Soma was most likely orally consumed cannibis
gendao replied to voidisyinyang's topic in General Discussion
Kaneh bosm (cannabis) essential oil was probably also one of the holy annointing oils... So, it probably has a verrryy loonggg & ancient history of medicinal/shamanic use... ...Which is probably one reason why our parasitic Feds banned it! -
Sons of Reflected Light - where they Druids?
gendao replied to Wayfarer's topic in Daoist Discussion
I do wonder about possible Atlantean diaspora "root" cultures or common denominators between various "similar" cross-cultural characteristics from thousands of years ago? BTW, is anyone here well-versed with Celtic weaves and other ancient European or Mid East sacred geometry & esoteric symbology? -
The decline and eventual fall of the USA as world superpower?
gendao replied to Formless Tao's topic in The Rabbit Hole
And that's just the tip of the iceberg...the US is nearly completely infested with parasites who have taken it over now. It has become a completely hypocritical Freudian projector. What all are they trying to censor here with our own dollars? Lol, how are any of these issues "white supremacist," "radicalized" or most importantly, necessarily UNTRUE facts?? Drones aren't killing civilians? People aren't unfairly indefinitely detained and tortured at Gitmo without trial for years on end? 9II, and other possible false flag attacks, weren't very likely inside jobs used to justify Big Bro? Gun rights aren't relentlessly being threatened by the Obama administration? -
Beginning Meditation | Kundalini Awakening | My Experience
gendao replied to Prince...'s topic in Daoist Discussion
^ So, after around just 5 months of meditation, you experienced some degree of kundalini awakening with enhanced "telepathic" and "auric" sensitivity afterwards? Not bad for "beginner meditation"... Have you been able to sustain those effects, or did they eventually wear off? And what else have you experienced (quantifiably or qualitatively) from this opening since then? -

Not sure how ketogenic diets fare in terms of blood acidity and other metrics, etc for general health, though? Anyhow, here's 8 attitudes generally shown to have helped in healing cancer: Some of the MAIN ones are taking responsibility yourself and having good relationships... -
The importance of daily stretching to keep meridian channels clean
gendao replied to Songtsan's topic in General Discussion
Great idea! But, since it's not as easy to just rotate your leg (as your forearm), how exactly do you move/"flex" your leg around once you've grabbed it? And I think laying pigeon and cowface pose are good for targeting the outer thigh areas... -
The importance of daily stretching to keep meridian channels clean
gendao replied to Songtsan's topic in General Discussion
Yes, could you explain PNF stretching, please? Yes, I notice adhesions particularly along the GB meridian along the IT (Iliotibial) band on the outer thigh... (Sen Kalathari or Lateral Line) -
Is there a similar formation more specifically for gallbladder??

The importance of daily stretching to keep meridian channels clean
gendao replied to Songtsan's topic in General Discussion
Do you mean that you need to permanently lengthen (elongate) tissues, rather than just stretch them temporarily? Essentially to stretch them past their permanent deformation point so that they don't return to their original length? Could you tell us what pose he was doing and what actually caused the injury (like stretching too fast, hard or bouncing?)? YinYoga is a great, very informative site! I don't think it's really necessary to make a "subset" of regular yoga, but OTOH I also like how he has organized some key sets and explained them very thoroughly.. -
Is Sifu Jenny Lamb a legit healer?
gendao replied to CrunchyChocolate555's topic in General Discussion
I'm not one to judge as I don't know much about this field...but isn't she influenced by entities (alleged 'Celestial Masters') herself then, too? -
Well, the actual meanings in Chinese are not so superficial or simple... For starters, 白 can mean white OR clear. For example: 白水 = plain "clear" water 明白? = "Do you clearly understand?" (literally "bright clear?") And 氣色 ("qi color") is a common expression that (I suspect) may refer to both skin complexion & energetic aura together? So, the very concepts of color in the Chinese language are a bit more expansive - and especially once in the magical realm of qigong. Now in TCM healthwise, a clear, light skin complexion is taken as a sign of good internal health. But, I don't think that refers to any melanin content here (although that could easily be hard to separate to the inexperienced, untrained, casual eye). But rather, blockages and toxins will lend a relatively dark, murky cast to whatever someone's skintone is, regardless of their melanin content. Sort of like when someone "turns green" or has a "sick, sallow look" to them. Because very obviously, a pale blonde could have severe blockages and a Black person (like Jim Nance) could be very clear. That said, I am still somewhat vague on all this and would like to know if clearing your channels might also lighten your basic "melanin-induced" skintone as well - as I have known some Chinese with good qi flow who were also very fair-skinned. And I've noticed that many qigong masters will often exhibit pearlescent, translucent hands, because they are so full of qi. So, might that actually be the "healthy true norm" for Chinese people, at least? Or no? I remain somewhat skeptical of that, yet open-minded for now...

