  4. Keeping one's practices secret

And i feel it can enhance the experience by sharing "with like minded" people. If you go around blabbering to no one in particular of course you will lose it. We used to have sharing of experiences in the ashram i frequented at one time. Everyone was in sync and it built the energy. It's like a contact high So i'm going to share with others who meditate when i feel it's appropriate. I'm also going to share my taiji experiences with my taiji brothers and sisters when appropriate. Sharing in the right situation can enhance a practice. Running off at the mouth will do the opposite. That is why one must have discrimination in all actions.

Sharing with like minded people will enhance your experience.
  6. Keeping one's practices secret

Aside from esoteric practices talking too much about anything dissipates your power

  8. vegan & being full.

Flax seeds can be ground in a coffee grinder and immediately added to fruit or green salad. Much easier to eat and flavorful than soaked in water. Nuts will start sprouting in water in a couple of hours. I don't see any reason to add salt to the water or to anything for that matter
  9. vegan & being full.

Don't eat too many and combine properly. No sweets for dessert after

  13. Grounding Techniques Tai Chi

I've experienced being ungrounded - freaking out ungrounded - fixed my diet - without eating meat - have been grounded for many years now. And yes I've had my kundalini awakened.
  14. Grounding Techniques Tai Chi

Ground beef for grounding LOL My point was that sometimes people are looking for an excuse to justify eating meat. "I would be a vegetarian if I didn't need meat to ground myself" Sometimes a small piece of chocolate will do the trick. I've seen it work where people were really freaking out. The best way IMHO is to have a balanced diet with no refined sugars and no caffeine - sodas - alcohol.
  15. Grounding Techniques Tai Chi

Check out teachers in your area - see who you resonate with. See if the teacher looks grounded. The students may not be as they are learning. I do Wu style and Chen style. Chen is more energetic but it is definitely grounding. The style really doesn't matter as all tai chi done properly follows the same principles.
  16. Grounding Techniques Tai Chi

Tai chi is grounding Not eating sugar is very grounding You don't have to eat meat to be grounded. IMHO this is an excuse for people who really want to eat meat. If you want to eat meat just do it - no excuses. Breathing into and from your tan tien is grounding. Standing meditation - zhan zhang standing is grounding
  17. Grounding Techniques Tai Chi

Not too much if you are doing it correctly. I suggest you find a teacher who can guide you.
  18. Closing off your energy

Crossing your arms is a defensive movement - being defensive. Crossing arms is asking to be attacked. I would suggest you mentally create a shield around you - a ball - bubble of white protective light. Feel it coming from your center ever expanding outwards. It's impenetrable. It's your aura. You will feel expansive. You will attract but no one will get through.
