What the movie points out shows is that quantum physics can be applied to large things as well. That is why miracles could happen, people can levitate, can life without food, can manifest material things etc. Read this book: autobiography of a yogi from parahamsa yogananda (free e-book available on the internet) Or read about miracles here: http://pathgate.org/pi_tmat_00.html Reflection on love and miracles: http://pathgate.org/dht_DRY_livdh_00_01.html Whenever love abounds and is spontaneous, and the energy with which it is projecting conveys, not merely consistency, but also the essence of innocence, sincerity and honesty that has been stripped of any hidden condition or motive driven by self-centeredness or selfishness, miracles manifest themselves into existence with a singular habit of regularity. It transforms, with ease, even the most mundane, the most uncreative endeavour into a pursuit of higher purpose; taking on a whole new spiritual identity of its own; of being in harmony with oneself, one's work, one's relationship with others and of being at peace with the world. This is a great master on the website for example, showing moving people and more just by intent: Energy bubble demonstration: Read about the Divine Matrix from Gregg Braden. Do there has been scientific research about so many paranormal things? Read about Holographic universe from Michael Talbot. All paranormal experiences are not included in modern science. I think we should at least leave the possibility open that consiousness governs materials things instead of the other direction! That is what quantum physics point out. Macrocosmos=microcosmos What if our brains are just receivers of reality? What if reality is all illusion what Hinduisme/Buddism says. Why are these thoughts just new age crap? What the bleep do we know?

Why is this movie bad? I actually believe it. Yogi's claim to be doing the same? How you know it is not possible what they claim in the movie?

Drunvalo's Flower of Life, is that something good? Drunvalo claims to be a high master incarnated. Is it fake or not?

Swami Vivekenanda in Raja Yoga. 39) When he is fixed in non-receiving he gets the memory of past life. When he is fixed in non-receiving he gets the memory of past life. When the Yogi does not receive presents from others he does not become beholden to others, but becomes inde-pendent and free, and his mind becomes pure, because with every gift he receives all the evils of the giver, and they come and lay coating after coating on his mind, until it is hidden under all sorts of coverings of evil. If he does not receive the mind becomes pure, and the first thing it gets is memory of past life. Then alone the Yogi becomes perfectly fixed in his ideal, because he sees that he has been coming and going so many times, and he becomes determined that this time he will be free, that he will no more come and go, and be the slave of Nature.

What about the scientific research which has been done unto her: http://www.ramtha.com/coasttocoast/research.pdf

Sure, but 99% of the Yogi stories look fiction to the average Westerner as well..

Wow, this is amazing! Yes I see the bridge is there, right in front of the Church. Kerkje means "little Church". Amazing..
-
There are so many movies about reincarnation where people's memories are verified, that I am not going to believe these RNA pattern changes are the cause. But they could represent a very small minority of the causes of course

Man this is very interesting! Thanks for sharing! How was it in the womb? What do you remember?
-
Thanks for this answer. However, it is not so obvious to me. I thought reincarnation was just remembering previous lifes.. Do you have maybe a good website for me or book which explains how everything is connected to the NOW? I have read about that a little, but I cannot grasp it. (I have read Holographic universe from Michael Talbot and the Divine Matrix from Gregg Braden though)
-
Are you saying you remember all these lives? Did it start with number 6, then 5 etc (in that order) That is just incredible! How could you remember them? Thanks for this!

Cool. I live in Holland. There is indeed a place called Schermer. However a Church is called "Kerk" in Dutch. In Germany it is called Kirche. But it could have been different ages ago. Here is a link of some Churches around Schermer: http://images.google.nl/images?hl=nl&q...sa=N&tab=wi Thanks for the youtube movies, they are awesome and give genuine proof!

