A couple of observations will actually prove, or maybe not, a few things here. In no way do I represent David or his training. I have no desire to train with him as I'm happy, overflowing with bliss, with my own happy style and Master. With that said, here are my very unimportant and uneducated opinions. 1) Xing Shen Zhuang is very effective. I dont care if you study David's or Chilel(Zhineng) but XSZ is great. 2) If you have any experience with basic jurus aka dynamic tension + triangle breathing, then youll know that you push energy into and through your arms, out of your palms. 3) Taking from #2, performing XSZ before you get to this stage and during this stage, your meridians/channels in your arms will be like a freshly installed piece of plumbing..IOW, free of any clogs. The energy from the jurus aka Mo Pai level 2a will flow unobstructed, through your arms. So, does this prove anything? Not really. Does it matter? Not really. There's a trend going around that starts with "Is this guy/girl the real deal?". The problem is that you didnt go and check it out yourself. Most of the time it's heresay, not first hand info. It was a friend of a friend who had a cousin who's older step brother's mother went to a seminar and didnt like it. Whatever. If someone is content with spending $4-6k then by all means, spend it. Going with the flow is a basic principle. If you flow with it, go with it. It's been real...or has it?

Hi. I can see a problem right from the start in regards to SFQ. I dont have the book but I have the MCO cd. He doesnt say to do reverse breathing.

Move it? You either cut it loose or you can spin it. Sufi spinning balances and spins your chakras. There's Taoist spinning too.

The whole laser scenario doesnt really ad up. On Jiang's own youtube channel, in his own video, he does a slowmo instant replay. You dont have to slow down and capture any pics because you can see it clearly in the video. I dont buy the laser thing. SJ7 brought up a great point too.
-
I don't want to hijack this thread but do you see anything When you see a pic of Wang Liping? Just curious as to your thoughts on him.
-
Very excellent point.
-
Has anyone else actually "slowed" down the video to see the light? In the John Chang demo you can see a very brief light in the paper before it ignites. Also, how long does it typically take for a laser to burn paper? Is it as quick as the press of a button?

Not that I dont like Superman but Dr. Strange is applicable to the 'bums I think. Interesting story he has.
-
I could swear that I read one time that Superman has an easier time lifting something if he's already in flight or levitating. This is Off Topic. Also, this reminds me of the shut up thread.

I understand that we are in the information age but I'm just wandering if posting the actual material is the correct thing to do? Someone else did it so it's ok for you to do it? My 2 cents are spent. Peace

Soooooo......uhhhhh.....I guess I'm the only guy who has a problem with what's going on here? Should I go ahead and post Chunyi Lin's MCO material in a free download? Or maybe his Sun and Moon meditations? Maybe a KAPer should just copy and paste all of the KAP material too? I understand that we are all on here to "share" experiences, training, etc but isnt it kind of "shitty" to outright copy the actual training material and post it on here? Unless maybe that's not what's going on.....

I'm not sure that Jim is an actua Sifu, in the Master meaning of the word. Use the advance google search and see what you come up with. You'll find his email in this forum if you dig deep enough. If you really want training similar to the mo pai then you need to contact Santiago. Santiago is much easier to contact and will do pretty much everything in his power to help you succeed.

Do you know if the first link is selling the Tridaya course? The way it reads makes me think it is. I'm having trouble navigating the second link. Do they have practice material?

Hey Hundun, +1 to all that I would also add this. A good teacher will reproduce good students unless of course he doesnt have that many and then statistics can rear it's ugly head. That said, to my knowledge, Verdesi has quite a few students, none of which have the accomplished yin yang gong. Verdesi is someone you can smell a mile away. The first red flag is the fact that he jumps from teacher to teacher. Not a bad thing but when it's an All-Star cast then that's a HUGE red flag. He has a 20000 yr old alien teacher but that wasnt good enough so he met John Chang, that wasnt good enough so he went to Wang Liping who wasnt good enough then Jiang who wasnt good enough then some dude in Korea who can do thunder sounds with his cane wasnt good enough...what next? Santa Claus?...the Easter Bunny? Maybe a magical lei shan dao leprechaun...who knows. All I know is that if he hasnt had one single student who is at the coupling level, then why bother? I'll tell you why, because he's throwing out insane prices so you think "it's gotta be real right?" Wang Liping has accomplished students that can do crazy stuff, just ask around. Chunyi Lin has students who can do distance healing, etc. Waysun Liao has students that can do cool stuff. Even on this board, certain people PROBABLY have accomplished students, like Hundun for example and Santiago. For that matter, I'd swear under oath, to a jury that Hundun and Santiago both have IT...the JUICE. So what if it's not yin yang gong. The biggest challenge you're going to face is dealing with your SELF.

