Well..I tell you my opinion would be to do Kunlun for a good 6 months before learning RP. But that is how Max is teaching it and I get to see Max regulalry(this will be 3rd workshop in 4 months). So..when you learn RP..just remember..bring the energy down afterwards(practice Kunlun, stand, martial arts etc). See you next month. Best.

No problem Ben. It's good to be honest and that you know yourself to say that. The last thing I would want is to be making bad jokes and crowding someone when they are having a profound opening. But we can play it by ear. If whoever is coming wants we can do some hiking or something after the workshop to help ground out. Camelback Mountain is about 10-15 min drive away from the workshop and a nice hike as well as being a nice spot to watch the sun set. Cam

I am pretty sure he thinks there are "good guy" reptillians and the situation(IF it is true)is not as black and white as you are making it. Read the article I posted. It's got alot of interesting stuff on there. For one, it says people need to get it out of there mind that all reptillians are evil and all humans are good. I have no idea what of any of this is true..but I like that axiom "As above so below" so if you take our own world as a model..are things so black and white and simple here on Earth? No..things are complicated as shit here. So..my guess is if you have this huge variety of "good" and "bad" and somewhere between good and bad, or niether good nor bad, neutral, not yet decided figuring stuff out, enlightened, ignorant, highly power focused, highly compassion focused etc etc all living under the same roof. My guess is that is probably how it works in other places also. Of course maybe there are enlightened civilizations where you have billions of enlightened people living and working together..supposedly the Andrometans are like that..who knows. This stuff is all in your mind. If you see the challenges here as being a good challenge to your spirit rather than going into victim mode you could maybe grow more than some being who lives on a paradise somewhere and doesn't have any problems. The fact that anyone would put themselves in victim mode with some alien race "out there" trying to manipulate them is a sign of still not seeing the "big picture" I think. If you realize the higher spiritual truths-I am not fully there yet but working on it-I think you start to see any external manifestations of spirit(and it is all fundamentally Spirit, yes?) as merely different varieties of ones own mind. The ignorant animal, the fighting demon, the human being, the deva, the enlightened being. Not to mention(and I have no clue is it is true-that article says we are a mix of all 4-Carian,Reptillian, Feline and Human. So IF there is any truth to that we have the whole mix. We are like a pizza with everything on top(If that article is true). Again, no clue if that is true or some Dungeons and Dragons fantasy but when you look at how compassionate a human can be(Mother Theresa, Thich Nhat Han. Buddhas and Bodhisstavas) and then you look at how destructive and controlling a human can be(Hitler,Stalin, making eachother slaves based on skin color etc) then it does make one wonder how such a huge variety of behavior exists in the same species.

Ummm...since we are on the topic. What sort of powers are people even interested in? All of this blah,blah,blah about abilities I haven't heard much about what people are interested in developing. Like..do you want to be able to speak to others telapathically..or read peoples minds..or start fires with your qi..or throw people across the room without them wanting it..or basic Sith stuff like shooting lighting out of your fingertips? For me..I am a martial artist..if I can get to the point where I can throw people like Max seems to do without touching them that would be cool. But with the intent to have fun not to impress chics or anything of course..and not to hurt people..more like a game or something. Yoda would give up one of his kids for the chance to ride with some aliens on a dimensional tour of the cosmos one day so I am hoping that happens for him(without any human sacrifices of course).

Oh, this is fun. It sounds like from this article, this whole universe is a "polarity game" that we are playing. If you believe this stuff, the reptillians are also Hybrids. They were created by a race called "Carians" who mixed there DNA with Serpent/Snake DNA. And yes, it says that the Royal House of reptillians are the Draconans(A Hybrid Carian and reptillian/a snake with wings/Dragon etc). Humans are really,really intersting .This article says that humans are a mix of several races. " On our earth, the Third Earth, it was a combination of Feline, Carian, Reptilian and Human DNA. The Human DNA came from Avyon, in the Pleiades, which was the Second Earth" Where the conflict sems to arise(if you beleive in this sort of stuff) is the Reptillians were told by there creators-The Carians/bird people-that they had the right to conquer and dominate any planet. Humans were told by there creators-The Lion People, or The Felines-that they were to help any planet they lived on and live in harmony with other races..and the "higher purpouse" of humans was to help other races become more compassionate. Soooooo...yeah...I thought Dungeons and Dragons and video games were fun