SANTIAGO DOBLES'S SECRET CLUB Where I take all your money & you Learn nothing.
TTT replied to Vajrasattva's topic in General Discussion
I am not going to read this whole tread. But I would like to share my opinion because I have trained with him. I think Santiago's attainments are real and he is definitely very sincere, honest and helpfull! I didn't know about God being in every (word) "Human" But it is indeed interesting to know. http://www.suite101.com/discussion.cfm/god...ly/67951/931664 The HU has been in use for thousands of years by many different cultures and religious groups as a means to have a greater conscious contact with the Light and Sound of God. It is by no means exclusive to Eckankar. Texts or practices of the ancient Egyptians, Gnostics, Greek mystery schools, Druids, Sufi, Hermetic, early Christian, Coptic and Africans have, or still use the HU. According to the Oxford English Dictionary http://www.oed.com/ The word "God" can be plausibly derived from the Sanskrit word "HU" "The word is HU, the universal name of God, which is in the language of every living thing. It is everywhere, in everything. -
So we live in a matrix. My body and the world is not real. When I reach enlightenment I see the world as one, and I will laugh and laugh about how reality really is. Ramana Maharishi said we never know if others are real. I think Hinduism says that life is only a dream and you have infinite potential. I am just on the path, so I don't know how reality is, but I wonder. How real are others? For example: I play a game with 50 participants, after a lot of praying to God and hard work I will be the winner of that game. Is this according to the law of infinity? I mean, because we are infinite we choose parallel worlds in which we win the game instead of others (like in dreams) Applying quantum physics this could be true?? (because every one is a center of a universe) There are infinite possibilites already existent? I don't get it. It seems that others are real, but sometimes I don't think it seems so real to me. For example, people can predict the future. I have seen weird things happening during Tarots game. This was an answer I got from a spiritual friend: The world is in you. It's a projection of yourself. As you save yourself, you save the world. Thus I think he means others are not real. But this will be a weird question for you, because either I am unreal or you are unreal or we exist in multiple universes at once?

Ok thanks, but still a LOT of western scientist are trying to figure out how it works. Holographic universe, divine matrix, god mind, etc. They have helped me somewhat on how reality works. But indeed, it is al Me with its spinning illusions, I just need to practise so I could see for myself. Besides I don't want any more sticks on my head :-)

Why does maya exists? It is an relatively unimportant question in spirituality, but still I would like to hear your opinions about it. I know it just exists and we should embrace the opportunity for enlightenment. I have never found any more rational answer for this question in all the spiritual literature. Beneath is the answer of Swami Sivenanda, as I said, this answer is sufficient, but not rational. My (ego) mind enjoys a rational explantion as well. Is there maybe another explanation of which you are aware of? Ram: Why God created this world? When did Karma begin? Why should there be ignorance at all? When did man take his first birth? How can ignorance come in the Atma who is of the nature of Satchidananda? Which is more powerful whether Prarabdha (destiny) or Purushartha (self-effort)? and many such other questions are Atiprasnas, transcendental questions. Such questions do not help in any way ones progress in the spiritual path. The result is mere lingual warfare and beating about the bush with no substantial result. Words are finite. Language is imperfect. One can get a solution to such questions only when one transcends the three states and the three Gunas, and rests in ones own essential Svarupa, through constant and protracted Nididhyasan and attains Dridhabhumi or Yogarudha (established in Yoga) state. The frail, finite intellect that is conditioned in time, space, causation cannot peep into the beyond. You will get answers for these questions when you get knowledge of the Self. All doubts are rent asunder, the three knots are broken when one attains Brahmic Sthiti or Sahaja-Avastha (natural-state) or the native state of pristine purity and glory. People generally rack their brains and waste their energy when such doubts assail them. This is a trick of the mind to delude the aspirant and swerve them from the path of divine contemplation. What is wanted is rigorous Sadhana, burning Vairagya (dispassion), strong Mumukshutva (desire for liberation) and sustained discrimination.

But if living enlightenment means "pure bliss consiousness" why would we humans with free will choose to live in illusion (maya) with suffering ? Why would it be boring to be in constant bliss, which is actually the goal of Hinduism.
-
An aspect of enlightenment is to be free from the cycle of death & rebirth for Buddism & Hinduism. This means, they are free of maya. I think you gave a good answer to "why does maya exists" ! Indeed, the Creator created Maya, because we have free will. He gave us the worlds so we can act according to our own Karma. For example many Boddishtas choose to stay in the world to help other beings to get their enlightenment.
