Hi, I have done some advanced stuff with people involved with this initiative and it is truly beautiful and powerful. I "found" some of these folks after I had a very profound experience and transmission from the Tao itself. If you live in one of these places especially, get out to one of their free shaktipat sessions. It is an intro into the Kundalini. They have come up with a safe supportive approach. I started it the other day. For those of you who know me a bit, you know I am pretty sensitive. Well this was no exception. I was excited to listen to the CD. About an hour before, I noticed this painful feeling just below my sack but just above the perineum. Pretty uncomfortable. Anyway, started listening to the CD and that area started to tingle and I just felt this orgasm building. He later talked about that being a very "hot" spot and how different areas open up and sensations to watch for. (Sorry, I am sensitive, and I also pick up tons of shit from others so it all isn't a walk in the park). Anyway, it seems a bit complicated but within reach for those who are going to stick with it. I am going to stick with it until I experience the waves via this technique. Now the thing that has me going on this, besides the obvious, is to see if this experience is the same as the "spirtual waves of bliss". Jack, the person who put out the CD, says that this experience is independant, yes independant, of ejaculation or non ejaculation (but seems stronger when people don't ejaculate). He talks about how this is embedded in our DNA and how during this "process" one may experience "fur balls" (my words = karma or crap, old issues, etc.) that need to be worked through and to do so before proceeding. Well, he doesn't come right out and say anything "spiritual" but to me it seems to clearly be what this is all about. When I hit the waves through this technique, I will let everyone know. 1) Between the two eyes This is common. This is a focus on the Third Eye as a method of self transformation. There are many practices based on this approach. Let me say that this is not the approach you are studying with HT; MO, Sex Retention, and Dream Practice. Understand that I am not saying any of these are not valid paths 2) Consciousness of the Heart Yes, this is a very important place to "focus". Yet regardless of focus, the Atman (your spirit) lies within the heart The consciousness of the Heart is the "final" place in at least the HT practices as taught by Winn and also from other traditions. This experience is truly all connecting to say the least! Again though, there is nothing here to get attached to.... Drunvalo Melchhizedek's book about the heart (can't remember the title) teaches a way to this inner dimension. And it is beautiful! The thing about the "Golden Flower" and many other texts is that they are so cryptic. I love it in a sense, but in truth, it is more helpful for all that it is outwardly clear what is, what is I mean, how many people do you know that are searching, in every moment for God?? and now we should confuse these true seekers that are rare in the first place???? FUCK THAT! I AM, I AM, I AM! I charge no money, I ask nothing, I am here to serve. I AM here to ensure that every one attains TAO, but one can not attain it until one DESIRES it COMPETELY from the heart! Practice means NOTHING, until it is done from this perspective! I recall reading a taoist text that talked about how some people need the energetic practices to prepare and others do not. From what I have now seen in others and experienced myself, this is true. And it is about consciousness more than the Southern school of complete reality taoism would let onto. However, both Nothern and Southern schools are valid paths... Just my two... Matt

I was diagnosed with ADD as an adult. Basically what you are describing is the creative personality I practiced the HT stuff hoping to be able to overcome a lot of things (my first priority was dealing with mortality or should I say immortality). Anyway, I became very disciplined (which was good) until it turned into rigidity It was only when after so much trying that I said, one day. I am going to get drunk and relax, I am getting in my own way here. The Tao came to me two days later (of course there were other factors). And it didn't all come at once, there were gradual and then not so gradual steps. And it is never "over" so one can only be where one is (or appears to be). I found Dr. Amen's site on ADD the most helpful of all. He profiles like 6 different types that he has researched through brain imaging. He has an online test that will help you determine which of the different (and they are VERY different) types of ADD you have. It is Amenclinic.com. He has a book, which I am sure you can find in your local library system. Anyway, he gives natural type treatment recommendations along with the meds (I do not take them) and the treatments vary based on the type of ADD one has. I will say that my spiritual growth has helped me tremendously and in general, I have been able to overcome a lot of the issues, spiritually, by establishing my core and ground in the Divine essence and practically by getting smart from stuff like Dr. Amen's. Inner Peace...