Ok, here is a nice story. I like this story alot better than the slave race story. It talks about how human life was created in Lyra. The other side of the issue is even if we were created by another race or whether we all came through a black hole from a distant constellation called Lyra or we are from mars and blew ourselves up and moved here or we were all spirit and came here millions of years ago and got stuck here. Whatever the actual truth ends up being probably spirit and matter have been doing there thing here so long it's not that big a deal. Like..maybe you were an alien lord in a past life and after dying when you were 2000 years old you got reincarnated as a cripple kid with parents that beat you to pay for your karma. There is a "big picture" involved to, you know? It would be funny if we ended up being some super uber genius races "science experiment" and they came back after a million years and were like "holy shit." I like the highly evolved beings who somehow got stuck in a more limited, dense form over humans being created to be a slave race myself. Also, can you really lump all human beings in the same group? There are alot of different humans on Earth. Maybe each group has there own unique history and unique ties to unique alien races .That would atleast make sense when you look at all the diversity of language, religions etc.

Here is my take. 1. If your really,really,really,really interested in this subject bring it up with Max if and when you get to do a private talk with him. I did. 2. This is really an area where a private Kunlun forum would be better. To be totally honest this issue was never a big deal for me. I presumed we live in this huge universe there must be intelligent life elsewhere. But I think connecting with Max and his lineage more or less has made me more interested or aware. I won't get into details. I "accidently" found a video of another Michigan native who has had alot of experiences along these lines. I have seen interesting things in the sky over Arizona that I either didn't notice or wasn't percieving before I met Max. Again, if all of the sudden people on TB's who see Max start having these wild experiences I think at that point either one of us or Mantra would just need to consider making a private,closed, members only forum to discuss things. Not as an elitist thing but just to protect peoples privacy. TB's is wide open to the world here you know. It doesn't look like it has gotten anywhere near that point yet but if in a year from now people are making posts about the alien lady who visited there job intersted in Kunlun(or possibly just an old hippie escorted by Men in Black as Sean Omlor suggested) or seeing interestingly shaped lights in the sky that appear to be flashing them as they are trying to enjoy there cigarette outside that might be the time for us to get a more priviate convo going. Again, really not my bag. Interesting sure. Am I open to learning more? Sure. But it needs to be balanced and people need to realize discression is important sometimes. Cam

The thread that started it all. Quite a story it was..from not being sure whether to see Max or Master Chen. Forcing Trunk to go to the workshop despite resistence which turned into him enjoying the practice(I hope ) Mantra was really the guy that got it going on here though. Smile(no longer posts here) first told me about the practice and Mantra all of the sudden showed up to show us the way. Regarding Max's students .When I saw Mantra last time in Phoenix another one of his students was there, a young kid, maybe in his early 20's(I think) I mentioned that I was torn between seeing Max or Master Chen but that I am glad I went with Max. Max's student said "You should have gone with Master Chen" If that doesn't tell you Max's students have a great sense of humor and don't take themselves too seriously(in a good way) I don't know. And I agree with what Mal said in another post. Developing superpowers is the farthest thing in my mind when I practice. Would it be cool if those things develop? Sure, why not. Is developing superpowers what draws me to my chair every morning to practice? No way. For me it is about healing,balance,awakening,bliss. Enjoy your practice. If you don't enjoy yourself what's the point really?

Wow. You were able to express yourself in a mature and honest way and express your disbelief in Max calling it a "fairy tale" in a relatively balanced manner that wasn't too riduclously over the top disrespectful. I am checking out just wanted to give any of my friends here who are coming to Phoenix a heads up. But I have to say..that is a noticable improvement in the quality of your expression in this post WYG...buddy

If your experience was like mine meeting Max for the first time can be intense and having some space to process is not a bad idea. There is a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf across the street from the workshop(the same one I took you to when you visited Scottsdale) we can get some tea and relax. So, I just wanted to make this thread. It seems there are still some characters on here that webmaster Sean is compassionatly giving alot of room to express themselves. All good. That's all I wanted to say. Talk to you in '09.
