Yeah I don't really think about it much, just practice. Probably more and more gets revealed through training rather than intellectual discussions about energy.

I was thinking about the Aikido connection. Do you feel the same energy gets accessed when you practice suwari waza? I am finding suwari waza a great complement to Kunlun as it it really grounds you fast and you basically force yourself to move from your center. Also, the heels are raised so I wonder if the same energy connection gets accessed?

The country breakfast kid got beat up. I seriously am in shock how thoroughly tooled Hughes got. GSP is really just on another level. Chuck's fight with Wand was good but niether could finish it. Wand would have done better under Pride rules where you can kick to the face and knee to the head, foot stomps etc. Fighting in UFC was new for him.

Yes. It's basically Max talking. Max is one of the most spontaneous people I have ever met so I honestly can't say what he will talk about. He seems to really vibe off the energy in the room. In the LA talk he talked about alchemy and martial arts. In Phoenix he talked about an interesting experience he had with a...woman..and...a cave..and stuff...which I won't go into. Check it out.

It's interesting because as Lozen points out I can't imagine high heels being comfortable for woman. So, I am looking at these beautiful woman in there high heels(which I appreciate) thinking, that can't be comfortable, and woman are so independant these days they can't still be doing it just for men, so does this have anything to do with Kunlun? I don't know. One of those deep mysteries we may never know. I vote Yoda or Mal wear there significant others high heels around the house for a day and get to the bottom of this. Maybe activate the Kunlun posture as you are doing chores. Report back.

Maybe this is what Max is talking about when he says woman can become much more powerful in Kunlun than men. They are capable of walking in high heels and thus activating there Kunlun all day. *kidding* *or not?*

Are you doing Kunlun Lozen or do you mean go just to meet Max? I don't remember you saying you were interested in Kunlun or bought the book before. Max is fun. He is very knowledgable about Native American spirituality also so you could even just ask him about that stuff and he would probably have lots to say.

I am finding Kunlun and Aikido enough for now but will play with Mao Shan 5 Elements here and there. But it isn't on my my Top 10.

I am following Matt Furey's advice and made a top 10 goals list for 2008. It's basically a simplified version of everything the Secret talks about without all the mumbo jumbo. I am going to make it a yearly tradition. At the end of each year, sit down and reflect on the past years successes and failures and make a new top 10 list for the year to get focused for good things ahead. I'll give you goal #7. 7. I want to pay down my debts
