I'll have to disagree with you here, Stig. You are not displaying your limited achievement but instead your conclusions are what it takes most souls many lifetimes to grasp. Master Wang was very aware and tried his best to instill this: One can NOT increase their level of qigong to High Level qigong without the "good and moral person" aspect. And the ability to maintain Calmness, as well. When we are not calm we lose much energy; it is a total waste. And it effects others in a negative manner.
-
And this is why I asked the questions in return: Thanks Mak Tin Si for posting this. It is time that we all remembered our responsibilities. Power for power's sake is very limited. It is only when we become responsible, and through time & effort study that we realize Power is to be used only when needed. None who have reached a level of true Power would do such things without a Higher Level reason. I hear the credits are difficult to pay back
-
Absolutely I might add, as well, that true power can only be obtained through a direct knowledge and interaction with Higher Level vibrations. My advice: Practice calmness by reinforcing the calmness before you walk up to someone else. Also important for you to practice cloaking. You can do this by putting up a purple bubble around yourself before you walk up to anyone. If you wish to, try this and report back. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. Well, actually the "evil asshole" is loved by a love so great that I assure you everyone who encounters it for the first time breaks out in tears because they had no comprehension of such a thing. The real difference between good and evil is Light versus "distorted Light" All things are of the Light. Yes, the "evil" always and, at some point, will, gravitate to the Light.

The Most Powerful UFO Film That Ive Ever Seen
Ya Mu replied to gossamer's topic in General Discussion
Re: UFO's I have asked the question of who has seen such many times. For folks that reply that they haven't, I ask, "Have you ever looked for them?" The answer is usually no. -
It is a matter of vibration. Actually, there is. But a person cannot achieve this knowing without knowing themselves. Let me re-phrase that; the knowing is there, but a person can not recognize this knowing without knowing themselves. And without knowing oneself, one of the limitations of the practice of qigong will be the limitations that are self-imposed by the person practicing because he does not recognize his full potential. Without "walking in the qi" a person cannot know his inner self, for that knowledge is based upon his interaction with Higher Level vibrations and a person can not have knowledge of the Higher Level vibrations without knowing himself. Therefore the path of being a good and moral person (again, where that morality is defined as the knowing of what to do at any given now), is a way of attaining this. Yes, a conundrum it is. But the answer is simple. A person can attain it by simply raising his energy body vibrational frequencies and trying the best he can to be a good and moral person; in other words, be true to himself. He then discovers what he really knew all along but didn't have the necessary vibration level to recognize. edit: added I wish to add this. Master Wang CONSTANTLY cautioned his Higher Level students in the need to stay calm. I do as well with my students. As we practice and expand our energy bodies we effect others at a much greater capacity. Is it our goal to cause others harm? I assure you that is a self-limiting path. As a person gains in Power, he finds need to balance that with knowledge. With many years of practice he can develop this. But then, to an amazing chagrin, students find that Power and Knowledge are not near as important as Wisdom. So, if they wish to progress, they find themselves spending the rest of their life approaching that great goal.

It is good that you are putting depths of thought into this before making the attempt.
-
Some of the questions I would propose would be, what happens when you get to where you can do this and you choose to do so? What happens elsewhere? Is there a need? If there isn't a need, why would anyone want to do this? If there is a need, what are the other implications?
-
Just curious what your opinion is based on ?: A) You have not been a good and moral person and yet you have progressed highly in your qigong to the point where you can manipulate energy. You have been a good and moral person yet think this is the way it is and have not observed this difference in any others that practice. C) Other I guess it may depend on what your definition of qigong is. If you are speaking of qigong as the body-oriented physical then I would have to agree with you,but only to a point. If you are speaking of qigong as I know it, the study and manipulation of the core component of universal creation, then I disagree. When I speak of moral I am not speaking of any defined thing. I am speaking of what any being of Light knows as the correct choice at any given now. Going against this is going against the natural flow of energy, of flowing in the synchronous.
-
Three things required to progress in qigong: 1) Practice daily 2) Stay Calm 3) Be a Good and Moral Person I teach my students that it it imperative that they practice calmness at all times. As a person evolves with his energy body, he can and will affect more people.

The Middle Way - what does it mean to you?
Ya Mu replied to Wayfarer64's topic in General Discussion
The path of the Golden Mean is something that I have found very beneficial to apply to lifestyle. An example: If you like beer, there is nothing wrong with drinking one with supper. If you like beer but deny yourself that one at supper then you may not be following the middle path; did you deny yourself something you wanted for an extreme reason (not counting driving)? If you drank a 12-pack every evening because you liked to you would not be following the middle path, for you would be doing something extreme that potentially (most probably) will hurt yourself and others. -
Have you ever tried high doses of magnesium malate (up to bowel intolerance) right before bedtime? Just curious; not suggesting you do so.

