Ha ha, so after a year and 6 pages...I'm guessing no man actually stepped up to the plate on this offer?

What is sodium iodide? And, what do you think about Lugol's Iodine or Natural Tree based Iodine/Potassium Extracts? I got some Lugol's Iodine. How many drops per day or week should I take?

The older I get, the more cool things I find in Bruce on deeper levels. I think now, the coolest thing about him was his intense passion, magnetic charisma and belief in himself. Similar to a Tupac Shakur. Cha-cha, martial arts and acting were all really just vehicles for him to express his own unique persona in a totally captivating manner. He was becoming an expert at being Bruce. He had more confidence in himself than any system or teacher. And that total self-knowing, self-assurance, self-conviction and ability to express that effectively is something I am really searching for myself today. Which I think is actually rarer than being a champion in any of those disciplines. I mean, it's tough to win fights in the ring. But, it is arguably much harder to look good on screen and captivate global audiences for decades. Very few people possessed the raw charisma that he had. And I think that was his real gift, that I would love to be able to find in myself. The guy really knew himself and maximized his short time on Earth. How exactly did he do that? That's the real art I want to learn...

He knew about qi and I think made some crude attempts at utilizing it. However, I don't think it's something he really focused on (I could be wrong). Moreso, the guy was a gifted kinesthetic learner who was highly-coordinated and could pick up movements immediately and improve upon them a week later. That's why he became the Hong Kong cha-cha champ as well. If you learn and master moves twice as fast as everyone else, you are destined to become a champ. I think the real mystery though is where all his boundless energy and magnetic charisma came from? Seemed the guy was literally larger than life and stole the screen of whatever scene he was in. Maybe he had some naturally open energy channels or some sort of open kundalini? This could also explain why he burned out so fast, too. Anyhow, here is a good forum to learn more about him from 1st & 2nd-generation students. Most don't strongly emphasis qi (if at all), but still do lean towards physical internal arts principles of structure and very heavy soft hitting...as well as other reality-based techniques like non-telegraphing, etc. And there's also a big political divide between "Original" JKD vs JKD "Concepts" camps.

^ If this is your first DIY house - how did you learn how to build it? What resources are you using? Seems like a Herculean task that requires such a wide knowledge base, tools & materials.

You are an AFC with ONEITIS...an epidemic in our post-feminist culture today. When you've had enough of the BS, Google PUA and MRA...and start your long road to recovery... fDcNjhYJLwg And after you've found both extremes, you will have found the Middle.

Eric Pearl 's hype sounds pretty impressive. Supposedly, he "reconnects" us to a "pre-Descent" vibe that transcends and is more powerful than traditional "technique-based" "pranic/qigong/Reiki/etc type" energy alone. It's more of a "light, energy & info" combination that supposedly actually increases in broadness and output with distance... Has anyone tried any of his seminars or healings?

No. I'm saying that every step you take either gets you closer to or farther from your goal. Don't ration-a-lies and fool yourself. If you are feeding addictions, those would be leading you away from resolving your underlying issues and delaying your ascension. Although at the same time, all mistakes are learning experiences... BTW, sorry if I sound judgmental. However, I believe this applies to everyone, and I spend a lot of time clearing myself as well...

