It appears to be widely overlooked because people wish to hold onto their beliefs. Education is slowly fixing this and is the key. YOU are playing a part in this education just as all practitioners of Medical Qigong are doing. Awareness IS ramping up. But slowly. At our class this past weekend there were 17 people who can now do this - they ALL had close to 100% results eliminating complex pain patterns in other people at the workshop. Even an elderly grandmother had these results - first time. Yes, it would be nice if more people actually studied this medical qigong. Real knowing about it, about the fact that it does work consistently on animals, would eliminate the ignorant comments about it being placebo effect, body-mind medicine, and other misconceptions. This IS Future's Medicine Today.

Possible Russian participation. One person so far wants to attend. -
Hummingbird is really quick and knows how to vibrate - powerful. I am referring to a specific technique. I only teach it to people who have completed my certification program and who demonstrate strong good&moral.

I really have never ever met a Swedish guy wearing a huge Rasta turban. COOL! A most interesting cultural event this is shaping up to be! -
Elements of many different animal Medicine are in the Gift of Tao movements. Yes each person will have a "bent" of which animals they are stronger in (as far as medicine defined in Shamanic approaches). But MOST of us that practice Gift of the Tao will be strong in many of these Medicine(s). Master Wang told stories of the ancient Taoists using these methods to scare away large animals in their travels and indeed did teach me how to do this. I have personally done so. Certainly not wise to get between a bear mama and her cub but I do not think he was ever in danger. I have called many wild animals up to within 10 feet of me then sent them away. The first time this happened with a certain large animal it scared the crap out of me (well, ALMOST literally - close call).

Why is Chi Kung Practitioners are healthier and stronger breathing the same air....?
Ya Mu replied to ChiDragon's topic in Daoist Discussion
What he was referring to and what you don't seem to want to understand, and I realize I am only probably about the 30th person on this board to tell you this, is that BREATH is only one small tool out of MANY utilized in the overall practice of Qigong. Many systems pay no special attention to the breath and yet have the same or greater benefits. -
For anyone interested in this see theStillness-Movement & Taoist Medicine thread for case history reports of animal and human healings. "My own approach to qigong and healing has been to go and find out for myself, rather than relying on what anyone else has to say, or to make excuses as to why I am unable, or unwilling, to. It has involved many years, a lot of money and thousands of hours of personal practice. The opinions of those who also do this I respect. Opinions have value from the weight of experience behind them, not from speculation based on what someone has read." Now this sounds like really good advice. In fact none who hasn't taken such advice actually knows anything about the subject and is expressing opinions with no basis. Personally I would venture that history of use is much more valuable as well as valid, than any type of "scientific study". I submit as evidence of this the thousands (millions?) of people who were maimed, killed, treated with no efficacy and health destroyed by drugs that passed peer reviewed double blind studies and FDA approval; HISTORY OF USE found these same drugs to have no efficacy and contribute the above mentioned problems. Whereas Medical Qigong has LONG TERM history of use. Yes, there are different ways of performing medical qigong and I can only speak of what we practice, but I know of no other modalities that get close to 100% results. Kempomaster mentioned over 800 case histories. I have thousands from many years of practice. The HOSPITAL where I studied had these same results with many more thousands of patients. The hospital that this hospital was modeled after had many more thousands. Virtually ALL of my students operating clinics have these same results. These arguments by those who have no clue, who are indeed ignorant about the subject, are not valid arguments. And it does seem every single time the "scientific study" is mentioned we practitioners get criticized for not bringing scientific studies to the table. Well, if ANYONE wants to see this done, put your money where your mouth is. FUND THE STUDY! We have already said we would do our part for free.

And now UK and Romania. Certainly will be a multinational and multicultural event. -
The calmness brought about by the Gift of the Tao practices helps to calm all beings. Cool story.

Glad he helped you! Your story is one that I have seen repeated over and over with clients of practitioners of the Taoist Medicine. Repeatedly we have seen the Neuro-Energetic Chi Kung Bodywork work when nothing else does. What many don't know or understand is that this technique represents true Taoism on a level that will never be comprehended intellectually. Practitioners develop an intimate knowledge of wu wei and not-doing while nothing doesn't get done.

Chinese Taoist Medicine & Stillness-Movement Medical Qigong

Good work! "Results - During Taoist Treatment - sick qi was burning off out of hands and face. Then immediately upon opening the energy gates at wrists his neck released and he gained mobility that he didn't realize he didn't have until freedom arrived." It is always interesting to see the sick qi burn off like that; each time it does we can see a visible body response in the client. I energetically opened the wrist energy gates for a chiropractor recently then showed him he had a 60% increase in cervical range of motion. Even after all these years this still amazes the heck out of me. -

Cool in more ways than one I anticipate a highly energetic event. I bet we could talk Sonhoffman into teaching you how to tell the girls they are pretty. -
Ha! Pretty cool, eh? The horses have a strong spiritual connection to the energetics vibration manifested with Gift of the Tao movements. I wrote in this other thread about a recent horse healing. What is really wild is watching the Qi move a 2000 pound horse as they rock back and forth when projecting Qi to them.

