Thanks for the clarification. Just curious, what exactly is Dragon Body, then? Is it also a similar full "conversion of matter into energy," daylight ascension? Or to ask another way, what is the difference between it and Rainbow Body? And how do all these relate to "enlightenment?" I remember Max saying there were different types of enlightenment. I don't think only once a month is natural for any male of any race under age 30. Now, if this was a much older master...or had a frigid wife...that could be the more likely cause. And I think it also gets much easier in a monastic life, too. Especially in an uninsulated temple where you are not always comfortable, there are no women around, no porn and you avoid garlic (which tends to get your blood flowing). You remove creature comforts, sexual stimuli and stimulating foods...and all of a sudden your mind has a lot of other things to worry about first.

Personally, I disagree. You start taking this out, that out, and soon you just have another over-commercialized, watered-down generic lesson plan designed to avoid any skeptical criticism whatsoever. A gutted-out version minus all the original "magic" that inspires the imagination and captured interest to begin with. Maybe Max's approach and level isn't quite for everybody - but I think it is for a decent majority of laymen. I don't think Max claims to be a master, or enlightened, anyways. But realistically, is that a lifelong promise or guarantee that any of us can honestly make? Is it like promising your best friend in little school that you will always be best friends? When in reality, circumstances and people change over time. Hence...we don't also have legal ceremonies for "best friends." It also seems that if you truly had undying faith in your commitment, you wouldn't need marriage to "prove it" or "back it up." Your "love" alone is all you would need. I guess I'm just wary about making big promises I have no idea if I can keep or not. Especially when they are also contingent upon another person and THEIR ability to do the same. And when you're talking about life 40 years down the road, how can anyone make any promises or guarantees about that? And if things do change and someone does break the vows, a marriage isn't going to stop the break-up, anyways. Well, it's not so much the hardware as the software. Which again, fits into the overall pattern of exaggerating and sensationalizing the fear of men. And just because a woman is drunk does not mean she can't give consent. If she's passed out yes, but merely drunk? No. In fact, a lot of girls purposely drink up so they CAN have more sex (by removing inhibitions). But the average woman who avoids substance abuse and bad boys...has little to fear about getting raped. Really, it's just a handful of guys who give the rest of us a bad name...buuttt it's that same small handful that women are irresistably attracted to time and again!