With every decision in your life, from smallest to biggest - you have the choice of holistic life or misusaged anti-life. You reap the cumulative effects of all your choices at the end of the day. So, if you consistently choose anti-life...you will reap anti-life results. If you choose 65% pro-life choices, that's what you'll reap. For example, do you get out in the sunlight some during the day and sleep when it's dark? Or do you stay indoors all during the day hunched in front of a pooter and stay up late at night watching TV? As a simple example, a choice just as simple as that (day in, day out) has an incredible influence on your health. Vitamin D and serotonin are produced with exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D prevents osteoporosis, increases immunity, etc and serotonin is a potent antidepressant, etc. Melatonin is secreted at night (with complete darkness) and is also a potent anticarcinogen, as well as a precursor to entheogens. The body also detoxes at night, starting around 9:30 PM or so - ideally if you're asleep. Therefore, if you wake up and spend some time outdoors during the day and go to bed early without artificial lights on, your health will improve IMMENSELY. So simple and natural - yet powerful! And if not, you are misusing your body out of harmony with your environment. This, on the gross level, is what is meant by living in harmony with Nature Taofully. Understanding and respecting the grand design to our bodies and lives - as opposed to circumventing them with technology. And it extends from our personal lives to corporations to society at large...which will also reap what it sows from all our choices. y9Vhivi6nws Now, you may only be responsible for society as a whole a fraction of a percent, but you are 100% responsible for the choices you make in your own life. We all are. So, make the best choices you can at every "Hopi" fork, and you will enjoy better results in the long run.

True, but if you watched this vid - he was sliding it back and forth across everyone's bare backs...and then chopped a watermelon in half just going straight down. Especially on this one: plhT-su7mHM

I think not all Yin gui are "evil," but all evil spirits are Yin gui by definition. "Yin gui" being redundant. In traditional Chinese lore, people are thus advised to be more careful about going out at night (Yin time) when Yin gui abound, and especially when weakened right after sex. Actually safest to sleep at night and stay in right after sex. People are more vulnerable to and usually get possessed during heavily Yang-deficient scenarios...(not that possession is common - but that's just when it usually happens).

Agreed. The thing most of these mass hypnotic movements all have in common is agitating and tooling the "underdogs" to revolt and overthrow the ruling regime...in order for the backroom (Leo) Straussian subversives running these ops to come in, takeover and centralize more power. I mean, if you study the Black civil rights and 2nd-wave feminist movements in this country, you would be surprised to find out who many of the original funders and top advisors actually were (not Black or female) and what their ulterior motives actually were... Yes, it IS all about CHANGE. And with each new location and generation, the overthrow comes in a slightly different permutation and is rebranded a different name to adapt to each new unique setting. Remember, NAZIsm was socialism for working-class Germans suffering from their post-WWI Depression - that later turned into despotic fascism. Communism was "proletariat" empowerment - that later turned into arguably the most destructive cancer humanity has known - to both proletariats and old money bourgeois alike. Particularly in Russia where it tortured and killed around 50 million, making the NAZIs look like Cub Scouts! Because the main purpose obviously wasn't really to empower the proletariats, but to dethrone the royal Romanov dynasty. Proletariats were just disposable & sacrificial pawns in this global chess match. Bottomline is, CHANGE = REGIME CHANGE by dividing and conquering a host country through agitating class warfare. This is analagous to a virus (like HIV) causing an autoimmune disorder (like AIDS) in a host to destroy itself. And whatever "underclass" they promise to empower are just the weaker, more vulnerable cells they infect first - yet ironically also often the first to die off. I mean, the proof's in the pudding. And after 50 years of "progressive" activism, this country is now in critical condition. We're drowning in debt, our social structures have fissioned and most of our high industry is outsourced now. A lot of changes happened simultaneously, but overall, hasn't the net effect been disastrous? Are we about to lose our sovereignty to a global authority? I'm not saying Obama will be this bad - hopefully not. And I still prefer him to McCain. But, I personally don't expect too much out of him, and feel the real candidate for real hope (Ron Paul) was totally marginalized by the corporate lamestream out of contention.

My teeth have always felt cleanest after munching on a bunch of leafy greens...probably due to the alkalizing & mineralizing effect? Ramie Nagel has done a lot of research and believes that cavities & gum disease are caused by nutritional deficiencies from our modern food supply - not ultimately bacteria. So, I think he recommends supplementation and herbs to cure them. BTW, if you guys want to hear the best source of podcasts with alternative health's leading-edge proponents, sign up HERE. Patrick Timpone does an excellent job seeking out all these guys in the field and conducting full-length, informative interviews with them. So, whether you want to learn about superfoods with Daniel Vitalis, liver flushes, zapping, coconuts, etc (+ other alternative issues) - he's got them all conveniently assembled there!

