Actually, I find this attitude an norm amongst young men today in post-feminist America. And I think it is important to acknowledge and validate it - because it is very experiential. If you don't believe me, just watch this interview with a woman who posed as a man for over a year to find out what the male experience is really like. Whereby she was stunned to discover that we don't have it better, we are suffering and that women have all the power in dating. And that was just after seeing the tip of the iceberg. Imagine what she would have felt had she got a divorce and went through a child support battle, got falsely accused of rape or something! And I think the other problem is that some of our souls are still holding this idealistic 5th plane definition of love...even though we're living down here now in the 3rd plane. And the 3rd plane definition of "love" is based more upon evolutionary psychology, physical attributes and self-survival agendas. Which means "hot" guys and girls get all the love, high ideals be damned. Which then kinda sucks if you're not considered a "hot" guy or girl. Or even if you are, and realize that that is the main reason that you are getting love... But I guess dating in America 2008 is a whole 'nother topic in itself.

Wow, that is pretty amazing! Just curious - how old are you and how long have you been cultivating? Sounds like you're been doing this stuff for awhile and it's really paying off now.. IOW - many, many nights led to this "overnight" success now. So, well done!

What about Eat Right 4 Your Type? This diet recommends different foods depending upon your blood type. I'm basically vegetarian now, but according to this I should add some meat and dairy back. Anyone know how valid this diet is or tried it?

I believe this shift is one of the first steps on the spiritual path, and common to many schools. Otherwise, left-lobing your way through the veiled planes is like trying to see with your ears. The heart is designed to sense and feel love, not your logical left-lobe.

Wow, that is pretty cool! Who is this guy, exactly? As an interesting tangent, David Hawkins tries to quantify the level of truth of people on a logarithmic scale of 0-1000 in "Power Vs. Force." Whereby: I believe he also claimed that there were only 12 people on this planet testing at 700 or higher when he had written the book 5 years ago... So, I'd be curious to see where Max, this Mahasiddha & Wang Liping rank on his scale? Obviously all very high, but just how high?

I was told I have some mercury toxicity due to my amalgam fillings leaking...so I want to get them safely remov ed and replaced with mercury-free fillings. But, I have no clue about this procedure. Anyone got any tips or good websites? Thanks!

^ You levitated wool??? How so? Got any vids to show that? Huh? It's pretty simple - when the pressure below the airfoil > pressure above it (via Bernoulli's equation), then the plane gets lifted up. Same way you get up in the water when you go water-skiing. You place your skis at an angle as you get pulled forward. And an airfoil does the exact same thing. As far as this vid - who knows? I don't see anything obviously fake, but videos are never conclusive in themselves, either.

Yes, it's been a real watershed year for me. Seems some real Taoists masters started coming out of the woodwork recently and I stumbled onto here at just the right time to jump onto the Max bandwagon. My first post here was only half a year ago on May 1, 2007. And that first post actually had a lot of symbolic resonance for my experiences since then. I was trying to feel my way through the dark. But feeling was in fact, the real key to finding my way though. This has been verified by Max, the , and others... But, this is just the mere beginning. In 2008, I will "resolve" to: Feel more, think less. Do more, talk less. Keep moving forward. Because the former are what lead to real progress. PS - We must have a lot of lurkers here because regardless of how many users we had on at one time, it still seems to be the same dozen or so actually posting.

Now, compare these pics: Some of these are SW Chinese Yi minority - the others are Peruvian Incas. But interestingly, both of their traditional garb is basically dark fabrics with very bright embroidery...and funny hats. Mere coincidence? Or something more...?

I believe there may have actually been a few pre-Columbian Chinese migration waves to the Americas - perhaps the legendary "Fu Sang." Just google "Olmec jade masks" and see what you find: Or "Olmec figurines" and you will find Asian-looking dudes in asana-like poses: In fact, some inscriptions on Olmec jades found at La Venta appear to show some correlation to Shang Dynasty writing:

Unfortunately, what this CFR tool fails to mention is how the Chinese are actually leaving WITHIN their means, while the US is living in DEBT. China is not in debt, but actually has billions in foreign currency reserves. Whereas, the US is in $9-$14 trillion of debt. So, who's REALLY poorer?

^ Wow, what a great idea! Also great for moving since you can break it up into small pieces. Regular mattresses and box frames are always a bitch to move!

Interesting...but what do you mean by bones not primarily transferring forces, but acting like spacers? Aren't vector forces in our bodies transmitted by bones? And a spacer would transfer forces, just the same, if it is in that line of force, right? WhiteTiger - Interesting. So, both mover and stabilizer muscles would qualify as voluntary skeletal muscles?

Revelations of an Elite Family Insider

I dunno, he has a few nuggets of possible truth in there...but also a lot of Roger Dodger vague responses. The real test would be his ability to give verifiable insider details or forecast future events using his alleged insider knowledge. But, he didn't really give any of those. His signal-to-noise ratio just seems to be far more on the low side... There was a similar poster a while back calling himself "John Titor." He claimed he was a time traveller from the future and talked a good game. Except...he dodged simple questions about the future like what type of music was in vogue and none of the apocalyptic events he claimed had happened by now...have happened. And as they say - the proof's in the puddin', folks. -
Might not hurt to bring some binoculars just in case you can get outside the city.

I'm guessing that holding poses works out your stabilizer muscles, vs your "mover" muscles. - Where "mover" muscles move your limbs around with a large range of motion. - But, stabilizer muscles are more sinewy like tendons with very small ranges of motion. Because they are designed to stabilize parts - like tent lines. But who knows...still pondering why...?!

Yea, when I was in China, it was not that unusual to occasionally see guys doing some type of slow forms or meditative walking. Now, these people here weren't harassing me, just genuinely concerned - either for my own well-being or society's? I just find it funny that something so minimal would be enough to literally STOP TRAFFIC and qualify as a KODAK MOMENT.
-
Yea, I was wondering if anyone had ever met the guy or knew much about him? Or tried any of his methods?

Western Energy and healing cultivation methods?

So...I'm dying to know - how'd it go??? What did the actual session consist of? Any noticeable effects yet? BTW, what do you think about free sites like this? -
I was hoping you'd chime in. Thanks. Still good exercise, though. Something I could still use right now.
