if I were in your situation i would look for another sifu or instructor locally or ask him if he can recommend someone. Nothing like hands on teaching. My teacher has taught me by playing tui sho with me. He speaks very little English but he transmits it. Many times I have no idea of what he is teaching me - I later realize I have learned something - improved

True freedom is excepting your so called limitations and living within these conditions. The problem lies in trying trying trying to be what we are not. Accept the miracle of being here - now. Believing in walking on water, virgin births, magic, non acceptance are the real limitations and the cause of suffering.