Interesting, I had an image last night of a cat's head just like that staring at me... Anyhow, cool new digs! I wouldn't even know where to begin to build my own house...

I just noticed this yesterday, and maybe it's just me, but if you extend your pinky fingers straight out (other fingers can be relaxed or curled into a loose fist)...it seems to trigger something to straighten up your spine. This seems to work particularly well when I'm standing up, my arms are hanging straight down and my pinkies are pointing straight down as well towards the ground.

For the average layman's point of reference, I've always wondered how much of the feeling of orgasm can be said to be qi?

Good for you! I voted Indy too. Lots of ignorant people think it's a wasted vote - but what they don't realize is that if a candidate gets 5% of the popular vote - then next election they get federal funding and a real shot. And I feel at some point we need a REAL change - which means a grassroots 3rd party! Others falsely think it "steals" votes away from Democrats. Again, this might only be true in battleground swingvote states. But in landslide states where the vote is heavily one way or the other, you're actually wasting your vote if you DON'T vote Indy! Cuz otherwise, it is overkill for the winning side or not enough to boost the losing side... And all of this goes back to my point that...most American voters are politically-illiterate and not qualified to vote. They don't understand politics, our election system or where the candidates really stand.

Yes, but yesterday I was trying to feel Yin qi, vs Yang qi. Does anyone have tips on how to differentiate and feel the various types of qi? I think this would be important to healing and martial arts?

Yes, George Lucas heavily ripped off Eastern mysticism (Taoism, Zen, etc) and Japanese cinema (The Hidden Fortress) for his series. That's why Luke wears a gi and Darth Vader a Samurai helmet. The Force = qi, etc, etc... The only reason it seems so "coincidental" is because none of it is openly credited and no actual Asians were cast in his movies. So much for "diversity." See blatant cultural plagiarism/appropriation...

Actually, it is an interesting question. And the copy his campaign provided only seems to fuel more rumors, as it frankly does look like some modern repro with computer font. In fact, there appears to be the date, JUN 6, 2007, bleeding through the backside on the bottom. Now a new copy doesn't make it invalid, but it sure doesn't help any with quelling rumors, though...

Speaking of Taoist diets...I've been wondering about the following? 1) Early Taoism advocates abstaining from grains (pigu) for better health and longevity. This is to avoid feeding the 3 "demonic" parasitics worms that reside in the intestines (or brain, chest & belly). My question is what exactly do they consider grains (does this include beans?) and do they literally mean physical parasites, or are they talking about some astral entities? Although, I would suspect something physical since they did not say they were etheric... And finally, is there any actual effective basis to this? 2) Why exactly do Buddhists abstain from Alliaceae (garlic, onions, etc)? I've heard several speculations, but does anyone know the original reason? 3) If Taoists and Buddhists abstain from meat, alcohol, grains...what's left to eat? Vegetables, sprouts, fruits and nuts? Or no nuts?

Yea, Max gets flooded with random tangents, so I usually listened more than I talked and chose any few questions very carefully... Yup, it's no secret that Li Hongzhi was a former student of WLP. I think they had a parting of ways, and I'm not sure what level he attained under WLP, though. But what I do know is that when I looked into FG years ago, I knew he knew a lot more than he taught - because I saw one of his video intros where he "spoke" in a very fluid sequence of flowery hand movements and mudras while sitting in full-lotus. It was just so graceful and smooth I knew he knew something more... That said, I didn't quite agree with all his beliefs and assertions in FG and decided it was a mixed bag. As far as ETs, I've been a buff since I was a kid and always believed in them, to be honest. So, it's no paradigm shift at all for me - in fact, the growing consensus only comfirms my beliefs more with every passing day. And it's not just KL or DG making similar observaions about them, either. But a wide cross-section of people. That also said, the whole UFO field is also infiltrated and loaded with tons of misinformation and disinformation...so caveat emptor.
