IMO the mo pai doesn't proceed exactly as mentioned in the book. If it did then the dantian progresses from not real to real and substantial. The dantian theory of the mo pai is exactly that though. The dantian becomes a solid physical mass. Also, because the dantian becomes a solid ball of yang qi it must mix with a solid ball of yin qi right? Idk and it doesn't rally matter.

As a former ESL Plant Worker I can share some things. Homogenized milk is milk that doesn't seperate as easily. A lot of things go through homogenization. Almond milk included. It keeps it in a nice pretty liquid and consistent state. Products that aren't homogenized can and usually will seperate during transport so not long after it hits the package it'll seperate, this is a quality issue not a safety issue. Pasteurization kills some of the bacteria in the milk. This is debatable as to whether necessary or not but pasteurized and ultrap products last longer on the shelf but once you open the container it's all on equal ground. If you have no way of seeing the facility and the process of how they get, keep and transport the raw milk then I would suggest not buying it.

Zero, Are you in Indonesia? The tenaga dalam system that I have experience with builds internal power. It doesn't look much different than most other td systems that I've come across.

I've seen them referred to as cauldrons. Cauldrons hold stuff....you can fill a cauldron so I think fill is ok. I've also seen elixir field...elixirs are put into containers....fields are open to be filled with seeds so I think fill is ok....BUT....I have no idea what I'm doing at any given point in time so I'm certainly NOT a professional. And an acknowledgement wouldn't translate as "he provided the foundation for such and such religion". It would mean that he knows Truth. The Bible speaks on those who have the Law without having the Scriptures.

Another theory is that negative emotions like hatred, anger, a strong desire to harm are thick emotions so they produce a thick energetic resonance. The practitioner who is developing his/her inner power can repel these guys because of that. It's possible that theses students know this so they take a few moments to psych themselves up for the attack.

Many people think that the ldt is the only focus but its not. The Heart, Navel or both can be focused on. Santiago Dobles showed me this.

As to location I use my heart as my center of focus. I take a few moments to focus, let my breathing even out and then scan down to my heart. Once settled inside I start to recite the Prayer of the Heart. I recite it mentally but with a focus as if its coming from my vocal cords, it resonates downward into my heart, vibrating my chest. I must ad that I am a Believer in Christ so my Faith drives my practice. The amazing part is that things happened in the order described in the Ladder of Divine Graces. A heat took over my heart. An Awesome, Loving, Warmth. Centered in my Heart but warming my Being as a Whole. Then came the most intense Spiritual Moments of my Life. Pure Intimacy with The Lord. They happened outside of my Sessions, during Intense Worship but no doubt fueled by these deep Prayer Sessions. I usually use Prayer Beads, a Rosewood Mala to be exact, but what I find is that I get so deep that the beads stop and when I resurface I finish my rotation.

IME the work I've done with my middle dantian is WAY more effective than what I've done with my lower dantian. The whole lower dantian IMO is overrated.

Joking and mockery aside, the Tridaya level 1 is effective and real.

The similarity is in the beginning theory and also the practice although the Tridaya system is basically starting off at the mo pai level 2a with the exception being that they do a seated triangle exercise but their standing projection is like mo pai 2a
