Wow! I heard you some time ago speak of shen, and my only info on that was my grandmaster telling me I had much of it when we discussed dreams. I looked up your theories but ended up staring at kettlebells and got lost. But now I reacted when you mentioned Ouspensky and Gurdijeff, because this whole dicussion of the PUA made me think of Gurdijeffs reputation with the ladies I think your post above shows real insight. I have gone through a wonderful couple of years where my chackras have been activated thanks to an extremely gifted martial pua, I have been able to strengthen the process of "going down" in my body as I call it. I read your link on Yi swallows Qi and kidney breathing, and I must thank you. I know you wrote this some tim ago, and as you say wandering around one seems to stumble across things, and the teacher comes when the student is ready and blabla. But this is in fact for me the missing link at this moment, because it is directly connected to what mantra68 is talking about when he speaks of the magnetism and your divine will. We were told not to break up the qigong which is done in the morning and takes from 15 - 45 minutes. (45 minutes only one day a week by now). the sitting and forgetting I like to do between 1500-1800, then my head needs the "melt down". I would never break up meditation, I enjoy it too much, especially the stupid feeling I get every- time I catch myself dropping the head dreaming and sleeping...

Vowels are wonderful combined with movement. I had conversation with my son also before he started using words from our language, that is when he still made sounds. This helped me be more aware of the sound and intonation in my speech when I talked with him. Behind or rather in front of our guttural verbal communication is an intent-emotional-contextual communication (what you want to communicate before you have to pick and choose words.) Here "talking" is more like "jamming". It is richer, faster, smoother and more physical. Hence it stimulates our body in a natural way. Closer to chi..maybe I had some trouble trying to match Bum Grashoppers Tai Chi Chih six healing sounds with the sounds from Buddys Master of Taiwan. But could it something be like this? ..a little embarrassed. I forgot. We DO actually make sounds in three of our qigong exercises, (but they are almost like the kiaps/shouts in martial art. like really loud and strong: HAHH, HA, and HI, done on exhale. so I kind of forgot them. They really make a difference and speed up circulation. but it is more interesting to be able to combine the sounds with internal organs.

.. think your response here is very good. but that is just my personal opinion based on personal experience. being confronted with regular mindset again is a real challenge. it makes me alomost angry to hear this wining "bliss here" and "bliss there"..we may turn into insensitive bastards when we crave and desire something so badly. I am certainly aware of my dual nature and feel intens compassion for the longing in us all. I have fucked up so much since I was blissed, because carrying the responsibility of my own negativity (what is not light) has been a task i most certainly still arent able to handle very well. hi i am just curious cause i havent read that book but when you refer to creating your own alphabet are you fex referring to creating sigils to make personal contemplation and focusing points for energy, or is it like making your personal private alphabet like the one i made when i was 11? or none of the mentioned? care to elaborate or do i have to order another book?

Lama Dorje, he may be the teacher for all I know, so I tell you this; my experience is that some of the gifted are also wonderful trixters. a really good PUA can give you a lot of help on the way to enlightenment. not to mention a pua master in martial arts... If this teacher should come to europe I sure would go. hahaha

Yes I listened to the chapters like you , then I suddenly see this in the book I chose to read today. I started reading "Opening the Dragon Gate", translated by Thomas Cleary. There in chapter 4 I think I find something of what you are referring to. Must say though that I need to contemplate this myself much more.
