  1. Qi machine

I will check out Deng Ming Dao. See if I can find vegetarian substitutes for oxtail and pork kidney I am not poo pooing sleep. It is one of the most important things we do. It regenerates and heals but it doesn't make us younger. I did a google and a you tube and there are no photos of Deng. Am curious to see what he looks like.
  2. Qi machine

I don't see anyone getting younger from sleep either One grows younger playing tai chi in that they are able to move well and are healthier than most of those who don't do tai chi. Some supplement their tai chi with smoking and drinking. Don't blame it on tai chi. I look younger than my age but so did my mother who exercised by playing ma jong. There are really too many factors involved. I would like to know what the masters who say you need to fortify tai chi as you use up jing recommend. Do you know - please share.
  3. Virtue

TE - How about right action. Appropriate in the moment. Helping without even knowing you're doing so. Virtue can be more mind. Deciding to be virtuous, to do good, to be a good person.
  4. The question is whether it is a side effect or the actual training. We really don't know where they are spiritually.
  5. My problem is I can't see David. He is an unknown. I can see many masters on you tube I can buy their videos. I can get some idea of how they move, their personalities.
  6. DEATH

Chang Tzu's wife died. When Hui Tzu went to conveyhis condolences, he found Chuang Tzu sitting with his legs sprawled out, pounding on a tub and singing. "You lived with her she brought up your children and grew old," said Hui Tzu. "It should be enough simply not to weep at her death. But pounding on a tub and singing -- this is going too far, isn't it?" Chuang Tzu said, "You're wrong. When she first died, do you think I didn't grieve like anyone else? But I looked back to her beginning and the time before she was born. Not only the time before she was born , but the time before she had a body. Not only the time before she had a body, but the time before she had a spirit. In the midst of the jumble of wonder and mystery a change took place and she had a spirit. Another change and she had a body. Another change and she was born. Now there's been another change and she's dead. It's just like the progression of the four seasons, spring, summer, fall, winter. "Now she's going to lie down peacefully in a vast room. If I were to follow her after her bawling and sobbing, it would show that I don't understand anything about fate, so I stopped."

  10. Could you give us a few examples of what you consider supernatural powers? A lot of people have taken Maharishis flying course and swear they have levitated. Too many to not be true
  11. 120yr old smokes everyday....

Is there any information as to what kind of shape she is in.
  12. They would keep them secret precisely because they have a lack of ego. The masses would'nt believe it anyway and think of the problems that would follow for the masters. People supposedly saw Jesus walk on water and Moses part the dead sea- would you have asked them to replicate it under scientific conditions. Would you consider drying sheets, emersed in ice water, in the dead of winter, with no clothes on, with the heat of your body a power. If so it has been documented. Maharishis people are supposed to levitate - I am not sure but I think it was captured on film. Would you consider that a power?
  13. I remember a line from a book but not who wrote it. "One mans science is another mans magic" So a samadhi expierience is seeing things that are there which can't be seen with everyday eyes. Yes I believe the true beauty, joy is in being present. Powers or siddhis are real and a by product of intense work on ones self. Beings with powers generally don't show them off. In order to have the power ego is lessened or gone. However, if you hang with these beings you may observe many things which could be attributed to special powers but will never be admitted to. At our level we want powers. We try to bust clouds with our chi, change the weather. play god. When we achieve these powers with the proper understanding we will be happy to leave everything as it is.
  14. Problems with visualizing the MCO

You've heard it before - There's light at the end of the tunnel And I did come back. Glad you asked as it made me look up my notes - 1986 Condensed: The light was blue. I was following the Blue Pearl through a curving tunnel. The most beautiful blue I have ever seen. There were many angels and saints, crystaline forms , cherubs snakes and faces along the way. I also saw voyager one - I was out in space with it. And then the Blue Pearl exploded. The blue pearl is the vehicle that takes you to other realms and the other place when you leave your body. I was in full lotus tongue straight out and then to the back of my throat, arms straight out overhead in chin mudra - also had an erection and a whole body orgasm without ejaculation. I was feeling the cold but not bothered by it. ( it was winter 3 am not much heat in our loft. I was crying, laughing I was receiving answers to questions I had been thinking about. I was communicating telepathacillay with mYTHISmAKER. I had her get incense and I started doing arati - worship to all the pictures in our loft and to her and our cats. The atmoshere changed, the energy shifted the air was palpable as was the silence. A feeling of being. Now when I play tai chi the atmosphere also changes as though the air has substance and that reminds me. They say playing tai chi is like swimming in air If one meditates on the third eye - eyes closed looking slightly up and toward your third eye with your other two eyes you might make the trip. Thanks my mind had forgotten much of it PS I just remembered when I was seeing all this I opened my eyes and I was still going through the tunnel seeing and experiencing everything.
  15. Problems with visualizing the MCO

Never thought of in masculine - feminine terms. Just plain old energy. I have traveled through the tunnel of the third eye. I could go back if I focused on the third eye - but hey been there done that. I no longer focus on anything. Que sera
  16. Ancient Hebrew/Sanskrit alphabet

I've been told that in sanscrit at one time the word and the object were the same. So if you pronounced fire correctly that what you got. Instantly. Same for Hebrew. I used to chant in sanscrit- it was very powerful. Listening to Brahman priests chanting at a fire ceremony could blow you away. We know words and thoughts manifest what we want in our lives only now it's a bit watered down Takes a while but we do get what we wish for.
  17. I'm new here...hi!

    Gosh
  18. I'm new here...hi!

The natural flow for you is homosexuality - go with your flow. There are plenty of examples of homosexuality in the animal queendom. It is the natural flow of the universe not the unnatural flow of the church. Don't worry about reproduction - the earth is overcrowded.
  19. Now never comes

We are always moving toward the future. When we reach the future it is the now. When I ride my bicycle I ride with what I've learned in the past but I'd better be riding in the now or I might crash. When I was learning to ride my bicycle I was learning in the now. In order to learn and be one with my bicycle I had to be spontaneous - in the moment. This is what balance is about. I do take the past with me into the present and future. The past helps form the present and the future. We can't see or predict the future only the possibilities of the future. ( Of course I can predict with certainty that I will never be a parakeet in this life span but this is something else) This is because we have free will in the present - when we are in perfect alignment, in sync with the river and the ability to be spontaneous. We are able to flow around the rocks. We switch to the past or future we drown. So the one constant in the universe is change. While my body, circumstances, ideas have changed if I look inside I feel the same age as when I first became aware of myself. I am moving along the river in the same body vehicle - it's getting older, a bit worn here and there, but where ever I am is now regardless of whether I'm aware of it or not. The more aware I am, the more in the moment I, am the freer I am. Only in the now can you have spontaneity and free will
  20. anger

    And who might he be.
  21. Zhan Zhuang

What is your posture. Was it the same for your all nighter. Did you take any breaks. The max I did was about one hour forty five minutes. Arms at sides no conscious movement. I found myself rooted to the spot and really didn't - couldn't - want to move. My teacher came along and patted my torso arms legs and pulled my arms to get my circulation going.
  22. Buddhism v. Taoism

To clarify: Tai chi changes the way you think about things - life in general- Your attitude and actions change. Your body and self receive direct experience of the tao. You are no longer the same. (Yes part of you is the same and you have changed) Buddha mind, no mind, egoless, are all words of seperateness, thoughts, philosophy.
