Similarity does not equal sameness. It's pretty simple. If you want to achieve Buddhahood practice Buddhism. If you want to become an immortal practice Taoism. If you want to go to heaven and worship God forever practice Christianity. etc etc etc. And you know this how exactly?

I'd say no as well. In general check your posture, particularly neck and shoulders, also eyes, and if you're concentrating too strongly.

There's nothing you can do really, except be there if you want. Be an example on how to live maybe. People can only change themselves. No matter how much you try to change someone it won't happen until they decide to change. You can show them a way but you can't make them truly follow it. And forcing someone can often create just the opposite effect you wanted.

I just watched the second video a bit, on the power of different punches, and I'm pretty doubtful. Mass of the fighter, length of training or ability (some are just naturally better) all come into play. You can't expect a 70kg guy to strike with the same force as a 90 kg guy, unless the latter is clueless. You'd have to have guys with the same weight and the same ability in their arts to really gauge how much difference there is, if any. But it's still interesting to see.

Well then that's not something to put too much trust in IMO. I think synopsises (damn, how do you say/spell this hehe?) are often made to be attractive. I doubt the actual text (which is a translation, by a Buddhist if I'm not mistaken) says this.

It's not a transmission, it's a book. You can't question it's authenticity because things aren't clear from the begining. Because probably if you had received the instruction from a teacher of that system things wouldn't be unclear to you. Also Michael Winn once said that both he and Chia tried to practice according to that book and couldn't make it work, Winn thought that there are things missing that are only given through personal instruction. Or something in that direction.

There are different sounds from different teachers. Doesn't necessarily mean some are wrong and some are right. However, I think it's best to choose the one that suits you most and then stick with that system and not mix different ones. With repetition of the sounds you can gain their function. Intention is important too.
