  2. Kunlun for Social Anxiety?

Yes, well I stopped by the word "approval": I would like to be specific about the word, as I believe approvals may have a relative power when it comes to adressing love. I've lived, being approved of by my surroundings my whole life....and now wonder; Is it the non approving non judging FREE atmosphere of No Rules that is liberating. It is not about Doing Something but Letting Be, It is more like Loving Carelessness. Closer to the buddhist concept of neutrality.. So the fear that gets naturally adressed may be released AND transformed without approval (judgment) interfering in the generated healingprocess. Just reflecting. Mark my questionmark. ? Just my two kroner...
  3. Kunlun for Social Anxiety?

It's cool with folks doing all sorts of involuntary fre movements with sounds yes, it kind of loosens up everyone, and rids you of expectations. I had my experience with the heart chakra during Golden Flower which for me is a calm and contemplative form. No falling off there, just hands directing awareness and consciousness into the chest. Followed by a massive charge and release of energy and emotion.
  4. Kunlun for Social Anxiety?

I don't know if it applies to anyone else, but for me kunluntraining in group has taken away a great deal of social anxiety. The trusting atmosphere and the embracing group energy in the Oslo sessions combined with the specific contemplative forms with handmudras helped me release much stagnated energy in my heart chakra, that until then had made it hard to stay with it, trusting larger community. I am very grateful for this.
  5. How fun you should mention Shibshi chigong, I practised it for 6 months before I started with the neigong and luohan gong with my recent master. I enjoyed the forms, both fun and rewarding and they have a nice forum too. Generous. Eric, I see from my papers that Shibashi do have the horse stance in several forms, They even show how to drop into zanshuang in the commencing form. "Rowing a boat" is very steep, "Playing with Clouds", "Punching"just add the zhan zhuang. MAybe you have been led to think that zhan zhuang must be very deep stance? You can of ourse eepen when yu have gained strenght. Else I would do a deep separate zhanzhuang before I start the shibashi routine if you feel like to building up more internal energy first.

  15. qigong and emotions

Thank you so much for this. Different medical qigong exercises are designed to enhance chiflow through partiular meridians and pull energy to particular parts of our body. We learn to work on the whole body through the 12 ordinary, then the 8 extraordinary meridians. Certain organs correspond to particular emotions.Emotions can be stuck in any part imho. Personally I am fond of a particular exercises to stimulate the lungs.. (grief) because Im tending to a certain part of my body with a fracture that keeps blocking the flow (collarbone)...to keep it open so the qi and emotions can flow. Unfortunately i have only norwegian names for these exerises. If you hav certain parts you recognize having a tendency to hold on to energy, tell me and I will try to find and explain a suiting exerc.
  16. Accupuncture question for you experts...

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Your answer somehow matched the one below. Still, what exactly is it to insert a needle balancingaway from the insert point? There was an article in todays newspaper about stem cells. They seemed to be very optimistic about cultivating and then inserting healthy cells into damaged tissue and tumours. They've already good results with treating blindness caused by damages tissue in not in retina but....ohh some other part of the eye. ok. shut down. it's getting late.

sorry I dont know what a b in a bracket is. I am sure I dont full know what the block is about cat, but it is likely that there is emotion of some sort attached in the blockage. there usually is both sentiments and thoughts and electric energy.. I feel like you are trying some waltzing mathilda here and I'm not game cat, its boring. sorry. just read my posts over and over again if there is something thast does not click. or just leave it.
  21. Spontaneous Adjustment Qi Kung seminar

quote cat; "The lack of beginners mind that you feel is a side effect of the block." Yes exactly, and what a side effect it is. I am so glad you read my post, repeat; "like I am adressing deeper genetic unbalance in the sceleton and there is much resistance in the deep tissues. I am constantly aware of this pain..cast back in my mind, I am looking for a way to move through it" these guys you know must be top of the pops, right. so good to agree on things from time to time.

  24. What would you have done?

this was very lovely. here you carry the communication flow over into positive vibes instead of cutting it short. that is win win. If she was able to leave the seat without remorse that would have been fine too, and she could also...have interrupted him by leaning over to him, touched his jacket slightly and in a most caring and subtle way made him understand that he had "something" .."just a little something he would want to remove..right there in his face"?....... but maybe thats being mean?