Taking Revenge Without Holding onto Hatred
h.uriahr replied to mike1234's topic in General Discussion
What's the actual point of this? I dont personally believe that even the thought of revenge is of any benefit whatsoever. Holding onto anger isnt a good thing and neither is hurting some to help rid yourself of the anger. I think all of the beating and raping scenarios are completely inappropriate for the question posted because in all of those situations, the act of revenge isnt going to run through your head. The protection of your loved one or neighbor is going to be priority. I think they are 2 entirely seperate "feelings". If my wife was getting raped when I came home you can bet your ass that I'm definitely NOT thinking about "how can I get even", I'm probably not actually thinking at all. My killswitch is engaged and every breath in body will be used to defend my wife, which would likely result in either his death or my own. Now, if I came home and the cops were there and I find out that she was raped, then I might be praying for a revenge scenario. If you're a good person at heart, taking revenge will probably make you feel bad in the end. Back in highschool, I had this kid who was pestering me for a week or so. I wasnt confrontational so I just took it. One day though he just got so bad that I told him, "if you dont leave me alone I'm going to kick your ass". Well, he didnt leave me alone so when it was time for PE, I kicked his ass in the locker room. Guess what. I felt like shit. It was completely unnecessary. I went out of my way to talk to him afterwards, thinking that if I became his friend it would make things better. It didnt. I still feel kinda bad about it to this day. Bottom line, holding onto any emotion isnt healthy. Anger obviously cant be bad just because we experience it, seeing as how it's natural, and nothing in nature is evil. Just dont hold onto it. Revenge line of thinking is holding onto it and that's no bueno mi amigo. -
I actually agree with you believe it or not. I'm not much into anime or video games nowadays but many moons ago there was a game called Crono Trigger and in it, a Kingdom called the Kingdom of Zeal. In this Kingdom, at a certain period in time, everyone knew magic. I would love for one day, to be able to go to a "library of the ancients" and pick out a training manual for whatever lineage using whatever techniques. There would be a personalitiy test of somesort to determine what method would be the most beneficial to the person and then you get to train. There would be various masters to help assist the student as well. Also, as for bullying, I believe firmly in a 2 step process. Step 1- complete physical and psychological breakdown...old school ass whoopin Step 2- build them up with confidence and teach them that it's not cool ( or whatever hip word ) to bully people. We need to kick the bullying at an early age.
-
Or maybe he calls the local law enforcement? Or maybe you decide to step in and teach him some form of fighting besides that which you were sworn to never teach?
-
So then if your friend develops an insecurity problem, let's say that because of his lack of fighting power, and then he suddenly starts whoopin ass because of the technique you taught him, but then, because of the power struggle before the technique, he's always wanting to prove something now and beat people for other things, not so threatening things, then what? This is a common problem. Like the geek to muscle man guy. Kid grows up thinking he's "nerdy" but then loads up the weight, kicks the glasses, gets RIPPED and now he's thinkin he's the shitznit. Kid gets beat up all the time, learns to kickass, beats up other people now, because he has a power that he didnt have before.

Hey Slop, You quoted the wrong guy
-
Obviously I cant actually give you the REAL answer but I think I might be able to help...or further confuse that topic... If you've ever read about SFQ and the MCO method then that would probably be why it's ok to start with it. I have his CD, the half hour and hour, although I dont use this particular method it is a bit different than most that I've seen. BUT, I dont even know why the MCO would be considered dangerous in the first place. Sorr for the pointless post

If you had a friend that confided in you that he/she were homosexual, is it your responsibility to let that "cat" out of the bag? I only use that example because unfortunately some people have a fear of being themselves. You get the idea.

So you have certain practices that actually CONCENTRATE on filling the "dantien" or "chakra" right? Well, those are obviously different than the ones that dont. Although, the ones that dont arent necessarily bad right? So let's say you have system A. System A is a system that starts you off with concentrated filling. You take chi, bring in the dantien with method A. Once you've done so much of method A, you begin method B, all the while, continuing with method A. Method B however is a bit more on the "strenuous" side. method A and method B are both alchemical techniques BUT method B is where you really start to develop internal power. So then you go and do method B for X amount of minutes, hours, months, years, etc...... Sidetrack to System B. System B starts with Method B but runs into a problem, IMO, and that problem is that they are trying to build the second floor all the while skipping the first floor. Sure you can do it, but then when you look at your project you realize that you missed a very important step, or maybe you dont realize, but either way....you skipped a step. Method A, is a very important foundational step. Sidetrack to System C. System C uses method MCO. Now, hopefully Master Chunyi Lin or Wang Liping will step in and actually fill in how this is important and why you should start with it, because I cant, and wont even pretend to. Here's why you wont find the actual techniques to filling your dantien, via the Mo Pai or similar schools, just lying around on the internet. People who know these methods, where once apart of the school or a school, have a certain level of respect for that Master. They dont want to be the guy who let's the proverbial "cat" out of the bag. And in all actuality, I was reading through some of the older posts in this forum and a certain someone, who I would assume was gifted the responsibility of spreading his lineage, has made a post that contains, for the most part, Method B. This doesnt answer your question whatsoever....BUT if ZZ and Jazz makes you happy and content then cool because if you were in front of John Chang getting a transmission but you werent happy then what good would it be? Oh, and people dont realize that for the most part method A is really boring. In that it doenst have what I would call "active" techniques.......soooooooooo....peace

Who would win in 3 way battle royale between himself, John Chang and Wang Liping??
