Interesting. Do you have a good picture of the spheroid bone? Does it really run sideways like a see-saw with each side accessible from each nostril, or forwards/back? It's hard for me to find a good pic. Also, what if you just held your nostrils closed and "blew your nose" hard - would that possibly accomplish something similar? Or be potentially dangerous?

Just to clarify, that second part of my post were things I interpreted and speculated mostly from the Buddhist lecture I attended, not something Max taught per se (just so I don't put any words in his mouth). That said, "epileptic"-like kriyas are pretty textbook reactions during initial openings...and apparently death experiences too at higher levels. So, it's nothing I'm personally afraid of. And as for Max's workshops, he takes very good care of you, so you are in great hands no matter what happens...

The pleasure we obtain from music comes from counting, but counting unconsciously. Music is nothing but unconscious arithmetic. - Gottfried Leibniz And this is because creation is composed of holy numbers and mathematical equations...

Wow, AWESOME site!!! BTW, a Buddhist Lama recently said that his brain wave patterns during bliss matched those of epilepsy. Which is interesting because epileptic seizures could possibly be described as a form of kriyas. Well, spontaneous kriyas, mudras & asanas...oh my! It's really amazing how automatic and universal these experiences are...

Hmm, I think I got the wrong impression from a recent Buddhist lecture then - which seemed to stress that mind was the only thing that exists. Or there may even simply be some slight conflicts within Buddhism about this. So, it sounds like there's some awareness of both an interconnected "godly" unity and a "nihilistic" emptiness in Buddhism...but perhaps some confusion or debate as to how to reconcile the 2.

Here's a cool statue of Lao-Tzu going on eBay for $100 right now: Supposedly, it's 7" tall and 1200g of silver from 1800-1849 in China... But, there are a LOT of fakes, knock-off's and reproductions of Chinese antiques. So, how would you be able to tell if something like this is authentic or not & appraise its value? China has such a long history and modern "craftsman" are quite adept at making decent fakes - so I think this can be a tricky market where "caveat emptor." You've got to really know your stuff. I mean, this piece here is advertised as "OLD CHINESE SILVER HAPPY BUDDHA WITH DRAGON STATUE" And yet is going for only $10? Although the price of silver alone right now is $13.50/oz and the metal tone here looks more like aluminum than silver. Does anyone else here collect Taoist/Chinese antiques/paraphernalia? Any experts in da house here?

IMO, the main difference between Buddhism and Taoism is that Buddhism believes that the mind is the only thing that really exists - and so they seek refuge in the mind. Whereas Taoists believe that before the minds, there was emptiness...and so that is what truly exists eternally and what they take refuge in. Personally, I believe that "first" there was emptiness, then maybe 3 "minds" arose...that then created our illusive universe. If that's the case, then both will take you out of the great dillusion and pretty far back...but Taoism just a little further.

Ok, this is pretty interesting. Supposedly, some humans can be controlled by a reptilian behind them. This is illustrated at and explained after - where reptilians are shown controlling humans like puppets from behind by our lower chakras. Now, at , the woman's snack bag takes the form of a huge reptilian behind her. An interesting illusion, to say the least..

I think he's better than you think. His workshops are actually very, very, very well-coordinated. There's a lot going on behind-the-scenes to assure the best individual results for everybody. Everything he says and does is in accordance with higher wisdom. So, he tells you what you need to know, and doesn't what you don't. Also, some experiential concepts are simply hard to explain in words. Let's say I'm sure there's a lot lost in translation. (Ergo, Zen Buddhism and why Max teaches more through practice and less through dogma.) Personally, I like those who are succinct and get to the point. Some gurus ramble on beating around the bush...because they are still grasping for the big picture. But Max generally needs only one shot to hit the bull's eye from miles away. Anyhow, it was great meeting all the cool Taobums in Phoenix and I'll have to write more later as time permits... ----------------------------------------------- I did want to go off on a small slightly-related tangent here first, though. I attended a lecture last night by a reincarnated Tibetan (now Danish) "Buddha protector," Lama Ole Nydahl. His teachings about the nature of life actually supported what I had concluded recently, although I don't think he had quite connected all the dots to see the bigger picture yet. So, he seemed to stumble some during Q&As. I did learn some interesting new esoteric tidbits though (from my bad memory, so please excuse any errors): He talked about a magnetic bliss state. Which (from what I recall) is in line with a bipolar potential that's created along your central axis when the white energy of the father rises to your baihui (8 fingers behind your hairline) while the red energy of your mother sinks to 4 fingers below your navel. So, sounds very similar to the Kunlun magnetic bliss. And during death, these lights supposedly move back towards the heart of the body and merge again (taking 10-15 minutes each). Then, the person will exhale 3 times, and not inhale again after the 3rd. This is when death occurs. Upon which, the person should focus on the best thing imaginable at the top of their heads...so their energy/soul will shoot that way. This being the best exit since it supposedly leaves karma and other baggage behind, I think. After which, the deceased may reappear as a ghost 68 hours later (or 3 days according to the Tibetan Book of the Dead), and then wander around for another 7 days before they may realize that they're DEAD. Now, if you see them during this time, simply tell them to go towards the strongest light they can handle. Anyhow, he said that he had been measured at the University of Chicago/Illinois? and his EEG during his bliss state matched that of epileptic seizures. The only difference then being that a meditator could control it better. Which is also interesting, because during Kunlun, many do experience "seizure"-like kriyas. I asked him what brainwave state this was - but he forgot. Someone else in the audience claimed it was delta, but I'm not sure about that. Epilepsy seems to be more associated with theta & gamma states. BTW, I think a relaxed, zoned-out, "tired" mind (not necessarily an empty, 1-pointed one) is all you need when first doing Kunlun. Which sounds like it might correlate to the alpha state: Well, it seems like a lot of spiritual development is triggering similar processes that normally happen automatically at death...but consciously prematurely while we're still alive. And merging polarities and hemispheres and changing frequencies seems to be a key to all this.

