  1. What do you guys think of this tai chi video?

Can he do/explain what Li Chugong (from Hong Junsheng) does?
  2. Potent Systems

Except where she may charge $12K to (temporarily) remove manifestations ("entities") of your Shadow Self... I do hear (according to Aetherous) that her fundamental qigong health exercises may be pretty good, though?
  3. Suggestions for toddler who keeps falling?

Some kids may grow out of this, but it could also be an indicator of other issues.. Which could also conceivably be due to...blocked Qiao vessels?
  4. Well, what you have perceived, is in fact the reality. Contrary to popcult feminist agitprop, women are actually more often the abusers in domestic violence - than men. But boring facts can't compete with these festive, ribbon-worthy holidays designed to further perpetuate the propaganda amongst the mindless masses! Only a heartless grinch would debunk Santa!! Thing is most Looney Boomers hate their (White) fathers...and so have projected their teen angst onto the world at large with their immature identity politics. All of which basically boil down to...hating their Daddies, lol! Waahhhhh...
  5. Suggestions for toddler who keeps falling?

She might have blocked Yin & Yang Qiao vessels... And/or possibly mother issues, and a poor ability to root to Mother Earth...
  6. That's because "entities" are just symptoms of your Shadow Self, and you can't remove your own shadow... But if you don't believe me, then you'd think spending thou$ands on 3 failed attempts might be a hint?? Your time & energy would be better spent on some self-inquiry and psychoanalysis... That said, this lady is a great energy healer - and perhaps could help fix some health/energy issues that might be contributing? But in the end, you're probably going to just have to do some deep psyche-searching, either by yourself or with help...not keep looking for some magic bullet quick fix.
  7. Great question, but no great answers yet... In these common rites of passage, what makes one: 1) Human? 2) Man? 3) Hero? Put another way...what makes someone a human, a human a man (or woman), and a man (or woman) a hero?
  8. Yin Through Synthetic Material - Yes or No?

Interesting point, if true? But is it? I remember reading about this earlier here somewhere...but what sources exactly state this, again?
  9. John Chang

In retrospect, I would guess that Huiyin is a major "polar" intersection point on the body - where the Ren, Du, & Chong Mai all meet - and is also conveniently located just below the lower dantian. This would make it the ideal intake point for charging up the lower dantian - mainly given that the Chong mai probably passes right to it. Whereas Yongquan, for example, wouldn't work as well because it is much further from the lower dantian, which isn't even on the Kidney meridian. So, it'd be like taking a subway line from much further away and that doesn't even directly go where you want to. Not to mention, since most of us have clogged meridians, until we clear them out - a longer commute generally means more blockages to impede your travel. So even if the Kidney meridian led directly to the LDT, it would still be too blocked in most people to allow much qi there... Thing is, without innate intelligence, most practitioners will never be able to fill in all the gaps, blanks, and vague areas of ancient teachings on their own. Like no one else had even asked the original questions I did here, much less was able to answer them... As neither were available anywhere on the internet - so copypasta "thinking" was not an option.
  10. Yin Through Synthetic Material - Yes or No?

I don't think Yin qi is literally magnetism or gravity, but I've made the same point before about how such analogies wouldn't seem to necessitate electrical grounding anyways. Not to mention, you can't "absorb or store up" magnetism or gravity. So, the basic definitions and properties of Yang & Yin qi are still confusing to me...especially within the context of MoPai theory. That said, I would guess that synthetic materials would generally have negative effects on life. So, a natural preference is still probably better, regardless.

  12. Fear of the Feminine

Here's what happens when Daddy's not around: A matriarchal culture loves each person (being) unconditionally. A patriarchal culture teaches each person how to live wisely (behavior). The 2 are not only not at odds, but needed together to create a healthy society and individuals.

  14. Fear of the Feminine

The answer is simple: The Father's (male) job is the former, the Mother's (female) job the latter... So much confusion in this world, only deep philopsychology can solve.
  15. Freemasons, Success, Spirituality

Freemasons start with the realization that we are born as "slaves" into a Masonic matrix and with every new progressive realization...is earned another degree of freedom. The masons were the original master builders of ancient stone megalith sites, and not of this Earth. Their human followers were essentially cargo cults who sought to imitate, yet also free themselves, from their former masters. Ultimately, it is these stonemasons that Freemasons aimed to free themselves from... Although even they are not consciously aware of this anymore. ~~~ end transmission ~~~
  16. Do we live in the matrix?

And who amongst you understands why: The red pill = cinnabar (丹 dan) = magical elixir? What does it represent and why is it red?
  17. "Minor Death" in Longmen Pai

Thank you!!! And glad to meet another one on the same wavelength, too! So conversely, the Monomyth could also be used to help gauge the authenticity or utility of a method. A "genuine" one would contain all the key elements of this journey, and a useful one would best help concretely guide one along this path.

What about this Miao Tong Qigong/Luo Kangqi chap, Gan Zhou Sheng?
  19. Great points, I still got a ways to go on this one!
  20. ^ Thanks. So, according to Joseph, the kua (plural) are the 2 ball (not "universal") joints where the heads of the femurs fit up into the pelvis and form the inguinal grooves. What's less clear to me is how he defines opening and closing it, and how to "train" it "open?" It seems like "yogic" stretches to vastly expand its range of motion would help "open" it more than doing various standing Taijiquan forms that don't impart much stretching?

  22. can you help me with my iron crotch training

Which health benefits have you attained from this practice? And how do you believe it actually works (like, what is the mechanism to increase health)?
  23. mopai

I'd like to be able to deep clean my bone marrow (like the "lost" art of XiSuiGong implies), but obviously one's bones, much less bone marrow, is very difficult to access. So, how can it be done? Well, Tu claims that tugging your junk somehow does this? Like how??? How exactly would yanking your rod detox the bone marrow inside your femur or humerus, for example?
  24. How exactly do you define the "kua" and how do you best recommend stretching and opening it?
