FAAT is the more condensed pre-heavenly qi which most people cannot get from chi gung and any intenral practise but Taoism. This energy is way beyond the qi used in Chi Gung or martial arts. But it is used for a reason which is just good for the taoism stuff we do like mantras, fu and spells,etc,. Kungfu and chi gung do not need this in their system because they do not need it. Different types of qi are for different purpose and usaeg, so there is no higher or lower in rankings. Just depends on what you need. In taoism trainings, you do need the FAAT.

What you are explaining is actually 法，which is 天氣一氣. The qi is written different in Chinese too. In the name of 正一 Zhen Yi, the Yi means one in the character, but in taoism, it also means 正氣 Zhen Qi. Positive qi or faat. Nicely done Dao Zhen, you did a great post with all those graphics too. This forum is now filling up with more "taoism" stuff nowadays.

The feeling of qi does not equal the energy flow. Some people feel qi when qi is low, some feel it when qi is high. How can you use "feelings" to determine this theory is right or wrong?? I can give you a FU with many energy and power but you can feel nothing, it just worked. I can give you a FU with very little and unpure energy and you can feel lots of stuff, but it is not strong. The more pure the energy is, the less you can feel it. That is call FAAT. condensed universal energy. It is in the tao all the time, but you cannot feel it without special trianings. for sure.

Hey you asked me if Taoism actually mentioned about demon, fu and ghost etc, before. Did you see my post now about the taoism canon with FU ? If you do, what do you think right now? Don't tell me that those are not taoism stuff. Or else I will just laugh my head off.
