not so many dolphins in the sognefjords, but seals. I just read there are some endangered seals called hawaiian monks...picture in the morning newspaper..beautiful grey seals..with cool moustaches. thanks jan1107 it is good to hear your energy is increasing. I most certainly have gained enormously after last workshops opening of the heart. Now it is so much softer and easier to be grounded and open simultaneously. I am very grateful.

hi truth I have admitted to standing kunlun 1 after having practised zhan zhuang and spontaneous standing qigong for over a year first... I dunno..maybe Chris/Mantra should be the one to accurately describe it? since the kunlun is their baby. I could tell you what I do, but whatif they dont agree with details. that would be ..not so ok.

------------------ yes. I remember the first time I graduated in front of six blackbelt teachers. After the first kihap standing still, I started to shake with tremours riding through the body. But the feet were sucked into the ground and the waves went out through top of head. Doubletripledirtyold old fear. The only one that recognized and showed me more respect afterwards was my female master. The bigger opponent tyrant might just happen to be everything inside my own mind that drives me to use too much or too little force. I am still lightyears frombeing in tune.
