I did a google on Serrapeptase it seems like its good for a lot of things. What dosage are you taking. Is it combined with anything or pure. There seem to be many combinations here in the states. Do you know how to locate Sean D's post Thanks

A few months ago I was in a chinese restaurant and was distracted so I ordered lofon noodles instead of maifon noodles. It was hilarious. We were all in hysterics. It went right by the waitress - when I repeated my order she cracked up. You had to be there

One more time because I'm looking for an excuse not to get to work. The question who am I is beyond concepts. It is tool to stop the mind in order to experience the wholeness of everything - to understand who you really are. If you treat the question as if it is in the realm of concepts you will remain on the surface. You must let it take you inside - you must follow it inside. The question who am I is an internal practice. Thinking of it as a mind game and asking yourself superficial questions is an external practice. And we all know the difference between internal and external pratices.

I have more trust in cats than people when it comes to cat talk. Maybe both ways are correct depending on the topic of conversation I have had cats and sometimes it was a drawn out me- ooww at other times a short mow

. I think they are the same You watch your thoughts, not focusing on them - the thoughts are like clouds in the sky - and eventually your mind goes blank.

I'm not a she mYTHISmAKER is the she who was laughing becase she saw me laughing. The fellow was not washing his hands in my piss. If I thought he was washing his hands in my piss It wouldn't have been funny. I had no thought of anything having gone wrong for him or anyone else. It never occured to me that he was or would. I was laughing at the situation of what I had mistakenly done. It was a long trough about 8 feet long - he was at the other end and the trough had water spigots above, good drainageand no one would ever touch their hands on the bottom.

Here's one time that comes to mind. I went to a flea market bazaar in a public school a number of years ago. I hadn't been in a public school since I was a kid. I had to go to the bathroom so I went into the room marked boys and proceeded to pee in a metal trough like urinal. Just as I finished someone came out of a stall and proceeded to wash their hands in the urinal I had just peed in what turned out to be the sink. It was urinal height because little boys are small etc. Anyway I started laughing and came rolling out of the bathroom in hysterics - couldn't stop laughing. mYTHISmAKER watching me bent over laughing started laughing - also went into hysterics and couldn't stop. --- You had to be there.--- I wasn't laughing at the expense of the person who was going to wash their hands. It was the situation. mYTHISmAKER didn't even know why she was laughing. Please don't bow out. It's not about convincing. You brought up some very interesting ideas. You are right much laughter is based on cruelty but not all. Something else comes to mind re saints/masters. To say Taoist masters smile while other masters laugh is in my opinion not the way it is. To much of a fixed rule where there are no rules. Once you become a master you retain your personality (so I've been told) so perhaps some will smile some laugh with many variations in between. Once you become one there is no differentiation all smiles and laughter are the same.

mYTHmAKER uvaca What your father taught you was not a sense of humor, and unfortunately, this is what passes for a sense of humor. As crying and laughing are opposites perhaps smiling is in the middle. Buddhism, the middle way always has the buddha smiling ( the thin ones or the starving Siddhartha). The chinese big bellied ones are usually depicted laughing. Maybe the starving ones don't have the energy required to laugh The masters I spent time with were always laughing or smiling.

Kunlun For Those With Awakened Kundalini?
mYTHmAKER replied to Jimmerino's topic in General Discussion
If you want to ground do a standing practice. Wu wei - arms at sides focus on your tan tien. Knees slightly bent. Legs shoulder width apart. Don't try to do anything let whatever happens happen naturally. My teachers always said natural no forcing. My kundalina was opened many years ago just some visions, ringing in ears, sonic boom, trumpet. these occurred only in meditation. Third eye travel through the tunnel. Some experiences were to subtle to know theywere happening at the time. Now I stand and do some sitting. I always focus on my tan tien whether walking, sitting, running etc. -
I'm a crowd man myself. We used o go to an ashram to meditate, thought we could get away from it all. There was always someone to contend with or some noise or heavy machinery . If you can be steady in a crowd you can be steady anywhere. The goal is to be in meditation 24/7 Animals do make a racket in the country

Some other types of meditation Mantra repetition. You repeat a charged word while you sit and when it fades away you let it go. Sitting and watching - observing your thoughts. You don't build on the thoughts. The thought will disapate if you just watch. If for instance the thought comes up " I have to go shopping" let it go. Don't start thinking of how or when you will go what you are going to buy. It will never end. Just observing, your mind will slow down - there will be more space between thoughts and eventually none. Following your breath

Interesting re the muscles. Crying and laughing are opposite ends of the spectrum. A good example of yin and yang at work. Sometimes we laugh so hard we start crying. Too much of one and it becomes its opposite. At early stages of development we get our laughs at other peoples expense. As we move along- relate to others- this becomes less and less so. We will think a situation or humor that once broke us up is no longer funny. We start out in the world with me me me as the center of the universe. The path we travel is moving toward us. The laughter of saints bubbles up- maybe it's an expressed joy of being. And some things are just funny we can't explain why. "You had to be there"

When you say in light of the evident answer you are coming from materialistic mind. If you were to truly know, to experience, who you are you, your life, might be transformed. It is an experience beyond the mind in the relm of shen - no mind. This is anything but mental masturbation. The true warriors knew who they were and therefore were not afraid to die. BTW because you do not choose and have no understanding of a particuliar path is no reason to put it down.

Sounds like bulion soup to me. This is just another misnomer calling bullion tea. Bulion = stock5 [stok] noun liquid obtained by boiling meat, bones etc and used for making soup etc Tea = any of various infusions prepared from the leaves, flowers, etc., of other plants, and used as beverages or medicines Call in the Vegetarian clean up squad
