  1. Jed Mckenna on bliss

DaYAM! You ROCK!!! Which workshop did you go to, and I wonder if I met you? Also, it sounds like you've done a lot of training prior to Kunlun. What type of stuff did you do?
  2. Jed Mckenna on bliss

Watts never achieved enlightenment, though. What about Jed? Talk is always easy, but results speak for themselves... Not saying they might not have great points, just wondering if Jed talks his walk?
  3. Jed Mckenna on bliss

Bliss is great, but you don't have to be enlightened to feel it. And, I don't think Max or anyone else is claiming they are one and the same, either... In-light-in-ment In-form-ation
  4. Spinal Care

Interesting, what's his modality? There's a guy here in TX who does "biomechanics" named John Patterson. He has a lot of jock-star clientele including Andy Roddick & Tracy McGrady. I've been meaning to try him out one of these days just to see what he can do.. From what some friends have told me, he can basically eyeball misalignments just looking at you standing there. Which he then corrects by "bone-setting," I suppose. I don't know his exact technique, which is why I'd like to try him out and see though. BTW, I still don't know what the Atlas Complex is???
  5. Sharing my experiences with you all.

Wow, awesome story! Generally, the "quick studies" in Kunlun have had some prior energy experiences and achievement. They may be beginners in Kunlun...but are not beginners in energy work. So, this type of previous energetic background never surprises me anymore in those who have made some fast progress upfront. It would be far rarer for a complete n00b with no energy work background to walk in off the streets and activate quickly. Which usually doesn't happen anyways - as Kunlun tends to attracts those who have at least already dabbled in some energy work. You might want to read this post. It's about a half-Blackfoot/Shoshoni medicine man named Red Elk who grew up in Detroit - where he practiced "urban bushwhacking" as a kid. Then, various elders recognized and came to him and taught him many, many incredible things. Now, I've never met him, but he sure sounds like quite an incredible guy today... And shows how he could still learn traditional ways in a modern setting. And also then extract the pure root out of traditional ways. I think this is happening now because we may be near some "end times" where old protocols are being relaxed just to get the info out in time.
  6. Western Energy and healing cultivation methods?

Wow, those seem to be some common hallmarks of a great opening and catharsis!!! That's pretty awesome!!! And pretty amazing how universal this whole process seems to be! And it is true about when you first open up wide...it's good to be protected in a safe place or shielded by good people - because the huge openings can also make you vulnerable to negative entities and such. Although I think this is not a problem later on when you can handle it more. But the openings do seem to go 2 steps forward, 1 step back for that reason. Make a breakthrough and then "regress" some to let your body catch up. Wash, rinse & repeat...
  7. Western Energy and healing cultivation methods?

Wow, that 3-step DNA-based method sounds really cool. When are you going to start it? I'll be really curious to the results! Has anyone else tried this yet? Do you have any friends who have tried it? And if so, what results did they get?
  8. Man, Red Elk is a muthafukin masta sage. Check out his interview here. It's longg, but covers nearly every topic out there and connects them all together. Has anyone read any of his books or taken any classes from him? I think time is running out people... He actually reminds me of Max in a way...claiming a "Heyoka" sect. Who are sort of "pure truth" renegades unbound by tradition that utilize the "child-like mind."
  9. Western Energy and healing cultivation methods?

Ya, I've heard about him before. But always wondered if he's legit or not? So, your verdict is...?
  10. Daoism in China

You mean the necromantic gourd school? Also, there's a distinction between "ming" and "yuan fen" in Chinese culture. "Ming" is fate - and considered a very strong influence that was almost unavoidable. "Yuan fen" is more like serendipitous synchronicity that was somewhat predestined...but also required action to happen. I'm not sure if these high Taoists really required "ming" or just some "yuan fen"...or lacking all else, maybe just a lot of RMB, lol.
  11. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Very interesting. I always wondered where "God" came from? But its etymology is not listed in any dictionaries. Scientists are stuck in an energy/matter paradigm trying to figure out the TOE and ultimate nature of reality with "string theory," etc. But no one has escaped the same basic assumptive paradigm that our universe is made of some substance yet. Well, what they are going to find out one day when they finally transcend that paradigm is that...this universe is ultimately composed of...INFORMATION. INFORMATION is the "immaterial" building blocks of reality. Which is why you can have supraluminal communication in quantum entanglement...or remote transmission via a computer screen. Because matter, time and distance are only the perceptual effects of information. But the information itself is not subject to those dimensional effects. It is the cause, not the effect.
  12. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