Ketogenic Diet Cutting out carbs if you have cancer could also starve out cancer cells, which apparently cannot metabolically switch from consuming glucose to ketone bodies, like normal cells... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNLtVIfsEiY Just imagine if you combined this diet with some of the other numerous herbs and therapies in this thread...! You could stand a pretty good shot! It will be up to YOU, to take control of your own health though, not Big Pharma/Gov/Bro! -

Raw Foods Detox Diet After an initial surgery for Stage 3 colon cancer, Chris refused chemo against the advice of his doctor and has been cancer-free for the past 8 years using a raw foods diet, juicing, herbs, rebounding, sauna, prayer & other natural therapies... Cannabis Cannabis oil may actually be the #1 natural cure for cancer, though. Allegedly, you stand a good chance of curing your cancer in a few months for just $2000 with it. And with a lot less pain!!! Although, I would still combine it with other therapies, ESPECIALLY those for resolving deep-seated psychological issues and releasing emotional traumas... -
Your diction and story don't seem to add up, but energy healing can definitely (but not always) work.. Oprah even did a segment on it, lol. But the key to healing is to resolve subconscious psychological issues and release suppressed emotional trauma - for which you could also use other methods as well ("physical" bodywork, psychoanalysis, hypnosis, etc).

If you experience non-duality, the illusion of "you" will "disappear"...in effect, the death of "you." Who here has experienced that yet? -

What you can do is - keep the faith & focused on resolving whatever issues come up. I would recommend employing a combination of bodywork (like "brute force" acupressure) and "spiritual" psychotherapy for this.. ...And then be prepared to do this for a few years! -
Perhaps what Nan Huai-chin meant too: I've haphazardly come to the same opinion at the moment, myself. That qigong is just a tool along the path - that also deals with much larger, overarching, archetypal themes. So, if you merely focus on its technical aspects, you are missing the bigger picture.. That said, what exactly does "fusing Yin & Yang" mean? Because normally, you can't "fuse" +/- electromagnetic polarities. And perpendicular waves like electricity & magnetism are already naturally fused. So, what exactly does it mean? If you "fuse" Yin & Yang, do you get them stuck together like a Taiji, or regressed into some nondual, xiantian wuji state?

^ Yes, you have a good shot of curing your cancer in a few months for just $2000 - while reducing your pain at the same time. Although I'd combine it with other therapies, as well.. But for his humanitarian crime of saving thousands of lives, Rick has now been exiled from North America by the Medical Mafia here...

So, what exactly do you attribute these "energetically-induced" orgasms to? What did they teach you in Shantam Nityama's and your Deer Tribe workshops? Shantam Nityama was a disciple of Tantric Master Osho for a few decades.. What is the thrust of his or their teachings, especially as it applies to his workshops? How does this philosophy relate to his hands-on "nitvana bodywork?" Is it basically "neutral" healing energy work that (according to his partner Sasha) often functions more orgasmically for women, but more cathartically, for men? So, how is this bodywork taught to you? Do you have to practice some type of qigong to develop such ability over time, get a transmission or is it more of a latent skill that merely needs to be accessed through some technique? And what's the Deer Tribe? A group that teaches the Deer Exercise?

If you damage your knees, it means you weren't ready for it. All of the rotation should come from your ball-and-hip sockets, not knee or ankle joints. You actually need to be able to lay your knees beyond flat on the floor in butterfly pose to sit in lotus comfortably. This could take a few years of stretching. Proper full lotus is actually a difficult posture that comes from the culmination of many other yogic stretches. You have to open your kua, get extreme femur rotation, elongate your pelvic floor, straighten your spine, etc etc.. This doesn't happen overnight for all these large tendons/muscle groups. Pain & damage should not be part of this process. Patience should. I'm sure even Jim Nance would probably advise this as well now too!

Love Shys, Involuntary Celibates, True Forced Loneliness, etc.

I wonder how many more 20 or 30-something male vs female virgins there are these days? Are there any actual statistics on this, from the "incel" community?
