Well for those who may not know what scoliosis is, it's a deformation of the spine usually into an "S" like shape (i think its usually an S but I think it can also be like a C ). The "S" is formed from left to right or right to left, just making it clear its not the S all people have from back to front if you know what I mean. So well I had/have that and I was wondering what kinda treatments you can recommend, it's not too serious a case now and doesn't really effect me I think but if I can fix it 100% somehow why not I'm looking for a more energy/spiritual type fix, I already wore a back brace when younger and did physiotherapy so I've done what I can physically, so lets have a look if there is anything else that can be done. So yeah any help is welcome, even if it is some exercise you believe can really help Thanks

I second that, this is more of a technical problem than a spiritual one I think. If you're no longer near him he can't do anything but hack you, change your operating system and chances are he wont be able to hack you anymore. There are still a few things though like he can hack other places running windows with poor security and that he already has a lot of your details and identity with him. I don't know how you can fix that =S , but at least give Linux a try and save your own computer from being damaged by him. I can't see any "ethical" solutions here if the law wont help you, but if you REALLY think Mak can help you I'll also pay him $10 to help you.

I've been kinda watching from the sidelines not to get involved but Mak this is too much What if they are broke because they are sick and cannot work? What if they are cursed by a demon and can't have enough peace of mind to work? There are times when it's good to just help one another in this world. "In Tao Te Ching, Lao Zi already told you, nature runs without feelings, non stop..." Well if we just ran with nature side by side we'd be running naked in the wild , we're part of nature but we don't have to run parallel with it, so I'm sure we can bend the rules to help others. Also in nature you don't have temples, money, computers and a lot of other stuff we use everyday And I think a big part of this misunderstanding is that you run a temple and not a business, and yet you compare yourself to other businesses and act more or less like a business. You use the term donation when it's really a price since one has to pay the money before they can receive any help from you. (not saying it's not worth it to join, I wouldn't know). And why can others donate to your temple and you can't donate some time and knowledge to help someone in need It's true some people give a percentage to churches,but that doesn't mean it's a good thing. I'm sure you'll find a lot of people don't like it. "A temple is the same, it have it's own rule, and will not care what and who you are, you still get the same treatment and same thing from it. If people have to pay $90, you also have to pay it. Cannot break the rules because that is what leads to corruption of a temple and also nature" It wouldn't lead to corruption if you broke the rule for someone in need, it would lead to "compassion" , people would understand if you help someone in need for free and wouldn't expect you to give them free treatment. I mean you have homeless people who will get a free meal in a soup kitchen, I really doubt the people who can afford food would be saying "Its not fair! I want my free meal too!" (well maybe some would, but their attitude would be frowned upon! ) If nature has given us the option to consciously help others, wouldn't it be natural for someone to use that option Have some love for your fellow human beings Mak

Thank you very much karen, I shall get the book and start working my way through it I guess thats my bodies 3rd goal now, I wanna do the splits, sit comfortably in full lotus and straighten my back santiago it would be interesting to come train but I'm a bit far right now, but who knows maybe in the future And what exactly is spinal suspension, can you tell me how to go about this exercise? thanks agharta you post made me giggle, I had no idea what you were talking about but its a very interesting treatment, but I'm looking for more of a simple home solution right now. Thanks Karen, I had actually watched a fair amount of that presentation when someone posted it recently (I'd guess it was you ), I had to leave and couldnt finish watching it though, I shall see it to the end this time though I'll also probably get the book too, seems like it can help with a lot, I know a few other who may want to read it too if its really effective. But do you think it can really reverse the curve and give me a straight spine, even though I'm already 21?

An interesting thing I've come across on the book. On page 59 it talks about the HEart, and a small note on the bottom of the page says "Heart should be consulted in every important undertaking by putting on it 2 fingers of the left hand. It is also used in healing." Why is this interesting? Well I'm not religious really, but one image came to mind when I read this Some images on google had the other hand on the heart, but maybe the artists just didnt know their left from right

Hey guys, I was looking for a little help here with the yin and yang energy in the body. I mean what does each one feel like, what makes you differentiate between the two in your body?? And can someone tell me an exercise to practice or learn to feel each yin and yang separately, so then later I can try to combine them successfully into some new powers, whatever they may be. This is a general question to all chi/ki/chakra/etc practitioners out there. I'm very curious to know how you can tell if what you're feeling whilst meditating or manipulating energy is real or not. I believe in energy and stuff, but how can I know without a doubt that what I am feeling is energy whilst meditating and that its not not just a physical feeling I never had before because I had never sat so still before? And Chakra systems where you visualise certain points in your body being certain colours and stuff, how can one know it's not just their imagination playing a trick on them because they've done such a great job visualising? I feel slight tingling feeling when I send more energy to a certain part of the body, or at least I think I send more energy to a certain part of the body. But without being able to see the physical effects I can never be 100% sure what I do is real. Maybe I've just not trained enough to understand, so I'm putting the question out there so I can get some of your points of view on this. And any recommendations on how to put my doubts to rest or anything else are welcome Thank you
