Good thinking about the coyote having historical roots as both "good" and "bad", Scott. Both in Tibetan and in native american culture. And looking beyond the christian culture without fear certainly helps. Astral travelling is not something exotic or exclusive for kunlun. His work is syncretic (and hopefully) at heart. Oh..I don't know. I think it's just ridiculous to listen to ideas about spontaneous reactions as the work of the devil, when we all know the history of the church and the speaking in tounges etc. It has been part of many therapeutic forms. My experience which I hav tried to convey to the best of my ability for a long time now is that the bridging of the parasympatic and sympatic nervous system is a biological one...athletes like long distance runners do it all the time. We make far too much fuss about this. I couldnt let go fast enough of Max handshaking or his transmissional touch. Why. I have no idea. I take the full responsibility for my own reactions. I am the interpretator. I read the world and I am responsible for the consequences. You all seem like a bunch of sissyasses to me. neither thinking especially creatively nor doing your exercises very creatively or consisely. Im no kunlun ..--what did he say? disciple. He he. The dissolving business is something that happens to a human being once the oscillation gets going. It can be done psycoemotionally or pure physically, I bet even with mental work.. go sit on yer furskins. esp you batman. I met Max. I learned kunlun. I do kunlun. also. Trunkhas some nice theories on acupressure. Go look itup. not sweet just grouchy, maybe real. who knows.

this is so nice vortex. it feels like one is balancing the ph in lymph and blood when doing both spontaneous qigong that activates the deep breath, also during dynamic breathing. I wonder if you were too alkalized if the deep breath would support you with more acidity?I don't know what im talking about here, is it possible to be too alkalized or would that mean death? -
super cute and makes me feelgood, but..I managed to %up by hiding behind mr death and marking twice ..how to delete my shy twin?

when he said "Einstein is a fraud" I actually thought he had a some sense of humour. I's a beautiful day outside, come on together lets go 1001, 1002, 1003... .....come to think of it, this really sounded weird yes, (einstein really didn't like marching..me neither) so..1001, 1002, 1003 was mor "back to everydays basics, training exercises, outdoors together.. everyOne!!" sigh (shut up dollface)

well I guess thats why it could be darn important to sit and forget on a regular basis? more regular and basic the more you learn maybe? do we believe the subconscious' ability to serve is based on endless creative intelligens? or lean more to the hope that perhaps the myriad of combination based on the ten thousandss of techniques offer just this toolbox for human development?

Interesting angle there. My personal experience is based on spontaneous moves being a result of and addition to a strict and specific system of qigong forms. I would very much like to learn if there has been some research on or if there exist systems that have studied and systemized spontanous reactions and put them in context with the meridians and inner organs actually being stimulated. I am sure some experienced grandmasters recognize the actual language of spontaneous reactions and its part of their diagnostic "instruments", but do you know if there is any literature on this? prefereably with illustrations? and yes and no, I am not talking about epileptic seizures.

I see a vision of a great rucksack revolution thousands or even millions of young Americans wandering around with rucksacks, going up to mountains to pray, making children laugh and old men glad, making young girls happy and old girls happier, all of 'em zen lunatics who go about writing poems that happen to appear in their heads for no reason and also by being kind and also by strange unexpected acts keep giving visions of eternal freedom to everybody and to all living creatures...'" John Blofeld's description, in his introduction, of the Taoist feeling for & about life is surely written with a wide grin --it tickles my heart as I read. The relational people most of us are, living in the pragmatic world as we do, arent entirely lost when we're charmed by truths & tropes of the absolute! "You are going to give me a 32-course (plus side-dishes) Chinese banquet? Thanks, I'll enjoy that. We have only a bowl or two of inferior-quality boiled rice for dinner? That will go down very nicely. We have nothing on which to dine? Splendid, we shall have more time to sit outside and enjoy the moonlight, with music provided by the wind in the pines." http://collectedworks-poetryideas.blogspot...y-brothers.html