Well, lying is part of COMMUNIST culture - mental opiate for the masses dumped into China (and the world) by those who want to keep us deluded and control us. But no doubt, there's a lot of "con men" hucksters in mainland China right now who are simply desperate for money as a result. My friend has actually met Deng Ming-Dao. I think he said he was in really great physical shape for his age and a really strong martial artist. I don't really know what his level is though. And I don't think he claims his books are non-fiction. I am also sure many of the highest masters, we in the public don't see. However, I also think that now is a unique time in history where many are coming out of the woodwork.

By "standing back," you mean sort of taking a detached perspective "beside yourself?" Reaching the boiling point - I like that. It just sounds correct.

Lol, paging seandenty... I'd like to know if any LSD cultivators on the foundation board have actually attained anything themselves. A reliable self-testimony would add some proof to the pudding. I heard the LSD siddhic displays are quite convincing and that DSV has already attained some abilities...so they would have to all be "in on the scam" too if that's the case. A pretty serious and incredible allegation. Or the other possibility (aside from a simply fabricated accusation) is that only Jiang is a fraud and not a true representative for LSD. Hmmmm...

If anyone wants to split a cab from the airport to near the White Crane school, let me know. I am arriving at the airport at 12:30 PM Friday. I will be staying at the Extended Stay America Phoenix - Mesa Hotel - which is just south of the school and the other hotel, Courtyard Phoenix Mesa, about a mile away. These are all about 10 miles away from the airport, so would be an approximately $30 cab fare.

Apparently, there's lots more all over Youtube now. Now, Bush Sr. normally has blue eyes... But, they appear more murky green and slitted here.

SEX WITH REPTILIANSSSS!! Now WATCH HERE as a TV reporter slowly shapeshifts on camera...suddenly ducking out of view when he realizes this...and then coming back when he re-composes himself. Is David Icke right? Is our population full of shape-shifted closet reptilians?

Wow, where'd you get all this info? Has some similarities to Kunlun. Combining Yin & Yang (although from opposite directions) to achieve "magnetic" bliss. Relying upon "female" feeling (not "male" thinking) is a key here. Or even better - an inner or outer dakini (for males). The highest attainment then being the Golden Dragon body (a refined, interdimensional physical body). And also something about gravity of the mind:

I heard CC slid off the path with drugs & women...and I have no idea if he plagiarized his material from somewhere else...but a friend said his writings are GOOD, VERY GOOD. Perhaps some of the best stuff widely-available out there right now. Guess I'll give it a look-see then.

The thing about feedback is that generally only people with complaints will bother writing in. People who are happy with the product often won't, and so can often form a silent majority. Which gives a very skewed perspective. Just so you don't respond entirely to negative feedback, I will add my .02 here: - Max is a very student-friendly teacher. I don't know him intimately, but there are certainly no ego problems on the surface. - I, for one, like all the "show & tell" demos. The crazier, the better. So, I don't think either of these needs any "watering down." As far as all the marketing hype...well, I don't really have a problem with that, either. It kinda whets the appetite and it's not like he doesn't really have the goods. Let's face it, a lot of a "product" lies in the presentation. So, I guess you could make this really dry and clinical, but why not make it fun and enchanting as well? Which matches his playful attitude of not taking things too seriously. Also, I think it will be a looongggg time before any students outshine him. Don't mistake his humbleness/false modesty for weakness. Quite the opposite, in fact.

The problem with qigong is that it's a chicken-and-egg scenario. You do it to open your energy body up... But your energy body has to be open in order for you to feel all the differences that small adjustments make so you can position yourself properly...to open your energy body up. After I got a lot more open, I can now feel the difference that slightly tilting my tailbone, straightening my Jade Pillow or levelling my feet/hips/shoulders makes. But before this, I felt very little and was basically just shooting in the dark.

Very interesting. Can anyone tell me what Jack Johnson's key sound technique is? And I'd like to hear your method that took 10 years? Fawk all the h8rs! -
^ Interesting. I myself only eat twice a day and skip "breakfast." By skipping breakfast, I am essentially fasting for maybe 16 hrs everyday from dinner to an early lunch when I finally "break fast." I kinda just fell into this and don't claim it's healthy or anything, though... Max prefers the '6 small meals a day' grazing diet. Although, a colonics doctor told me it's better to space your meals at least 4 hrs apart so you can fully digest each one before the next. So, who knows? - I think there may be a trade-off between cleansing and fueling. Perhaps fewer meals and more fasting is better for cleansing. This may be better for someone who needs to detox more and isn't generating a lot of power yet (perhaps like me at this stage). - But more constant meals and less fasting may be better for fueling. This may be better for someone who is already clean and just needs a lot more food to fuel their power (like Max).
