Ive been doing Iron Palm with YKM since 86, the Burning Palm has loads of conditioning that isnt like Iron Palm slapping a bag these are all hanging type bags filled with different materials to replica the human body, bones, organs, muscles, head etc. I do this more now than iron palm as my hands are pretty conditioned but the hanging bags help you more with combos and fighting similar to a boxer on a bag. I guess I enjoy the hanging bag better for that reason i can get my footwork and timing in, as well stamina. im happy you are enjoying the clips, im not going to serious in the forms as you can see I just want to show some forms to see what reaction and what people thought of my kung fu. Yes, the 1st opening section is Sup Jee Kuen aka small cross or Sui Sup Jee Kuen. Aww, Terry Sifu, Thankyou you are too kind my friend!! Yes, I am the person to get the Bak Mei from his family including some of CLC bak mei pai, the Omei Bak Mei comes from his family and nothing to do with Cheung Lai Chun association. This is what alot of people dont realise especially from CLC camp. All Bak Mei is similar and has the same roots! I think we do have some incredible information between us from Sifu! Its all opinions that is so true, dont get caught up on your emotions though when someone doesnt like your post or give a negative answer to your post. Rather than think its an attack maybe look at why the person has said that in his post maybe some of it is true?!