Taoist meditation, any differences to other meditation practices?
Ya Mu replied to Agape's topic in General Discussion
I have posted this before but not in this topic. Japanese researchers did a study with Zen Masters and Internal Qigong Masters. The brain waves of each group was monitored. The conclusion of the study was: Zen and qigong produced calmness. Only the qigong guys activated the creative centers of the brain. I think it would depend if it were an active or passive meditation. The meditative qigong form I practice, Stillness-Movement, stills the brainwaves down but is energetically active so the body moves with the energy. -
Kung FU Don't work Unless you practice. If you don't, You FUK up. Yes it is FU-tile to try, So YU may need some FU To heal yourself Or you could end up FAAT
-
We hope that isn't the case, it is surely open to speculation. + 1000 I hear all the time those that don't know say that energetics work because of belief. Tell that to the goats dogs, and horses that I have had great success with. They just didn't believe anything at all. I also do a Fu; don't really call it that but it is the same thing. One of the things I teach in my classes is "water Fu". It works with an efficacy of 75% - 100% even with beginners (therapy beginners that have been practicing qigong). The longer term practitioners have a higher result than the less-longer term practitioners. In the beginning training we just interview the client (students divide into "healer" and "client) and ask for their foremost concern of pain. The "healer" puts the "cure" into the water and then the "client" drinks it. Results are usually immediate. The last class we did this on someone with a cold; they showed immediate response (This was a less than 10 minute demonstration so I have no idea what "permanent" value it had.) with a clearer head, more apparent energy and alertness, and immediate drainage. So, yes. this technique can be very powerful. I use it a lot in clinic. Very valuable for supercharging an herbal tonic. One of my students does this with a Dit Da Jow that he manufactures. I have noticed a huge difference with this product versus another non "empowered" product; definitely better efficacy. And my experience is the folks that use it ( at least where I am located) usually believe it will not work and are surprised when it does.

All boils down to energy and vibration; there can be many truths but each truth has to be a truth and not an illusion. Are there other universes that do not follow that natural law? I don't know. All worlds I have seen do. Your point is noted, that there can be alternative truths in alternative universes. But everyone operating in this universe has to arrive at the same truths because it is the truth of this universe. Each that has done so arrives at truth due to vibration, not due to mental masturbation or what someone said or what a book said; this becomes "inner knowing". This particular vibration is inherent in all that is in this universe. But as you point out, we are now engaging a circular discussion that is only wasting bandwidth and accomplishes not much at all. So I really can't think of anything else useful to add.
-
There are always Higher Levels. But like Mak Tin SI says, it is not a "feeling" but a knowing. Each Light Being that passed through the same level of knowing knew the same thing, so it is not about different paths arriving at different conclusions but about the truth. Of course as one continues in evolution there are always Higher Level truths. But here is the core; As one evolves the truths don't change, only the illusions dissolve. Let me give an example from my own experience. I learned medical qigong as taught in the hospitals of China. I utilized them for many years before one particularly powerful technique finally manifested for me; this technique superceds all the previously learned techniques as it is a Higher Level technique and works better, faster, and on many different levels. Does this mean all the other techniques were not true? Absolutely not. They work very well, and I could not have arrived at the Higher Level technique without utilizing these truths as a jumping board. So without my teacher I never would have arrived at this. He told me of it but said I would have to arrive at it's secrets on my own, he could not teach it linearly (mainly depends on the continued time & effort of raising one's own energy body vibration rate in order to access the Higher Level information projected to me by my teacher). So it was the application of what he taught combined with the time & effort practice, along with following the path that allowed me to reach that Higher Level truth. But you are right. There are always Higher Levels.

I understand to what you are referring. And I agree with you to a large extent. But I also know no other way of explaining this, other than an inner knowing. Only when a person has burned through the filters that develop from the time he is born until NOW and raised his energy body vibration rate can he possibly have a true inner knowing; otherwise everything is defined by his filters or perception. If someone thinks he knows something because someone he respects and likes says it or information in a book says that particular thing and the person believes that because "teacher" said so or the "___ ____ ___" book of knowledge says so, that it is not inner knowing. When a person has achieved inner knowing he can look at what someone else has come up with or says and know whether it is true. An example of this is the exact subject above; the energies. When Mak Tin Si said that, I knew it was true because I too had experienced the exact same thing. This is why it is so frustrating to see people bring up stuff that is so totally false. Because if you say, "I know that is not true." Then all they wish to do is argue with you because they are looking for a linear explanation of "how can you know". They can then proceed to say you can't know that, because to their perception you knowing is impossible. This is the total reason that everything I teach I always say, "It is not about what I know or can do but about what you can know and do; all has to become self-evident for it to have any meaning." I guess what I am saying is, until you have an inner knowing of any particular truth that particular truth has no meaning because it could be totally false.
-
That is actually one of the more important things he has said and I wholeheartedly agree with him. A person could go on and on about how does someone know, but inner Knowing is something that has been attained and is not really something that can be linearly explained to others. What can be done is to help others have this inner knowing for themselves.