Ron and fellow practitioners, I actually have had it for awhile but have not come so forcefully out wit it! I can not disagree that retaining the seed (really the energy) is vital. However, at the same time once deeper layers open up, I can not say that it really matters but I still practice retention. It is like this for me...on the physical plane I fully understand the benefit. On the spiritual plane that has opened, nothing matters. The Source is and it is beyond, beyond It is funny (or not so) becuase I had a conversation with a friend (non practicing and no clue) the other day about the games that go on in typical American relationships and how the women take full advantage and withold sex to suit their own agenda. He was like so thankful because now he knows there is way to restore balance. He intuitively knew that you have to be complete inside FIRST!.. I let him borrow my personally signed David Twicken book "Spiritual Qigong" with all the HT formulas (no sex practice or Winn H&E Alchemy) up to Sealing of the 5. I tell you the truth, the more people that culitvate the better! And all women should seek culitvation as well. This is not about superiority of one sex over another, but about the harmonization of yin and yang to restore Primordial Heaven and TAO! So... sorry to change the subject but, what is your secret when you do a scene? I mean, how do you blow a load and retain the energy? or is that why you do not do porn (as much) anymore? Plato, So what are you proposing as a practical alternative? And what for those of us who have already been sucked into the trap? First there is love and sex and love and sex. And then there is the "honey this" and the "honey that" and one does the obligatory dancing. Then they start holding sex over yer head and manipulating, full force. All the while you keep depleting your jing and you are on the treadmill to hell. A total sucker for temporary satisfaction because you don't know anything else... UNTIL... you start practicing retention. Now the tables turn. At first she is pissed. Really pissed becuase you dont' respond to the "if you want some, you better..." and then after a while when homey doesn't play that game anymore, she gives up and realizes that she wants sex too. Now you make her shake and beg for more. Now homey is well, realizing his homeyness. Now, she looks at you differently. Homey is actually respected in the household. The HT system is a valid system for the right type of person Since the journey can never be "canned" totally for someone to follow an exact script, one must find their own way. This is not totally true but the best I could put it for you. If one is drawn to HT, go for it. However, that doesn't mean (to me) that you need to never consider anything else. Technique does not take precedence over purpose. And purpose is in your being. When your being is ready to bloom, the process unfolds And then we learn how to get out of our own Way Inner Peace, Matt PS. There is a time and place for everything... becuase one needs a break does not mean that one is not devoted. Hagar, This is normal. Let it run its course. Relax. Take your focus off of meditation and chigung and just take a break and allow yourself to be whatever you feel like doing. Then, after a bit, you will be ready to get back into the saddle... Peace, Matt

Winter Solstice sounds good to me! I am wondering how many of you guys have your kundalini awakened? How many live wires out there? The reason I ask is that if we sit in a circle (remotely) and join hands, there is a very high probability that you will get a transmission so I just bring that up, becuase it is transmittable especially to those who seek it. I believe it is also a responsible thing to mention to someone before I sit with them, because some people may not want or be ready for it. I remember this summer at Dao Mountain. This woman, who seemed to have been around the HT scene for quite some time, said that Chia transmitts the energy to students in the higher level classes and she thought that Winn would do the same. She said Chia just nodded his head at people to transmitt. I am not sure that Winn takes that approach. He seemed to keep a distance (energetically, emotionally, etc.) from his students and teach them ways to enhance our own practice (I think that is wise btw) but it can feel a bit standoffish. But then I experienced the deeper layer he was teaching and I was like, wow, very powerful. But I was able to discover it my own way and also be able to "recreate" it. About a year prior to attending H&E alchemy, I believe that it was transmitted to me directly from the Tao, by the Grace of God. And a year before that, sipritual consciousness was awakened. Anyway, now I can transmitt this to people. The only thing I noticed is that most people can't hold these states and energy becuase they are not yet empty The HT formulas help with that and also to attract the Grace directly. But undeniably, it is beyond that as well and one does not need to pratice HT or any other particular system. Matter of fact, some people don't need anything at all but the pure desire, which I personally believe is the most important factor. There is no monopoly on the Way But awakening is only the beginning, enlightenment is not an end point I have been spending the better part of the last year meeting, learning from, sharing with, and delving deeper into the great mystery with others. I have gained a good deal of experience leading group energy sharing sessions with Kundalini awakened people. The energy of these events is unbelievable, of course nothing compared to personal Divine Encounter. I have much I can share with people and there is much more that I can learn from others. And responsibly speaking, I know nothing in the whole realm of things I hope that we can explore a lot of things experientially here as well as be able to continue to have open and frank discussions. I hope that others will continue to have the courage to speak of their experiences and not keep them hidden away. May the Tao grace us with its Primordial Essence when we gather!

The most important thing I learned about the Tan Tiens was to make them infinite. But at first, just get my awareness there and then practice expanding it out. Say as big as the room, then my town, then the earth, etc... The lower tan tien is somewhere around your navel, sense it and move on. It isn't to be hung up on or to be measured precisely. We are talking internal energetic structure not physical anatomy. Furthermore, eventually you will not need to ID with it, you blend all the Tan Tien's and there is only the core channel...
