connect with but after so much time, one has to go on with life... I mean I feel like I could care less if I ever had an ejaculatory orgasm again! Oh yea, you know how I said that around 48 hours or so before any major breakthrough I had ejaculated after a period of retention. Well, same thing this time. Ming Men was pulsing and was distinctly the source of how it was pulsing in. I noticed it and then started doing the key sound with this pulsating. I also got in my mind some really hot stuff at the moment of the pulsations and between the two the inner sound lowered and I was in quite a state of ecstasy... I highly recommend checking out the key sound stuff to go along with everything/anything else you might be working with. In case anyone ventures into Kriya... You know, Autobiography of a Yogi??? Anyway, a guy wrote a book on it called "A Recipe for Bliss" and broke out of the secret tradition in doing so. This tradition is supposed to be the tradition with a lineage to Jesus Christ. The reason I find it important to post here is that the final teachings are VERY similar to what Winn teaches at the highest levels. Which leads me to another point. I recently had my LKL booklet out and it says: Respect the system and respect the master: you will naturally receive the true transmission. Slight the system and slight the master: you might as well not waste your time. There is a reason that this credo is there and in effect! I believe that this will resonate with some here who may have not appreciated these guys. Are they perfect, of course not. Are they wonderful teachers, sharing ancient teachings on the Way. Yodster, Yes, I was doing the key sound silently. I actually do it any time I feel a "rush" of sexual energy becuase something turned me on (I never got an erection during this experience). Also I should say pulsing at ming men I should say the wheel turning sensation just to clarify. Actually the key sound sorta mimics this phenomenom. Like over and over oscilating Ahhaaaah, Ahhaaah... I also think that the sound helps one no matter where they are on there path it just takes a bit of getting used to. I would call what I had a heartgasm, is that what it is called? My whole body was in bliss - it felt orgasmic throughout and just really intense (not the most intense I have felt but really nice, also no waves) On the different Chi's... I think I would go crazy if I tried to answer that one. Meaning, just enjoy them and develop your own relationships with the different energies in nature. There are just so many different things one can experience. What I tried to do was keep trying for the primordial that births all the others. Yea, the one and only thing is troubling and is to much in my opinion. Unfortunately it does more harm than good for those type of things to be said. The SY organization teaches a lot of stuff that just is BS to me. However. The transmission is very real. It is not the cool breeze alone that constitutes sammadhi but the cessation of ego giving way to the pure land. I could never get past all the thoughts in my head until I did this and meditate with the technique that is taught. I have never been the follow a guru type and I still am not. I do recognize the Divinity in all things though. In some this is apparently stronger. I have received by the grace of God, some very deep communions. During one particular experience I inquired of Mataji. And God communicated to me that she was Holy. I didn't get any more than that becuase I was so enamoured in Divine Bliss and was conversing telepathically and sometimes with words. This made me at ease with again. The thing is when you receive the transmission, it is so amazing, subtle until you realize that all the chatter has stopped in your mind. Like the reset button was pushed. Then with meditation you just become so happy in life and just feel great! As I said, all the rest of it is too cultish for me being an indie type, but it is absolutely a gift to humanity Inner Peace, Matt

Plato, This part of the book talks about prostate massage either directly or through Hui-Yin point. No problem. If anything I was a bit accusatory, no harm intended. I sincerly appreciate your response and frankness. I feel that I haven't been able to connect with you before. Maybe I am just trying to get you to listen to me for a bit becuase I understand your struggle. Well, I didn't obtain sammidhi that way that you say, not sure what that is. I was fortunate to recieve a number of transmissions, from the Tao? from where? I can not honestly say I understand. But I got it as a result of practicing the Tao formulas. It all happened. Except I obtained Sammadhi (a state of cessation of ego functioning) through the grace of a guru - Shri Mataji (she is Holy but the SY organization is not a good thing ino). I received God Consciousness directly (again as far as I can comprehend) from the Tao. I can transmitt to people who are sincerely open to the experience and God has authorized me to do this Take it for what you will. I want absolutely nothing from anyone except that they obtain liberation in their very lifetime. However, I do not beat on doors, when people are ready it just happens. I am an instrument in a way, it is not ME who does these things. So, particpiate in the Soltice Meditation I am holding. There will be many sincerely spiritual people in communion with the Tao directly. If one is ready, the transmission will occur. I really do realize how ridiculus this may sound to someone who has not experienced the deeper levels, but, it is REAL. And everyone's birth right to obtain. I AM THAT! YOU ARE THAT! Harry, That was such a beautifully descriptive post. Truly, from my heart as I know it came from yours, thank you and you are doing the new HT generation a true service! I totally agree. The phowa technique is REALLY a tibetan buddhist technique for when you die. (to all) Listen on this one for your own sake. There are a lot of great things to be taught on this path, but shooting the pearl is not one of them for those who are going to be around for a while Inner Peace, Matt PS. There are One Couds formulas and then there is all this other stuff that makes up the HT "system". Nevertheless, if you want to experience Reality, go for the Inner Alchemy path and disregard the rest of it. Master Chia took just about everything he ever learned and incorporated it into the "HT system". A lot of it is not necessary for true physical enlightenment (if you will allow me to coin it that way). As always, find what is essential and discard the rest. I will only tell you that many of the auxillary practices in HT system ARE NOT essential to One Clouds formulas. I won't go into it much further but OneCloud came to me and told me to "call" Master Chia on the shooting the pearl and he did so for a very good reason which Brotha Pain and I are articulating here... But understand that this is no reason to discount HT totally.

I am not saying that retaining doesn't "do something" but I absolutely say that Spirit, yes each of ours and collectively, is beyond ejaculation or non ejaculation. It is the primordial source. Now, getting to this point may be accomplished with the help of retention, or it may not. But to say that retention is the cause of the effect is not absolute and not necessary Further, to cling to a method versus the place it takes you, is against the point, imo. With that said, I generally practice a modified 3 finger method but occasionally let it go depending on the moment. As far as the body is concerned, retention is great for your health! When you open to spiritual consciousness, the retention is not as important or central. I think that people can easily get carried away with the retention thing. I will add that before most of my major breakthroughs I ejaculated 48 hours before (after long periods of retaining). Hey, I am not saying what I did is the only way but I am saying that neither Ron's way or my way is the only way for YOU. Hagar, Sounds like your heart center is awakening or "healing" as some put it. I have had this Indian type melody singing through me lately from time to time. Perhaps the singing and living from your heart is just what you need at this time. I would go with those sounds and resonate them in your heart center if it feels right. When the heart center opens (or any center for that matter) these types of things happen. If you haven't had a physical though lately, get one just to be safe. I have heard of person who was on another list I am now on who ignored some heart related signs and ended up having a heart attack, so do what is right for you but don't neglect seeing a Dr Inner Peace, Matt

Send this combined love to the heart of Mother Earth or Yin aspect. Be patient and let her respond and let this radiate through ourselves and the group Feel love as a group for the Sun or Heavens and send this upwards to the Father or Yang aspect. Await his response and let this radiate through yourself and the group. Feel your consciousness open created by the merging of Heaven and Earth. Individually go into your own Heart and feel the warmth and smoothness. As this changes into Bliss, let this radiate to the group and then the group radiates out to the entire Universe, with no expectations. However, the Universe responds to her offspring and they bask in her glory... And then we will come back to the circle and back to ourselves and go about our way walking in the beauty of the spirit that resides in each of us...
