I've been doing some 5 Elements while going out for walks...in an attempt to multi-task and save some time. I'm not sure if it still works in motion, and it looks funny as hell to passers-by, but at least my arms are getting stronger..

Here's another interesting pic that seems to cause some energy movement in me: Seems to have a more diffuse effect - mostly around my upper chest like at the tops of my lungs, but also in my brain...and I feel it on both sides of the body (as opposed to just along the spinal axis).

^ Agreed. This same thing basically happened to me a few months ago. I took a long, really hot bath and nearly gave myself heat stroke. Basically, this happens when your core temperature keeps rising, but you can't cool off because your sweat can't evaporate for whatever reason. Like, say you're submerged underwater or you're dehydrated and out of fluids to sweat off... NO BUENO, dude. VERY dangerous - and life-threatening, in fact.

Err, yea, sure... As soon as I figure out what fifths, complimentary opposite harmonics and semitones, etc all are.

Yes, thanks affenbrot for the clarification! I guess even James Randi had got that wrong, wow.. But the 2 may be related though, as onebir intuits:

Ha, welcome to the Communist dystopia! It's really sad how that meme warfare purposely destroyed all of China's ancient mystery schools with its Cultural Revolution and more recently, persecution of qigong due to Falun Gong. Communism was basically neo-opium for the masses. China really needs to be more careful about preserving their culture and the foreign mind-altering agents they become seduced by. It can be easier to defend against bullets than manipulative ideologies.

Yes - EXACTLY the same as me too! And I also find with the diamond that the "hotspot" seems to be the very light-greenish sparkle that is in the center of the diamond, about a cm above the bottom apex point. Very interesting... This would seem to support my theory that we are all beings of light and the building blocks of this universe is information - thus, that information can be transmitted remotely or through a photo. Because there is no distance between information, that doesn't really have "substance" or a location anyways. Space, time & matter are just the perceptual effects of that dimensionless information. Just like how we all know that everything we are looking at now on our screens is really just the "special effects" of 1s & 0s...even though we can't "see" those 1s & 0s directly.

The detoxing sounds good! Have you developed your baby's spot yet? And interesting notes here: Sounds like the ol' Reptilian-hybrid Creation myth. Sounds like Max. I didn't find the link to your KUNA art there, though.. And I think there are some interesting possibilities about what may make the full-lotus such a powerful position. 1) By folding the legs on top of each other, you increase the angle between your thighs and spine (compared to when merely cross-legged) - relaxing your lower back and allowing a more erect spinal posture. Also, this is the position that brings your huiyin point down closest to the Earth - to better absorb yin qi from it. Remember, a lot of qigong or neigong centers around merging polarities. 2) It may geometrically align energy centers and possibly optimize wave-interference patterns in your bio-energetic fields? 3) What difference (if any) does it then make which leg you fold on top or what position you place your arms in? 4) I dunno, all guesses here...it's still a mystery to me like the Pyramids. Whose sacred geometry you might also replicate in that position, as well. Who knows? The problem with these asanas is that while they were passed down, they were not fully-explained...

Jing and Qi transformation from which to which?
gendao replied to Fire Dragon's topic in General Discussion
Great clarification. Aside from the tones, "jing" and "jin" are also pronounced slightly differently (hence the different sp) - although do sound very similar. And for martial artists, their goal is probably more jing1->qi4->jin4. Bingo! -
I'll be particuarly interested to hear how you do Ben...I'm projecting mildly spectacular. I didn't think the Courtyard was that pricey...but if you search the old Phoenix threads - there are definitely other cheaper options. I ended up staying at the Extended Stay America Phoenix - Mesa Hotel, which was more like roughly $100/night. Seems like hotel prices have doubled in the last few years. I seem to remember when you could easily find many for $50/night. I'll probably be headed to Idaho Falls for over a week next year and the hotel costs are going to eat me alive!

^ Thanks! Well, in post #10, I found where it says that the pineal produces melatonin, which appears to be a precursor to DMT. So, the Shambhavi mudra just basically consists of focusing on your pineal and chanting OM? And I found this other diagram that also seems to show it encased in a bone cavity.
-
Cat's Eye Nebula N6543: This one seems to create a less intense reaction in my head, perhaps at my pineal..

Cool site, thanks! And here is Bradford Keeney on the similarities between ecstatic bliss, epilepsy and Pentacostal rapture:

What a lot of groups do is have a general public section open for everyone and a private section for workshop alumni, etc.

Yes, isn't Taoism about going with the flow? I think some sub-forums here would be great, maybe: Healing Tao Kunlun LSD Etc. Just to help organize all the various modalities for easier navigation.
-
Yea, it does, huh! I mean, f'n powerful. Can't look at it too long cuz it's strongly activating my Kunlun just as I sit here (at work). I made it my new wallpaper at home, though. So, I can't even imagine what it might do in real life? Is there any part of you it seems to enter in or resonate? Little1 - What do you mean? You lost any feeling from it after you saw it was named Tribute? Why?
-
A Shaktipat is Hindu term for an empowerment or energetic transmission from a guru. I actually thought about this same question last night. Cuz you'll find these ritual trance postures particularly in the Eastern Mystery Schools, including the pre-Columbian Asiatic diaspora to the Americas... I wonder if adopting different postures might create different alignements and interference patterns in our bio-energetic fields?

How do you fvck a ghost pussy in your wet dreams? If: 2 X 0 = 0 2 X ∞ (infinity) = ∞ (infinity) Does 0 = ∞ ?

Here's a good cross-section diagram showing exactly where the pineal gland is. Apparently, it's basically encased in its own bone socket. I didn't know that - is that true? If so, does that mean it's an extremely vital organ to warrant so much extra protection?? And on a completely different note, here is a picture of "Tribute," a flawless 103.83 carat South African white diamond... For some reason, I feel a huge energy burst in my heart when I merely look at this photo.. Is it only me, or does anyone else feel it too?
-
When you've been unemployed for 3 years. What is the difference between your pain face and O face?
-
^^^ Yes, nice quote. OTOH, aren't those who dismiss siddhis usually the ones who don't have them? Whereas those who do tend to merely downplay them as validational signs. But, I realllly do like JK's teachings. Who doesn't?
-
Speaking of computer screen transmissions again...does anyone feel anything when looking at this picture (a flawless 103.83 carat white diamond named Tribute)? And Drew, what do you know about the Solfeggio scales and "junk" DNA activation? And in your musical theory, are you using Solfeggio or 12-TET frequencies, then?

He talked about Reptilians at the SF workshop...but I wasn't there, so don't know exactly what he said. I personally do believe we are all alien hybrids, basically originally created as a slave race.
-
He said he was "stuck in his head" - a very common stumbling block for logical gents. Nothing too trippy there... Are you sure you're not on drugs?

Ha ha, Paxil? Man, Western meds are f'd up... And it has become rare to meet any American past their late 20s not on some type of chronic medication. And women especially tend to be on chronic antidepressants. Well, says a lot about our society and all the inner dysfunction...and also people's desires for quick fixes and denial.