Chinese Taoist Medicine & Stillness-Movement Medical Qigong
Ya Mu replied to Ya Mu's topic in Group Studies
I was addressing the question above you and had not gotten to your post. Sorry. I will attempt to answer best I can; most of the answers about the Taoist medicine were posted earlier; here they are again. So I will attempt to clarify Taoist medicine and medical qigong.. Re: Taoist Medicine: Here is my explanation posted originally: and here is the follow-up explanation: Now, the medical qigong is different (although note we utilize the background attained in medical qigong in order to learn Taoist Medicine). There are many techniques involved in medical qigong. First and foremost is the practitioner has to practice a form of qigong that is powerful. This would tend to be less of the body oriented qigong and more internal qigong; in other words, not qigong geared at simple body enhancement but a practice that actually cultivates qi at a high rate. I teach a particularly effective method for this called Stillness-Movement, a High Level form of practice that does raise the energy body's vibrational frequency. This allows the practitioner access to a greater range of energy manipulation. There are other forms that may be appropriate. So far, most people who had learned other forms that come to my classes continue with the Stillness-Movement after they leave, many drop the forms learned previously as they find the Stillness-Movement more applicable to healers that wish to manipulate energy, especially those that wish to do High Level healing. After this happens (the time & effort of energy awareness and cultivation), then medical qigong techniques can be learned. We do Qigong style acupuncture techniques that both utilize the channels and TCM theory and other qigong style acupuncture techniques that do not use TCM theory. We also learn many other techniques which really do not have much relationship to TCM. Most are off body qi projection techniques while some are Tui Na type medical qigong. There are different techniques to help with many western correlated diagnosis (HBP. Cardiovascular, etc.). At this point the student is where he can learn and apply the Taoist Medicine. I'm sure this is more info than you wished but this is not a simple thing to answer. Beyond that, there are techniques which I do not show in the basic program that I show to students who practice daily, show their ability at all times to stay calm ,and demonstrate impeccably that they are good and moral people. Hope this helps. That's good. One reason that the system I teach can not be done by distance is that the medical side of it requires specific knowledge of hands-on treatment which can not be gotten any other way but by showing; there are no books specifically detailing the techniques I teach. The awakening energy projection is also best done at the workshop. -

No, anyone wishing to learn this has to attend the workshops. It would be totally impossible to teach distance learning or from a book. -

Typical results with Taoist Medicine This week simplified case file: rheumatoid arthritis Presentation was pain and numbness in hands, wrists, and fingers with several large nodules all the way to elbow. Client had been to many different practitioners with no results. Therapy utilized: Taoist Nero-Energetic Chi Kung Bodywork (learned as "Taoism" or "Taoist Medicine") and Medical Qigong End of Taoist therapy: The nodules were observed to dissipate, some to within 1/4 of original size during session, some nearly gone. Client reported much cessation of pain. Client also demonstrated greater ROM of hands, wrists, and fingers. Client reported numb areas now had some pain and were much less numb. With about 3 minutes of medical qigong most pain was gone. Anyone that has had to deal with this terrible affliction knows that many therapies are contraindicated due to "stirring the beast". This client has good results with Taoist therapy. Another this week simplified case file: severe sciatica Presentation: Client was not able to walk in on their own. Client reported severe pain in low back, sacrum, and coccyx with pain running down the back of one leg. Client had been to many different practitioners with no results. Client reported difficulty in sleeping. Taoist therapy and other medical qigong were both utilized. End of session: The client walked from the therapy room and reported most pain gone. Anyone that has experienced this type of pain knows how debilitating it can be. This client had good results with Taoist therapy. -
What she said I have seen Robert's Formula help with many digestive problems. I have become fond of another formula called Blue Heron. It is available from Integrative Therapeutics corp. For temp indigestion I like pill curing formula. Here in the West I like Golden Flower's formulation called "Ease Digestion." This a really good formula. This could be wrong because it has been a long time since I read it, doesn't the Christian bible say something like "Thou shall eat thy meat at night and thy bread in the morning."

You need to understand that I did nothing. It is YOUR power, as a being of Light, that enables you to do this. You just didn't know it yet. All you needed was confidence in yourself. I think this board has been a good sounding board for you to discover yourself.

NOTE: Regarding the recent matter of "open letter"
Ya Mu replied to Mak_Tin_Si's topic in General Discussion
Thanks for posting this, I think most people have no clue what is involved in this sort of thing. + 100000000000000 Thanks for posting this! Belief can only be changed by the person themselves when they burn through the filters of illusion. No one can change it for us. -
gossamer, If anyone here THINKS he has learned all there is to learn then they truly need to start all over from square one. Everyone here that has never been an ass will throw the first stone. Hmmn, I don't see you getting hit yet. I think Mak has thicker skin than you realize, none reach the level of teacher without getting hammered in the fire. It is what forges us and makes us stronger. Realize that most people have a valid view from their perspective. Here is an exercise for you, should you choose to try it. I do it at least once a week and also ask my students to as well. I call it the great WallyWorld High Level Teachings. Get into your qi state and visit your local wall mart (or any other large store). Walk with semi-sorcerers vision (a fancy name for simply putting your focus halfway between you and whatever you are trying to SEE). I say semi, because you need to know where you are walking Then as you meet each person, say "That is me only at a different stage of development." I think this exercise really helps us understand the interconnectedness of us all. It is not you, me, them but I & I & I. In other words, I still have something to contribute here, and I am not ready to sign off yet, so I perhaps should consider sticking around.
