  1. Well I actually think not even some, that's why I said Tantric Buddhist Qigong.
  2. Beyond the Himalayas

Google it, there are several and it seems to me they're all available online. But after a quick glance I think it just BS.
  3. Mudras

Well, did you look what it says at the places where you took these pics from?
  4. question about nonduality and sex

The Nyingthig Yangthig retreat. I'll be finished today or tomorrow for sure, but hopefully the coordinator won't kill me because I'm already past the deadline.
  5. question about nonduality and sex

I think one story was that a carpenter in a town achieved rainbow body and then one of Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche's uncles said how unfortunate it was that nobody knew that he was a great practitioner. Also in CatWoL it's said that you can't know if someone is a practitioner or not. Sure, but IMO if someone causes that in you it still means nothing with regards to the teachings. You could get these same kind of feelings from a lot of different people from different religions. Anyway I have to get back to transcribing... I hope you're well.
  6. question about nonduality and sex

Maybe, but honestly this just sounds like the level of "atmosphere" or "vibrations" to me.
  7. question about nonduality and sex

Hahah. Well I seem to remember him saying that sometimes people ask him if they discovered the state of contemplation and that it's not so easy for him to answer. And then there are those stories about great practitioners walking around and nobody knows who they are, including masters, until they die and manifest rainbow body. Well just don't go to Diamond Way. Well maybe. But still you can't know from them having inspirational talks or not, that doesn't mean anything IMO. Because maybe that's just how they are.
  8. question about nonduality and sex

Sorry my friend, but here you are just wrong because there is no way for you to know this for sure. It's not easy for even someone like Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche to know this, if it is even possible (as he said many times that only you can know your own capacity), so how could you know?
  9. sex with entities

Well do whatever you want, but don't forget to use protection.
  10. Trulkhor is generally the completion stage of Vajrayana practice. So there is entirely different context. Though maybe you could say that trulkhor is Tantric Buddhist Qigong or something.
  11. Avatar: The last airbender

Cool, thanks. Funny enough there is a movie called Avatar in the making that's completely unrelated.
  12. Avatar: The last airbender

Well so I guess watching too much isn't so good, I had two really weird nightmares today and one of them was with the avatar... It seemed like I was Kitara (hard to tell sometimes in my dreams). Me, Sokka and Aang were going somewhere. We had to swim underwater for a while, then went through a forest. There we were caught by some soldiers. All fine till here, but now it gets weird. They threatened us and I suddenly got behind Aang and placed a large sword on the floor in front of him, after which I pushed him on it. While he was standing there pierced, I pulled a shorter sword and cut off his head with one cut. After his body hit the floor I threw myself on the floor next to him and cried like crazy. Sokka was just watching in shock. And the soldiers left. Then it seemed like it was all some kind of trick, but I can't say for sure because noises started to wake me up and so the dream didn't finish.
  13. Everything you wanted to know about ...

You never read the bible? That's pretty much what it says.
  14. Everything you wanted to know about ...

    That's not the devil's number, it's (a) man's number.
  15. question about nonduality and sex

I don't think this is that much related. His method is for dissolving blockages. Excess of Yin would still mean blockages. Maybe Pietro could comment. Do you do any physical exercise? Years back I often got cold hands and especially feet. From memory I think it was because I was ungrounded (that and poor blood circulation, the two perhaps not unrelated). Like at a pranic healing seminar people measured my aura, and while around the upper part of the body it was strong, particularly around the head, it practically vanished around the lower part. After more regular physical exercise (martial arts and basketball), and also more qigong and less meditation, I became much more balanced, and my cold hands and feet completely vanished. Recently they've come back, though I'm kind of surprised it took this long hehe.
  16. Avatar: The last airbender

And so 10 months later I finally checked this out hehe, watched all three seasons in just a few days. And it was fun. My favourite character was probably Iroh. Oh and Ty Lee. I liked what the lion turtle said, though I couldn't understand anything while I was watching, I had to search for the quote online.
  17. Qi Dao - Lama Somananda Tantrapa

Ah good, so I wasn't the only one that got static...
  18. Sleep Cycles

Cool. What kind of Zhan Zhuang? Sorry if I'm too nosy.
  19. Sleep Cycles

    Which qigong are you practicing?
  20. Qi Dao - Lama Somananda Tantrapa

There's been a topic about it before here, the author also posted on the forum a few times, so you can try to find it. I downloaded a torrent of this practice a while ago to see what it's about. I didn't like it, though I really just glanced at it. Not my thing I guess.
  21. Eight Silken Forms

No kidding. I learned three different versions, although by now I've forgotten a little bit the first two because I haven't practiced them for quite some time. And then I always see some different version online or in books. They're all similar, but not the same. What do you mean with rebounding?
  22. You're wrong Mal. IMO, it's about being impartial more than what kind of contributions people made. And comic relief is underappreciated. Me too.
  23. Why e-sangha is starting to get on my nerves

That's what you think. I think that's true, but we "pay" for vice in other lives and from other lives also. Because of karma, and endless rebirth into this suffering. Karma and why cause more suffering? Oh believe me, sometimes I wonder about compassion (for some people at least...), but not because of the things you say. In any case I'm not very compassionate. That sounds eternalistic. I don't see why anything you have said would offend someone. Anyway you make very good points. edit: have to go away from posting for some time now.
  24. Why e-sangha is starting to get on my nerves

Haha, I told you I was joking just because of something I very vaguely remember. Now I'm sorry I brought it up. My understanding in general is that a lot of vajrayana practices originate from Hindu tantra, but what is different is the view, as already said many times. Basically it seems to me that Hindus (and sorry if I'm using the term incorectly, now you just confused me about it hehe) are realists, while Buddhists are not. Plus DO (ducks for cover ). But frankly I've come to the conclusion I don't know enough about either views to really discuss much. Not that I'm aware of, I just hope you didn't just give someone an idea how to make money, would certainly attract more students. Are you sure you're not confused? Seriously, because a Harsha added me on Facebook and if it's not you (as I thought), who added me on Facebook? I like your name, it's like a god from Morrowind (PC game) hehe.
