  2. best way to open microcosmic orbit?

Let the orbit run slowly following the breath's in and exhale. Do this for a few years until it gets a natural way of evening out your own energy; its a tool, a workinginstrument. The rest like softening out the hard parts of the lane and focussing on single points follows from itself later on. It yust takes patience. Always go natural and never force, forcing or trying to go to quick is whats messing up. The opposite way of the orbit is possible as are both ways at the same time like somekind of internal waterfallmeditation but thats of no use when you dont have a strong flow going round allready. Options are limitless really, its a basic practice you can build on later. Mo is so good because its so simple, let it go round and keep doing that daily and after some time the magic happens from itself, it yust takes time. Its all internal and you dont bother people with it on the bus or train so you can give extra focus to it when your bored. The best part is that you can never get to the bottom, you can always include more, go smoother and more refined, like pimping your orbit Have fun hehe.
  3. What is the difference?

Let me try to explain so it gets more clear. Rooted or rooting is often aimed at a physical level. In taijiquan practice people say you have good root when your body is lined up perfectly, relaxed and feet sinking in the ground. You are well rooted, you are standing like a tree with the roots deep in the ground, from here you can defend or attack vs your oponent. Another meaning of rooted can be the origin or background of the person. Like in: going back to my roots. In spiritual practice this can be the base practice the person did for example: he's roots are in shamanism or she is deeply rooted in tantric buddhism. Grounded or grounding is often aimed at a spiritual, mental or energetic level. You are well grounded and have a clear and stable mind, you are down to earth and standing with 2 feet on the ground making quick well thought of decisions, you are focussed. The opposite is someone who lives with he's head in the sky, unfocussed sometimes confused and cloudy, high. In energywork grounding can happen by dissipating energy and bringing energy towards the lower centers. When people are not used to energywork and open up there higher centers to quickly he or she can become very ungrounded, you can look at it as a cloudy high in the head wich isnt always pleasant. Somewhat simplified somewhat exaggerated but i hope you know what i mean wich in the end is the most important Regards !

I love the book mentioned. My girlfriend isnt all that intrested in spiritual practice but i gave her this book and she loves to read it hehe. It sparkled her intrest. Think i gonna let her read magus of strovolos or magus of java next hehe. That should do the trick Regards !
  6. In the gym ideal to loose weight is running, cycling, aerobics etc. You get a stronger and more solid body with BBB and pilates. For weightloss you need aerobic training, you need oxygen to burn fat. You can lift weights and do bench presses etc. but 9 outta 10 it will only make you bigger ok its muscles but you still wont fit in your older pants Powertraining is mostly anaerobic exercises. Again if you wonna have the best of all: do taiji Im biased towards Chen style taiji Cheers !

  8. Keris any one own one?

Im a collector hehe, antique artifacts and keris The sheat of a keris is atleast as important as the blade itself because the sheat symbolizes the female and the blade the male aspect. Also blade itself is made of metal comming from earth and metal from heavens to create a marriage. Very fascinating weapons

  21. Is this what John Chang does with Keris?

One of my keris can do the same trick, the standing up on its tip thing. I dont know if it keeps standing because of the energy or because of the perfect outline, probably a combination of both. If you yust hold the keris for a while it becomes really light. Its the second most powerfull one i have. It has a pamor being a princess on a horse, a true piece of art. Its from the 17th century. What Jhong Chang does is kinda diffrent, he communicates and borrows he's energy so they can do there thing. There smelleaters