I do not like scheduling a long ways in advance. I have no idea when I will get back to London. Where my workshops are concerned, always best to go to the one scheduled as I may decide at any time to retire to a house a mile behind the house where I tell everyone I live. Don't put it off if you feel an attraction to the material. -
It just about always happens that the animals will respond. Don't be surprised if any particular animal comes up when doing the movements.

Looking forward to the visit and a great workshop. Thank you for going the extra mile to set this up - I do know how difficult this can be. And the workshop space is huge with plenty of space for us to do the movements! The workshop pdf flyer is here: Billnass Neigong Workshop Flyer -
If I had of known you were already a movie star I would have made sure to get more of you in the film (promotional value, you know) - credits: with A. Seeker, previous film credits with Kris Kristofferson and Mt Dew Commercial... Rest assured you did make a difference - sounds like you called the mother up and helped the baby. When we do these Gift of Tao movements to raise our vibrations animals always respond; when we do the qi projection based on this raising of vibration all life responds.
-
It is not an open issue except only in your mind. A suggestion would be to try learning it and then you would know.

There are two parts to what we do. Medical qigong, wai qi liao fa, is indeed applicable to distance. The Taoist Medicine is hands-on Neuro-Energetic Chi Kung Bodywork that utilizes the neurological system of the body. In some cases a very advanced practitioner can perform it via distance but best to just say it is hands-on bodywork. edit: On the first page or so of this thread I give an explanation of the technique. http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?/topic/7783-chinese-taoist-medicine-stillness-movement-medical-qigong/page__st__256

In the interest of clarity, Chidragon's views here are his interpretations of static qigong and dynamic qigong, and have absolutely nothing whatsoever in common, or to do with, the neigong system of Jing Dong Gong; Stillness-Movement Neigong most definitely does not have as its goal "the goal is to be able to perform abdominal breathing."

Chinese Taoist Medicine & Stillness-Movement Medical Qigong
Ya Mu replied to Ya Mu's topic in Group Studies
"The Taoist Medicine Introduction DVD is close..." You are WRONG! It has been released. Simplified Case Study Client: 11 years old, male Complaint: Severe pain from knee down worse in foot. Unable to walk. Difficulty in standing. This client made it known in no uncertain terms that he was in pain. It was very troubling that he couldn't stand up easily as it made eating difficult. And I happen to know he LOVES to eat. Therapy: Medical Qigong 1 to 2 times a day and Chinese Taoist Medicine once a day for one week. Outcome: The client was extremely grateful for the very first session. The pain relief was obvious. He set his head on my chest and let out this long sigh. After the 2nd treatment (day 2) he was able to walk a bit but after a day of this was back in pain, so I stepped up the sessions to twice daily. After one week he was back running around the field with no trace of discomfort. This client, by the way, weighed about 2,000 pounds. -
The calmness that kempomaster was referring to and the attraction of animals that you are referring to; this is common among practitioners of this system. I believe kempomaster has mentioned hawks. Hawk medicine is very powerful and is an aspect of these movements. Just about every time I practice animals come up to sit in the energy, usually more than one type of animal. Horses LOVE this.

Always happy to answer questions about this amazing movement system. I sent you a reply email. "...pretty easy to tell when because I radiate heat like a woodstove... " If you practice then the manifesting is not difficult. Hang onto your hat - it gets better. You will do are doing well with this system. Do try the Sequential Energy Center Activation, Balancing, and Dimensional Expansion outside as well. The foot move is important. It is really mind-boggling how this one SECABDE move can re-charge and expand a person's energy body.

2 DVD's Plus Gift of the Tao: Vibratory acts of Power DVD. Contents will not make sense until you see it. It contains brief anatomy review, as it applies to TM. It contains clinic demos, all live in real time, explanation, history, and contains introductory getting-started method. It also has preparation method and various clinical talks with both me and a certified massage therapist who uses the method. It is very difficult to present this on camera and the film represents takes from many hours of shooting. There is also some extra footage taken live from a workshop.

Yes, practice GOT I then ease into GOT II. Do the sequential in the order listed in GOT II although one CAN do it stand alone. Should see a boost in it when done in order. Initially don't spend as much time with the Sequential and the Spirit Circle Walking until you are used to the shifting introduced in GOT I.