I'm an idiot. What is the key diference between Western & non-Western music here? Are you maybe talking about equal 12-TET temperament vs just intonation?
  13. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Hmmm, very interesting stuff here that raises many questions. So let me see if I am understanding some of this correctly? 1) "O at a D" = orgasm at a distance? 2) So, you are projecting this yang bliss-light voluntarily...and women nearby just instinctively suck it up to O? 3) Basically, you then have "Tantric" no-touch sex...where you both O? 4) You actually get a hard-on and also ejaculate when you O? Don't you lose jing this way, though? Or are you saying that as you shoot out yang energy, it pulls up yin energy to your brain...which then pulls up more yang energy (from the universe?) all via some sort of energetic "capillary" action? 5) So, the right vagus nerve carries yin energy up for a "female" O? What does the left one do then - carry yang energy up (or down?)? Anyhow, you seem to possess some sort of savantish genius for this stuff - so keep on posting! It's all quite fascinating, even though I can't relate to it all yet.
  14. Spinal Care

Does anyone have any firsthand experiences to report from Zhineng/Chi-Lel qigong? I tried a little Chi-Lel qigong before but it didn't do much for me cuz I was so blocked up at the time.. In fact, I felt little from any qigong I tried due to that. That's the chicken/egg problem with qigong - it's supposed to help clear you up. But, the more blocked you are, the "less" easily it works. IOW, it's like trying to clear pipes by flowing water through...but those clogs keep the water from flowing through.
  15. Reptilians?!

Retired Navy Yeoman describes seeing photos of file... In fact, what he describes looks remarkably like this . Note: The greys are supposedly drone-like servants of the Reptilians. So this description would seem to bolster that connection.
  16. Spinal Care

Hmm, "too sharp?" But I figure anything to straighten the spine would allow better qi flow? What is the Atlas Complex?
  17. ^ That's cool then. Although he did teach it in a 2-day workshop that he appears to normally charge $285 AUD for. But as long as you're cool with it all. As you say, until you've actually met someone and know a bit about them, no sense in making snap judgments from a few glimpses...
  18. Walking The Invisible Path

Laying in bed this morning, I had a thought that in the center of my brain, there was a pointed "crystal" at my pineal gland...with maybe 3 runelike horizontal lines across the top. The top end was sort of like the end of a fat football...and the bottom end maybe more like the square bottom of a tombstone...although the bottom part was vague and I was more focused on just the top. Well, just now, I read an article on Bob Frissell's site (under Prana) about the pineal gland and how: So, I look up "vesica piscis (fish bladder)," and lo and behold, it is similar to the shape I just thought in my mind this morning! See football shape in middle: Anyhow, the pineal gland is important because it corresponds to the 3rd eye and produces melatonin, which amongst other things, is apparently some type of precursor to DMT, the "spirit molecule." It is called "pineal" because it resembles a pinecone. In fact, it seems what I "saw" was a stylized version of the sharply symmetrical vesica piscis combined with the less symmetrical actual gland. Anyhow, now I also know why people go to cave/darkness retreats:
  19. Sang Kung

While not exactly qi, Bruce Lee used EMS machines quite extensively in the year or so before his death. I wonder if they might have caused some energetic problems in him.
  20. Spontaneous qigong

Interesting...and after holding that pose for some time...then you drop it and start running? I'd like to hear more actual student feedback, though.. So, who's going to give this course a test-spin? NZD$250.00 or $192 USD.
