Example. Inhale 5 secs hold 5 secs exhale 5 secs

Get a good supply by reverse breathing then throw in some triangle breathing and you've got some serious cultivation

Santiago Dobles is awesome. Ron Hoffman is awesome. Hundun is awesome. Gearry Hearfield although I've never met him, is pretty cool too. He has a lot of gems. I think tenaga dalam and tummo is under appreciated.

I'll just suck and project until my will infects the mods and then they'll have no choice but to put this back in the Taoist discussion. I woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning.

That means a lot to me really it does, no really....I mean that....my life had no purpose and I was lost until you said that. Thank you Dorian...thank you. Now if you don't mind I'm going to pick up my daughter, one of the many mistakes in my life but luckily I'll make it all better by squeezing my taint and sucking and blah blah blah Thanks Dorian

That's 100% correct! PLUS you get to sleep well knowing you have a "temple style" DVD from someone who was actually kicked out of the school! AND another bonus is that this guy is so inline with the Tao that he's constantly endorsing products that he then quits using in like 3 months. Don't be surprised if he comes out with another book plus 3 more Secret DVDs and some Gary Super Goo.....

My last posting on this matter. Good luck with Gary's Goat Milk

WOW Lol! You're turf? How so? I haven't updated my blog in a while but you pretty much hit the nail on the head so now what? I know you have plenty of Kool Aid to drink so great luck. BTW I still practice certain exercises from the temple style system

I hate to step in on this but Dorian's probably to busy "sucking" right now. Ok so here's the path to internal success AND going broke all rolled up into 1. 1. Tidal wave chikung DVD because this is the foundation 2.Big Wave because he made this recently and you may as well buy it too 3. Mind Light because you want all of the unnecessary exercises in this 4 hour DVD. I mean get ready to suck and actually yell things in your very own living room! 3. Last but certainly not least the Fire Torch DVD! This puppy is so hot it needs to cool off before it can be released! Who actually knows what's on this one because the other DVDs contain the "ENTIRE FRIGGIN TEMPO STYLE ER'THING GONG" so this has to be some MIND blowing SHIT! Literally Shit. And I mean why not right? The guy has to make a living so if he bottles his own piss and shit and calls it the Golden Gatorade with Chunks, I'm sure someone would buy it right Dorian?

Ok so how about this. You name the alleged "yin yang gong" masters that you know and MPG can name the scholars? Sounds like a good deal to me considering you mostly hijack and derail most threads
-
It seems that as of late there has been alot of questions concerning this path and that path so I thought I'd start a thread and share my opinions on a few actual teachers that I've met or at least had experience with. 1. Hundun-he's a member here on the bums. I've met him and practiced under him a few times but then life got in the way and so did many other cliche excuses. If you are in the Sacramento area, look no further. My first actual qi experience was with him and it was life changing. 2. Santiago-he's a member as well although I dont think he's active here anymore. I know he has the goods. He runs a KAP program. While I havent tried KAP, I know he's the real deal because he sent me a special gift from a few thousand miles away. 3. Ron Hoffman-he's in Florida. He's amazing. I experienced fa jing for the first time and while delighted, I was scared to death lol. The temple style tai chi system is one of dedication. It's not easy by any means. I've had email conversations with a few other masters but what I'm sharing involves qi manifestation etc. Anyone else have any experiences they'd like to share? Also, I would like to add that they all 3 mentioned that the secret ingredient was to practice. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

I can't say for sure. You can call him and ask.

Shaolin Yijinjing Gengmenpai qigong seminar with Dr. Jiang Feng in China, Spring 2013.
h.uriahr replied to grady's topic in General Discussion
Im sure you've read about his lineage. You know that he has the "zhenqi" attainment. This attainment is a big deal in this lineage. He started training in 2010 if not mistaken. If this is the case then he has made it in 2 yrs. The only other "comparison" I have to go by, level wise, is the mo pai. If this is all true then this lineage may be something worth looking at.... -

My point wasn't about the mo pai. -

You did that within 2 yrs right?? Awesome! That's the level 4mo pai equivalent? -
If you don't cite your training history, masters, etc then you aren't helping. You're just derailing.
-
I disagree completely. If you are going to bring something up as a counter to an argument then you need to post your sources or the counter is irrelevant. Im leaning more towards the belief that you know not 1 single master.
-
How many Yin Yang Gong masters do you know? I'm also curious as to why you havent spoken with them about the Randi Challenge?
-
I'd like to chime in and say that Santiago is a real deal. I cant speak about it due to the fact that he asked me to keep the details between us but distance is of no issue. That I can say.
-
The Randi challenge is a joke. Dont believe me? Go ask one of the real masters that you speak about right here "I know much more powerful masters with real Yin-Yang Gong not this cheap trick" to go and tackle the Randi challenge Also, how blessed you are to have met so many real and authentic masters! I envy you.

The main ingredient in all of this is sincerity. Be sincere in your Practice. Oh and PRACTICE
-
Ah but you are wrong young grasshoppa FOR I HAVE NO MASTER

The man is building a hospital. Not to say he shouldn't heal Jim but he doesn't need any publicity. -

Great to hear the seminar went well -
What yogic exercises don't mix with chi kung?
h.uriahr replied to Flolfolil's topic in General Discussion
IME if I had head or neck pressure it was due to the fact that I wasnt relaxing enough internally. It helps if you can smile into the entire body first then perform your exercises. And dont push it either. Take baby steps.
