i have a book like this . used it in drawingclass to help students "loosen up" fixed thinking ("i am no good, or i cant draw this"). it also challenges you to discard visual preconception. great exercises. you don't need the book to try an ex., just put a picture upside down and start drawing .

after repeated clockwise turns i figured out how to make her turn counterclockwise. we can share the tricks when everybody has tried it? this was fun.
