I did the 5 Tibetans for maybe 2 years about 20 years ago. Doesn't turn your hair from gray to whatever or grow hair. I have a friend whose done the 5T for over 15 years and she has a lovely head of grey hair. It might be a nice routine but that's about it. All these miracles belong on Urban Legends. We are born - we live - we die. At some point we have a good hair day.

IMHO you might want to look into Intu- flow. It is challenging and works on opening joints, balance. Makes the whole body work together as a unit. There is also the possibility that it might help your shoulder and sacrum. Forget anything where you can aggrevate your injuries.

It is my understanding that tai chi is qi gong. It does not turn into qigong. if it is done according to tai chi principles you will get the desired results. Otherwise it is dance or exercise. The same could be said for other qi gongs. If they are not done properly you won't get the desired results.

When I was swimming in a chlorinated pool my eyes would burn. I would get sore throats. My hair would feel briltle. I no longer swim in chlorinated pools.

You say you eat aprox 95% raw. What do you eat that's cooked and how do you cook it. Which raw animal products do you eat and in what quantity. Thanks

Yes dreams serve a purpose. They give us hope. However, that wasn't the point of the story. If there is something you want to do pursue it - don't just dream about it or later when it's too late you may regret you never tried.

Enough talk. Just do it or don't and move on. With that I am remindes me of a story I was once told. So you want to be an actor. You take one lesson and sit on your ass. A few years later you take another lesson. You keep dreaming of being an actor. Once you even go to an audition. Sometime later you take another lesson sit on your ass and dream. One day you wake up and you have no teeth. The End

You might add don't go swimming after eating a full meal. I personally don't consider these taboos - I just wouldn't do them as they are harmful to me. Wasting food is taboo to me.

Sorry but our 3-4 day water fasts are enough for us. Too much food for a fast IMHO Also I lose too much weight when fasting - although it comes back fairly easily without eating too much.

What kind of fast do you do. Juice? Fruit? Pizza? Presently we do a 3 day once a month water fast.
