Theta waves. hm. yes I was thinking of you while listening to Holosync getting into focus while painting today in equalized nonfriction state. comparing the friction state of frustration that arises anger at least in me.., to this brainwave induced state of calmness and focus, - reflecting; -spontaneous outlet of primal screaming etc did very little for me, beyond stating the boundaries of power much needed at the moment but then again - it was static. So i guess anger management has its different stages? There is the average cultural taboo which can be tested and manifested through primal screaming etc but there is yet a next stage of redirecting the energy? which I personally find more fruitful & alluring, since I being rather "italian" already have caused much "life" and "misery". Anger being an energy capable of blowing and scattering substance. Searching for a redirection of the mighty power like transforming it into a "we" energy instead of friction drama "I" energy. This sequence of yours seems to be a meditative circulating system and I can easily see how the expression of anger can lead to a state of joy.. *cough* and then worry until you grief and fear the consequences that make you righteous and angry and there we go obviously posting to find adequate means of transforming the beauty of raw potent anger-energy into something nourishing for the parties involved in seemingly fractionate zones.

cool. how do you drain anger vortex? inner smile?.awareness/ meditation? contemplation? prayer? kickboxing?counting to ten..?

VCraigP I wasn't teasing you and I'm aware of what you say about heartchakra involvment. I kind of believe Drew is right on the matter about having mutual internal climaxes and falling in true love after 5 of them. I was at a qigong seminar last week. There I was so lucky as to be energetically "tested" by three senior "students". One woman corrected my whole body posture by sending qi into me. It was easy to see the adjustment as the energy went like a wave through my torso. She didnt make me fall in love ;D that's not the point here, but the energy certainly brought up a memory of feisty energy grilling my internal chest on an earlier occation, it showed up to be a resurfing symptom, not to worry about. I am so grateful for finally having a heartchakra that I can feel and flex. When Witch speaks about her I can feel my own. When the other two were testing me I learned that people use different senses to detect qi, some feel inside their own bodies, others see it, and others again have a sense of location and are able to describe variables like heat cold, tense, smooth , sharp, etc. Well what I felt after she had sendt qi into me was that I was finally able to Do something with this energy. I seemed to be able to "hold" it and amplify it. So I did until one of the guys just jumped and said ahh wow I can feel it inside my chest. And I answered..you were ment to. And that made me very happy. So may be I don't understand you? Do you believe women should not hold and build energy but rather be pleased to have/be given as many as possible vaginal orgasms?
