Hi everyone. Three things:
1. Can anyone recommend a good teacher in Chicago? Is there a student of Master Liao's that someone has studied with?
2. "Jing" as described in Liao's book and in these posts should be romanized as "Jin" or "internal power" 劲 and shouldn't be confused with Jing or essence 精 which is what is lost with ejaculation.
3. Many Yang style taiji masters in Taiwan mid-century were also exposed to white crane and vice-versa. So it is no revelation or controversy that Liao or Jwing Ming teach white crane techniques as part of their Taiji curriculum.
